Dr. Ostrowski is such a caring, professional physician. He listens to your concerns and addresses them which I appreciate. His experience in his field is priceless and the staff has always been friendly and professional.

This office is beyond a disaster. I’m not sure why Dr Isenberg referred his patients here when he retired.

This place will lead you on about your insurance and that everything is fine and covered till the day you go in for your hearing aids and they tell you they do not accept insurance. so be aware of them.

Great Doctor and Office for hearing, vertigo or balance issues. Especially Meniere’s disease.

Been going here for years. Dr. O is extremely knowledgeable, personal, and explains absolutely everything so that anyone can understand. Most times, I dont have any questions due to his thorough descriptions.

BEWARE OF BILLING STAFF! Love the doctor, dislike the billing staff. After having my 3rd surgery (first 2 from a different surgeon), my husband losing his job, and trying to catch up on bills, billing manager said I would have to go to a different practice because of non payment and non communication. Well lady things in life happen. We had no phone service and almost lost everything. Im sorry I couldnt contact you. I work in billing myself and the practice I work for would never do that to their patients. After finally being able to contact someone in billing and explaining the situation, she said I would still have to find another provider. HEARTLESS!! This is what the American healthcare system has become. MONEY HUNGRY!!!In regards to the response from the office - You sent 1 certified letter and then dropped me after I contacted the office and explained the situation. VERY UNHAPPY ABOUT THIS! Maybe this would not have been posted if you would have worked with me, in which the person I had spoke to would not help and was rude on the phone.
