I mow many yards in West Glen. What an outstanding and kind hearted Staff! Im hoping to get acquainted with a particular staff member even more. She hints around that she wants me often. lol

Very nice community. I’ve been living here a little over five months and I must say that it is very clean, quiet, and peaceful. Most of all the office staff are some of the most nicest, caring people I’ve ever met. I give this community 5 star rating, Just awesome!!

I’ve been here 13 years, not many issues until the bright Orange nailed manager, she is as fake as her tan, nails and hair.wires me a rule violation but neither of my neighbors, one has a trampoline and the other has tweaker blinds, she got me for a tall bush, only because she’s moving in a new home next door.This place is like living in fountain square, constant olive runs for gun brandishing at 127 Rushmore blvd east ( the office) ought to tell you something

They have a nice pool and good residential but there pool monitor around the morning time is so sweet but the black lady around the end of the is day is just one of the rudest person i ever meet and she lets her kids run around with out watching them and sitting in her car while her kids cuss besides that its a wonderful neighborhood

We moved in back in Feb. So now that its hot outside we made our way down to the pool! The ladies at the office were very friendly and very busy making sure everyone had the paperwork filled out while being helpful. Thanks west glen office staff!

Mostly happy with the place, though we are moving soon for personal reasons. Had a few communication issues with the staff, but mostly a nice place. They are friendly, at least, which is good.

The New Pool Monitor is horrible!!!! She lets her kids run around and then she goes smoke in her car. She just stays in her car and lets people sign in. I don’t know her name but she is there after 5. Her kids say bad words around my kids, but when my older kids say a bad word she says something to my kids but not hers…😡🤬

They dont take care of the community like they should. The put more off on the residents & those residents are paying high dollar they should get better treatment. They should not have to cut their own grass or nothing outside but their own trash & taking trash out etc. Used too be a nice place to live. They office is even rude. They ride their residents bothering them when as long as rents paid & no one out in their yard causing problems. Get yourself together management . Too much money too live here

Decently maintained and well kept mobile home park filled with young and older families, singles, and seniors. Everytime Ive been in there its been quiet and uneventful. Appears as though they have homes for sale and rent.

Not a good community i was displeased with the constant rate hikes and constant change in management companies and if you look it up on Google you can see its been a long long time since the street view has been updated because most of their trailers are run down my dad lives there and Im working hard to get him out of there

I have lived her for almost two years. I had problems at first. But, the office staff had no problem making sure my problems were resolved. They are always kind and professional. I love my neighbors and we look out for each other. My home is modern and up to date. Maintenance staff is friendly and quick. Great place to live and near everything I need. I recommend anyone I know that needs a safe, friendly, reasonable place to stay.

Have had absolutely nothing but pure disrespect and attitude from the front staff, this mostly comes from the property manager, the other two ladies are pretty kind a majority of the time. Property manager acts like everyday of her life is a bad day and takes it out on you as soon as you walk in the door. It has made my family uncomfortable to even ask them simple questions in fear that we are gonna be made to feel like a bother or the property manager is just going to lash out at us for asking genuine standard questions that we have every right to ask! Every time we’ve had a problem we have been told someone will be out the next day with a huff, puff, and an eye roll. Nobody has EVER come out “the next day.” I sit at home waiting while I have other things to be doing for nobody to even show up. I love this neighborhood, we love our home, and we are THANKFUL for our home, but as we are renting we should feel comfortable talking to who is in charge! I’m sick of feeling like a bother when asking or informing simple things. There are very important things we have asked that still haven’t been answered and quite frankly I’m sick of it, these things involve the safety of our home and family. Also, the community pool seems to never be open. Every time we have gone up there the lock is on the gate. What is the point of having a community pool in the hot summer heat when you can’t even use it! My family is fed up and sick of feeling so uncared for.

I can honestly say since we got new management I absolutely love this place and our new staff! The new ladies are absolutely delightful. We were about to move out bc of the old property manager. She was a living nightmare! I feel my kids are safe now.

