I came into the store and brought some items, I was being serviced by someone name RickI presented him with a debit card, he fumbled around, keyed something into the machine, then swiped my card. Mine you I go to this place at least once a week and have used the same debit card and had no problem. He told me the card was not one that they take, I reminded him that I use it all the time and have had no problem.He said it wont work, so I gave him another card and said I want it to be on my debit. He ran the card thru as credit. I said I asked you to run it thru as debit. He said they dont do that here. I said sir Im here all the time and use the first card I gave you, and have never had an issue. He said again They dont do that hereWho ever They is please train this man, its clear to me that he does not know what he is doing and is to stupid to ask. I asked for a refund and he said the same thing they dont do that hereIm the Lady that comes in and buy Grippo Potato Chips all the time, the other workers I have been in contact with are excellent, they know what they are doing and provide good customer service.
