Parking was a bit different than I was expecting, but Im definitely glad they had signs pointing to where the entrance was. Extremely happy with the customer service I received as soon as I walked in! Everything was easy to find, and when I was having small issues finding the things not labeled by an over head sign an employee immediately noticed that I was having issues and helped right away! 10/10 would recommend this store to anyone and everyone! Cant wait to come back!

I most like this hardware store because they get the keys right. They make copies of keys that many home improvement stores do not. The best part is, the keys work. The staff is also friendly and always ready to help.

I love it because its small. I used to get great customer service upon entering, I would be greeted at the door and then taken to the item....today I entered and met 4 employees at the door. I had to speak first and I was pointed in the direction I needed to go...im sad about it....they always have what I need 9/10 times.

For a neighborhood hardware store employees are extremely helpful always right there as soon as you walk in the door and make sure shopping experience pleasurable

I’ve been a customer for 22 years. I just returned a part and let them know that the day I purchased it I was twice sold two different wrong items. The response was a shrug. I am not sure what I expected, but I guess it wasn’t total indifference. In the future I will be going to the store that kindly sold me the correct product, it’s not too much farther away and is also local. It makes me sad though, Central Ace is my neighborhood hardware store.

Im not sure If its getting better or worse. Stock had been non consistent. But people are pretty nice but seem to be bothered by having to ring me up

Very awesome hardware store. Love Ace! Always helpful and very accomodating to your needs. They got me set up with everything I needed for my project and I didnt need to make six trips to get what I needed! Now thats amazing! Menards, Lowes and the rest of the big box stores they could really learn something from the smaller more personal and friendly stores. The bigg chains employees act like I got alot of nerve comming in the store and interrupting their texts or conversations or what ever they deem more important than assisting a customer whos spending their hard earned money and PAYING their over paid azzes!

This place has been around for years and always has awesome, helpful, friendly employees.

Prices are a little more than other hardware stores, but they are convenient.

Theres one young lady who has a very nasty attitude when I come in there. She has no respect. The other 2 employees were great.

Its a good mom pop hardware store with the home improvement an keep up of a home not commercial but good friendly neighborhood employees. Shop there really keeps them around so Ill keep going

Entrance is on the side of the building. I saw people on a couple of instances get confused about how to get into the store.Other than that, minor issue, I was able to get in and out quickly with everything I needed except 1 thing. An employee was extremely helpful telling me where I could go to find what I was looking for.

They pretty much have everything that you need in a hardware store and the sales persons are very helpful and willing to help you find whatever you need and they are easy to talk to very respectful and I liked it

Always shop here because of the staffs helpfulness in finding whatever I am looking for from screws, locks, nuts, bolts, flowers, grass seed, bird feeders, bird seed, paint, signs & I could go on and on . Variety of hardware . Staff meets covid-19 standards, respectful and I help support a small business neighbor . My Grandpa, mom used ace growing up & I do now . Stop and shop they have anything that you may need.

The ACE Hardware at 10th & Arlington has consistently maintained very good COVID precautions. Masks are worn by staff and customers. And they continue to provide very friendly service!

Needed keys cut manually. Did an excellent job with decent pricing.

My husband went into ace to buy a few things they kicked him out cause he didnt have a mask but is fully vaccinated. Very disappointed with Ace I have shopped there for years well no more

Staff is helpful. They carry most things one would expect.

The employees here are crazy helpful from the second you walk in the door. Chris helped save us time, money, and a ton of frustration on a small home repair project. We came in looking for a drill bit and left with exactly what we needed plus a couple of super helpful tricks that made replacing our furnace exhaust pipe a snap. Will be shopping here from now on!

One place that still has good customer service. If you dont have a mask they will provide instead of telling you to leave. Havent happened to me personally but for a busy place to provide a mask for you because everyone cant afford them is always a plus.

Love having a local hardware store. Staff seems knowledgeable. Selection for individual items is small, but covers a wide variety of areas. Prices might be slightly higher than the big box stores, but the service and location more than make up for that. Summertime vegetable selection seems wider than most other places.

Everything was easy to find. One thing though cashier was not very friendly. Dont know if she was having a bad day or just her personality. But, not very friendly at all!

I called about a piece of glass they told me they had it an it was best to come in. I had my 6yr old son who is autistic with me an he had to use the rest room which was really gross. They didnt have the glass in stock like they told me

Parking is rather far from door but they did have the paint that I needed for a project.

Zero stars, costumer service was non existence. That is not how its been in the past visits. Management needs a wake up call fast.

Ghetto poor customer service denied me to come in with my service dog. Even after showing them her federal certificate. As a hardware store why would you not allow animals anyways? Ace being the helpful place is definitely not the motto any more. I called customer care center waited on hold for five minutes before getting forward to voicemail.

This store has tons of staff ready to help you as you come through the door. Some of the cashiers need a class in friendliness tho.

Very helpful staff- small selection of potting soil, however. Also, one of the staff members was oogling me the whole time I shopped and it made me uncomfortable, but the register workers were very kind!

Their workers are very helpful as they advertise in their commercials. Ace is the place with the helpful hardware folks! However, pricing is always higher because they are a smaller hardware store and closer to home. Its great for a quick trip if you need something common.

To the person lacking any sense below, actually it is required by marion county as of friday if you were paying attention and not talking out of your you know what... If you dont have a mask at this point in the pandemic then thats just natural selection doing its work.I applaud this decision by ace and their efforts to keep the public safe. This virus isnt going away because of people like our friend below and it will unfortunately continue to get worse.For those going to Ace in the near future, you must wear a mask, and the store is only allowing 10 people inside at a time so you may have to briefly wait. Be prepared.

Staff was helpful and aware

I went true that store to get Vee parts far my bathroom sink handed the man all parts to have replaced when I got home to put the sink together discovered I was missing a washer and a drain pipe Bolt. I was very upset.

Always have what I need

This is a small store, but they have a decent selection for their size. I got a cordless, rechargeable screwdriver a few months back. Good price.Paint folks seem to be knowledgeable. I will be going back to get some floor paint soon. They have any color available and in quarters size.

Rudest employees I’ve ever dealt with. I’ll gladly spend my money at Lowes 5 mins away from now on.

Its the best place, maybe only place to go if youre working on east side. Saves the trips to the other big home improvement stores, they have a good selection of items.