I have lived here for 5 years now an I can completely see the change it has came to from the new office ladies . I’m am so thankful how we are treated & respected . I feel comfortable even speaking to the ladies with the old property manger was a living nightmare But she’s old news - this place is 10xs better then it ever has been . Definite improvements around the property the last couple months. I viewed the property about a year ago and no way I would apply. Drove through again this past week and its cleaned up quite a bit! Stopped in the office for information and the staff treated me with respect and professionalism. I will definitely keep them in mind when searching for a new place in the upcoming months.

Property manager is extremely rude. The other two have been nice with the encounters weve had. Its nice, dont get me wrong but totally not worth 800$ a month. They wont fix anything. If your fridge that is there when you move in breaks, your responsible to fix it. If anything goes wrong, youre responsible for it. Ive enjoyed my time there but I absolutely will not be signing another lease with them. What the hell is the point in renting if you have to fix all the problems? Your better off owning a trailer than renting one! The place is a joke. Do not rent from West Glen!

The new management appeared amazing at first; we were ticketed for two small, intact pumpkins in our yard- before Thanksgiving. 3 doors down from us are 2 properties full of trash and junk all over their porch and yard. A disgrace. Not clean, not appealing.

Went by to check them out. The ladies in the office were super helpful and friendly. The community looked really nice as well. Ill defiantly be moving there once my lease.

I lived here for a little over 2 years and I absolutely loved it. I never thought I would enjoy a mobile home so much but mine was super nice. They always kept up on the maintenance, and they are very honest, sweet people! I would highly recommend this place!!!! I didn’t want to move but my kids are growing quick and I needed a house for them and a yard for my dog but I really hated leaving, I was honestly homesick after moving out!! It’s a very nice quiet place to live :)

Met a friend here. Homes look well kept, grounds are well kept. Cute little park for small kids( even short basketball hoops), full size bball court and a swimming pool

When I first moved in I loved it, staff was sweet and helpful....... and then came the problems and staff changes. Now most repairs dont get repaired, and new manager says they are only responsible for major repairs the rest are on the tenant. New manager doesnt believe what tenants say. Was told I HAD a house that I wanted no matter if it was purchase or rent, then after me going to office about every other day for about two months to find out what was going on I was told I couldnt get that house at all. They wouldnt work with me at all. There are several other residents along with myself that are applying at other places to live. Its heartbreaking to live in a place that doesnt want good residents that pay their rent with no complaints. In all of my life i have never before lived in a place that doesnt do everything they can to keep the good residents, this is the first. I had two other family members that were going to apply to live here but once new management came in with attitude and took house away from me along with not believing things. I informed family members this is not the place to live. I moved here because I loved the area and the wonderful staff at that time and because I wanted to be in a place that I could remain in for years to come due to health issues and now I have to yet again find another place to live thanks to new management. Having said all of that, should things change here I will GLADLY stay and revise my review as well as encourage others to live here with no problem. I pray that day comes.

Ok-looking community with relatively nice staff. Huge points deduction for my review due to the fact that they have several “new homes for rent now” signs out front that are completely false. Upon looking into this, they have exactly 0 new homes available for rent. Purposely false advertising it seems to me.

I lived here for a year and from day one it was awesome. The staff was always great and professional. They where always there when I called with the answer to my questions. I’ll miss the whole staff. Also the maintenance staff was great. Not as pretty as the ladies in the office lol but they where great as well. I want to say thank you to the West Glen office staff and let you know you will be missed.

I have lived here at West Glen for at least 7 years and still enjoy living here. There have been a few issues here but management has always treated me fairly and with respect. I know that new management has been enforcing the rules lately but I like the fact that the park is getting cleaned up. New management has been awesome to me and I appreciate how they have cleaned the place up. Now get the tow truck driver not to be so zealous and I will be happy.

I have lived here for about 2 years now. While it may not be the cheapest nor the best around it is certainly a good place to live. The children play during the day but around 6pm the park quiets down. There are very few loud parties though they are allowed as long as they dont disturb the park. Practice common sense and you will have a decent place to live here.

