Tech didnt where a mask, didnt introduce himself. During the inspection of my equipment the tech used profanity multiple times. These words were spoken softly- he f2uhailed to conect the furnace door correctly and had to walk back downstairs. He failed to bring the replacement filter in after going to his truck.... im disappointed.

UPDATE: I really commend Bolls for their customer service after my negative experience. They gave me a call, refunded my service fee, and were open to some of my critiques. We ultimately went with another company that performed the same service for cheaper but I definitely feel better about my experience. I truly appreciate their efforts to rectify the situation.My repair technician came out initially for a cleaning when I told him my AC was struggling to get the temperature down below 77 during the late afternoon it turned into a service call ($95) which is fine. I understand that.He was here for 5 minutes upon which he told me my unit (2015) was low on coolant and leaking. He said it would cost me $500 to refill it and find the leak using some kind of dye method.I of course caught a little sticker shock and decided to shop around. Another company told me they could come out and do two separate tests including a dye test for $100 and could do so in a much more timely fashion.Tell me how there is a $400 difference between the two? Was my technician trying to scam me? Im not sure, but I will say I would not recommend Bolls Heating & Cooling to anyone, ever.

I called bolls to get a 2nd quote for a blower motor that went out. They came out and provided a quote FOR LESS THAN HALF what another company was trying to charge. And they were able to replace it same day. Very quick. Didn’t try to sell me a new furnace or something I didn’t need. Amazing!

Brian was able to come out with less than a half a days notice, which was great as my AC was dead and indoor temperature had reached 85 degrees. Brian quickly replaced the capacitor, did a quick walk around for other issues, and my AC was back. Overall an exceptional experience. We bought our house about a year and a half ago, the house has a Unico HiVelocity A/C system installed that did not work worth a ....., long story short, Sergei Traycoff was great to work with, communication was excellent and his Installation Crew top notch! it took four 6+or- hour days to install all new duct work in attic including a new return duct and add a Heater Pack unit. The cooling system is working great now Highly recommend, Thanks!.

Woke up at 3 am to 80 degree house in August. Called 3 other companies along with Bolls and there customer service rep was the only one who said they would get me someone first thing.They were here right at 8am, fixed the AC in 10 minutes, and now my house is cooling down again.Really good stuff and delivered on their expectations.

I was notified the day before my service and also the day of service when the technician would be on his way. Bryan was very professional, thorough, and answered all my questions. He was wearing a mask when I answered the door which I appreciated. I have used this company for 30 years and have always had excellent service.

Our AC went out on a Thursday, Bolls fit us in to their estimate schedule on that Friday and they arrived the following Wednesday for the install. We’ve been Bolls customers for more than a decade, so we didn’t think twice and didn’t even think to price shop. Bolls is the best. Don’t even bother calling anyone else. Their team is so professional, polite and courteous. Communication is excellent. Service is out of this world. Bolls gets our highest recommendation.

After getting 6 quotes for a mini split unit installed in my garage Bolls gave a competitive quote. The sales person Nick who came out to give the quote was very attentive to detail and asked a lot of important questions. The installers were equally fantastic and even came out a few days before my installation to look over the job to ensure when they came back they had everything they needed. The day of the install they were on time, again attention to detail on the inside and exterior of my home was much appreciated. Even though Bolls wasn’t the cheapest I am a firm believer you get what you pay for, I would use them for all my HVAC needs in the future. I was very impressed.

Serviceman was nice and prompt. They charged a $51/15min fee on top of the $95 diagnostic fee. Just an FYI. The serviceman laid out all the options and told me that it would probably benefit to change out the AC system. That made sense and sounded fair to me. Overall, a pretty standard company with a bit lacking on the transparency side for billing and diagnostics. Edit- the owner personally came and gave me some quotes and refunded the extra $51 that was not disclosed during the call. Hes a great guy. Make sure you know what youre getting into during a service call setup and double-check with the receptionist.

They installed a mini-split for us and were one of the few in the area to use the (by far and away) best rated system I found through research and reviews. That alone says a lot, but then everything else was also so top notch that Im likely converted for my HVAC needs now. Follow-through beginning to end was fantastic. They were on time for everything; communicative/responsive throughout; mindful of shoe coverings inside the house, masks, and other things out of courtesy and respect; and if they had to do something out of the norm (like run lines in unexpected places), they asked us/let us know beforehand so that we wouldnt be surprised by it. Bolls installed a ductless mini split unit to help cool the upstairs of my house... Although I have central A/C, the upstairs was always uncomfortable on warm/hot days. Received several quotes to have a Mitsubishi unit installed and Bolls had the best pricing... Plus I was happy to support a local small business. Sales staff and installation crew were polite, knowledgeable & wore masks (without asking them to) and footies to ensure dust/dirt was not being tracked into house. Excellent program, installation and service. We have been with Bolls for over 30 years and installed two systems (Furnace and AC) in two homes. Also maintained annual service agreements for each including water heater. Thats the reason our furnace and AC lasted well beyond useful life. We have rarely had any problems with the equipment; but Bolls is always available with a phone call if needed. They always respond as scheduled, call when the technician is on the way, and clean up after completing the work.
