Shirley McLean was unbelievable to work with throughout this whole process. I highly recommend this storage space!

I do NOT recommend this storage facility. Online descriptions are deceptive. 1st Floor accessible means you have to go to your floor in an elevator from the 1st floor - it should say elevator access. I wasted so much of my movers time in that elevator. If I would have known I would have reserved a drive up access unit. Of course when I arrived, there were no drive up access units available unless I wanted to rent a larger and more expensive unit. The manager on site even said it was deceptive and she wished they would change their wording online. I submitted a review through the cubesmart website and although they said my review was approved it is not listed on their site - I wondered how one business could have such favorable reviews, they just do not post the bad ones. They also do not pro rate - I am moving out 10 days early and I will have to pay the full rent. I am not happy.

We had such a wonderful experience at this CubeSmart location. Shirley was so friendly, informative, helpful and an overall pleasure to work with. We returned after our first visit and rented another unit. Same wonderful experience with Shirley! This facility is very clean, safe and secure. We also love that its climate controlled and reasonably priced. Highly recommend this CubeSmart location!

This new storage facility is great! Jackie helped me get set up quickly and showed me to my spot close to the door so getting my unit packed in was super easy. I realized I needed a storage unit on Friday and got my stuff moved in on Monday. Good prices, great security, and climate controlled! Thanks so much! 5/5 highly recommended

On the expensive side, but its a brand new facility, mostly climate controlled units.

Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Units and parking lots are always clean. The secure gated entrance is a added bonus.

Shirley was great! She was straight to the point, answered all my questions, provided all information about the space etc, and gave me a tour of the facility. All the while having a wonderful attitude!

New facility with friendly and helpful staff. Apparently you can also virtually set up storage which we found out after coming in.

Shirley was awesome to work with. Helped me get everything setup and then when the unit wasnt going to work for what was needed, made it easy to get switched to a bigger one. Very nice place and super friendly staff.