I went in yesterday to put in application and the lady in charge was very rude, made me feel not welcome!!! Also made me feel like my money is not good enough( now Im having second thoughts).... Im looking to buy and they said that they had no properties available. However, online they have all these properties available at the price that Im looking for!!! Management staff said they have none available is that like false advertising!

I have lived here for over a year and as far as Im concerned the staff is easy to work with and they have a strict policy when it comes to the children of the park and there safety as someone said run I suggest it if you are a registered offender because unlike other parks in the area they are not allowed plus we have the summer lunch program in the park and holiday parties geared towards the children even a brand new playground and a lot of new affordable homes just brought in...so Im thinking that the reviews of latter are those who couldnt get in or lived here and didnt follow the rules...so give Craig or Jeanette a call, they are the best...Thanks guys

I, have been living here for 2 and a half years. I have had nothing but problems out of the office. Yesterday when my fiancé went to go do a promise to pay he was told he couldn’t because he wasn’t an occupant. He had never had a problem before. Turns out his paperwork he turned in to live there was never processed. It’s been a year and 3 months! No one wanted to say anything? I also find it funny that his mom was able to go right on in and pay the rent, with no issues! Very unprofessional!

Great place for the value. The management is great as they are cleaning up the park and making it a great place to call home.

I am only giving 3 stars today, because of previous management staff. When I inquired months ago about possibly having my deck repaired I was told that it would probably be torn down. Honestly the deck was one of the major selling points for my family on the home. Since the recent management change I have inquired again and our new manager (Tressa) is so much more personable. She is willing to have someone look at it and see if it can be repaired instead of just saying a hard no. I was afraid to do a review previously due to the fear of payback from other management. I will say the new ladies in the office have renewed my faith in our property and I look forward to renewing my lease, I was uneasy until now. Thanks ladies for turning things around.

If I could give zero stars I would! We were highly considering living here there were tons of units available online and we even called and they said there were newer units available. I had assumed from the reviews that the park was nice and honestly I have to say its utter trash in my opinion. Once we went to look at the new units I felt awkward and uncomfortable being around the stuff. One lady appeared to be off ( maybe she was having a bad day i dont know) The property they showed us smelt like straight cigs and once asking about the newer units they decide to tell me now that they all have pending applications and this and similar stuff is what they can show me. We were ready to rent out a newer unit but not the trash they tried to trick us into renting. STAY FAR AWAY.Let me not forget that there were tenants in the club house the same time as us and they made the building smell like cat pee it was not cool at all

Yea all the reviews about the boss lady in the office are true I called about an issue I had and she started complaining and getting an attitude when I only asked for help which is her job to seek that for me and it never happened I’m glad I moved out loved the neighborhood hate the boss she needs to be fired immediately! Somethings gotta be done about her

I just resign my lease i love the staff my house its nice to come home to a safe place plus they putting up swings in the park my grandbaby going to love that.

My husband, myself, and our daughter recently moved in to a 3 bdrm 2bth and we could not be happier. Miss Shannon was absolutely 100% honesty and helpful from the beginning of the application process to inspecting the home for our satisfaction with us. Extremely quick response on or application and very clear/thorough with every detail. Things have been rough for our family for a while and we were looking for a new better start. Very rude and unprofessional staff. The park is nice and well kept but the staff could use an attitude adjustment. I have a service animal and she told me I was not allowed to have him. I will be contacting my lawyer asap. The things this women has said and tried to do are illegal. If your looking to move here and have pets. RUN AWAY!!

I have tried over two years to try to pay on the property that I moved out and they just now put it on my credit. When they never sent me a bill and we never agree on a Price of that I Owed

I absolutely loathe the last manager. She was extremely rude, a true royal witch. She called my late husband, Stupid My husband had TBI (traumatic brain injury. ICC I can accord to I am going to continue to live here. The management is now too notcb, no ride or childish behavior. Repairs are fixed a whole lot faster, without attitude. Lived here for 5+ years. Never really had a problem. Summers are kind of loud with school being out. Keep a look out for them at all times!

