Ive been using them for many years for supplies fir the stamping and fabrication industry. They always ship anything in stock the same day and are always dependable. They will get you what you need when you need it. They do a great job!

Very bad experience!I bought a $30 pair of scissors and they arrived looking as if they had been used, covered in black smudges like grease all over the handles. I called customer service and the lady was impolite and acted angry that I called and told me to return it. Then I received an email 8 hours later saying _ and I am not kidding _ all the scissors were like that and I just needed to clean them myself. I couldnt believe that is what they said! Then I started getting emails which I considered threatening because if I didnt write the return authorization number then they can decline to refund me. OK fine, I will write it all over the box everywhere.... and never order here again. 100% negative experience across the board and I am done with MSC.
