This company has been working on a project in our neighborhood for months. They leave their cars all over the neighborhood and frankly it’s one of the most ugly landscape jobs I’ve ever seen. It’s actually made our neighborhood worse despite the amount of money spent on the project.

The office building is rundown and sets down an old gravel/dirt road about 4 miles long. You think youre lost before you hit your destination when visiting this place. I came here for an interview as a Pool Tech. It took me an hour and fifteen minutes to driver here. AFTER my interview I was told they had already hired a Pool Tech for the winter. Also, the job posting on indeed showed $16-$19 an hour. The HR manager was not about to give me anything above $16 an hour. I asked if they could give me $17 and they said not to start out, it would be really hard. You shouldnt put a pay range on a job if youre going to pay them the lowest number anyways. I have over 10 years of experience and I felt belittled when I was told that about the pay rate. Not to mentioned, they already hired someone for the position. On top of it all, they said there was no work for 3 or 4 months out of the Winter. I have three kids; how could I possibly support them with not knowing where my next paycheck is going to come from for that long. I think they need to take a serious review of what they are looking for, staff wise, before posting a job that claims to offer much more than it actually has to offer. It was a good way to get me in the door, which is all they wanted in the first place. Their loss, not mine.

Tell your drivers not to pull out into traffic with a 20 ft trailer and block the intersection causing a traffic jam when it was clear traffic was backed up and they wouldnt clear the intersection. Happened at 96th and I69 south in the middle or rush hour.