I have to check, MULTIPLE TIMES EVERY DAY, due to fear of my BMW, which is my first car that I died working 75 hours a week at minimum wage to obtain, being towed by a zealous tow man... A belief that is fostered by my own family, long time residents, warning me of this places newer management towing with no warning, no supposed ticket being placed so you can go oh, I shall go move it now since some one thinks it a bother where it sits I tell you now, tow my car with no warning over bs where theres a fee to high to where I cant pay to get it out, Y.O.U. W.I.L.L. P.A.Y. not by me, but karma is a monster, so is bad public relations, which you foster.

Lived here for a year. Maintenance cant seem to fix anything. Our toilet broke and they half ass fixed, so again we have to call them to come out to refix it. The furnace door broke they knew about it and waiting weeks to fix it. My son ended up getting a scar on his chin from it. They just screwed it back on the wall. The ceiling has a bubble in the kitchen. I had to clean the trailer myself when we first moved in. Bathroom door has marks on it from pervious renters. I do not recommend this place. Its a joke!

Our neighbor next to us have put up a basketball goal and continue to play it after 9pm. I have a girl that starts school and trying to get back on schedule. We have spoken to the neighbors and management 2 times, it is 940 and they again they are out there. There is a basketball court in the complex!

Not a place to call home AT ALL! Office manager has VERY nasty attitude. Place has gone down hill worse than before with manager and new company. Constant problems with unattended kids, drugs, and the list goes on. So called security is drug user. Good luck getting anything fix. Believe you dont have to take my word for it, just move in and see it for yourself but its at your own risk.

Stay away! run!! they treat their tenants horrible!!, they only see $$$$ they do not care about anything else. they are super nice when you first move in but after that beware. They will move you into homes that are not safe. My grandson has a scar on his chin from hurting himself on a piece that kept falling off the furnace that was broke from day one that they moved in and they kept asking to have it fixed, the refrigerator was leaking water which my son had to fix himself. so many other things wrong with this house, they will try to charge you for every little thing. SLUMLORDS! unless your desperate do not consider this place!

I bought a home here and I still have to pay for pets.. I also have a boat that is kept in my drive and Ive been threatened to have it towed.. lots rent is 500 plus not including rent/mortgage. Management is always in a bad mood. I also have had multiple flooding issues that they ignore to fix. They have unchained pit Bulls running around along with several pedophiles which are registered. Do not rent or buy here..

This is the worst living area. People who work here are rude and hateful. First off the trailers around here are old,dirty, and torn up. There is trash all over and when we moved in there were stains on the carpet and ants everywhere. The crime around the trailer park is horrible no kid should be seeing any of it. When we got the palce we were promised to have our trailer washed before we moved in all the way but it was about three or four months before that happened. The staff barged into the house like unlocked the door and invited themselves in like that is disrespectful. Also the pool in here is horrible life gaurd is not watching anyone cant get In most of the time because it is locked when staff can open it up. So west glen is the most horrible place to live for me.

She just screamed me out of the office and threatened to call the police on me because I was asking for info about them filing court on me. She refused to talk to me, said she didnt have to! When I told her I would have her job she said I wish you would! So she clearly doesnt like or want her job! EVERY review on Google and elsewhere is about this woman and how horrible she treats the residents!!!!! She is the only thing we dont like about living here!!! Only!! RPH properties, Im calling you out......WHY IS SHE STILL EMPLOYED!?!?

Ive lived here my whole life so this might b a little bias, but i think its great. Granted it used to be better than it is, but there is still a nice comunity of people nd there is always fun to be had if you look for it. Great place to look at in the summer especially. Lots off people, kids, teens, trees, and smiles. In the winter, its nice, and people are cozy in there houses. :)

We had been looking for a home for 2 months. We had been getting the run around at a community down the street from here. They had us jumping through hoops and were so rude. We stopped at West Glen on a Saturday and Sylvia told us that she wasnt leaving that day until all the applications were in. Well she kept her word (unlike mariwood) Monday we got the call we were approved. We came that night to look and the other Sylvia (there are 2) showed us the most beautiful perfect home! Made an appt. for tues night to sign and close! The manager Jeanann was so accommodating to our needs and Sylvia 2 what can I say? They just made us feel so welcome. We started moving in that wed and we are loving our home! The community is quiet, clean and quiet. I would recommend this community to my friends. Actually I already have! Thank you Westglen!

Most of the staff is ok but the property manager Jeanann is rude, very disrespectful, and VERY unprofessional... they need a management overhaul do not live here she will make your life miserable!!!! This is by far the worse place I have ever lived in my life. When I first moved here I had a complaint about roaches being on the outside of my, after a week or so I started seeing them inside my house, I was told in the lease is a recommendation for pest control. ( Which I shouldnt not paying for being a new tenant). 6 wks of living here my sons car was towed. Now 8 wks my other car was towed after I showed proof to her that I had paid for the registration just waiting for the sticker to come in the mail. She took a copy of it to see I did renew the registration and still decided to tow my car. The manager is very RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL! She not even approachable. Not a peoples person at all. When I went in and she took a copy of my registration receipt she was appearing to be speaking to me however never made eye contact, But when I was receiving the original to exit the office, Athen she stated (I will not repeat myself again). My car should not have been towed it was not in the grass and I gave proof that the car had valid registration. Just waiting on sticker to come thru the mail.

Its nice - as in not its not ALL hillbilly bling out. Ok for those who dont speak RednecK. Hillbilly bling is at least 1 car on blocks in front yard. Then the indoor outdoor furniture buy new couch or pick one up from neighbors curb. 3 leg grill the baby running around in a VERY VERY full diaper because the baby sitter a.k.a. your dog cant change diaper.

Well i will make this short and simple, west glen is a typical trashy trailer park, the staff are typical trailer park people, lazy, disrespectful and rude as hell, they have hardly any units that are worth the price they charge, and from my experience while i was there i am so glad i was turned down on the application, they put you through this grueling process wanting to know every piece of personal info on you, on top of that they do a criminal back ground check on you, (which is ok thats a good thing to keep the criminals out) but after all that to be turned down for some lame ass reason is just ridiculous, well i take it as thats gods way of saying ...you belong in a home not a trashy trailer park, so west glen can kiss my ass.

Worst community....rude office personnel..I dont live there..visiting and found vehicle towed..Their soultion was to park by the office and hope your vehicle doesnt get vandlized ..they can check security camera next morning if a problem.High crime area...I agree with previous review ..get out asap. I came at dark and left before sunrise. I came over to take care of a small toddler...father working..and mother came home later.

We were wanting to move here but we were told we could not view a home until moving in. I learned my lesson on that one in the past and refuse to move in anywhere or pay anything until viewing the property. In the past, we got fined for the previous tenants screw ups because the unit was not move in ready and we got stuck with their filthy carpet, chewed up ( from dogs) siding on doors, and chipped paint and cabinets because we didnt check what we were moving into prior to moving in! And failed to take pictures. I wont do it again. I am already skeptical with this being a mobile home/trailer park. Also, the manager in the office pretty much ruined us on this option with her bad attitude. I had to reschedule an application appointment a couple of times due to not having proof of employment(which I now have) because I just started a new job and hadnt received a letter or pay stub at that time. The manager called my phone today to touch bases because I had an appointment that I didnt show up for...maybe changing your attitude would be helpful.

Hired someone to cut my grass. Had him pull up in front and come to my door for $$ for lawnmower gas. While standing on my porch for 8 seconds waiting for me Indy Finest towing pulls up tells him move it now or hell tow it!!! Had a friends car towed by them once before which was our fault since it was parked on the cul-de-sac. They charge $150 because they know you have to pay it. If u call and need a tow of course its only $60. I understand parking on the road rule but when a vehicle is running and your standing right there... sounds like someones got a heck of a money scam going
