A very good place to buy all our Indian groceries. They also have good cake items and puffs, samosa made fresh and they are awesome. On our recent visit we purchase a rice bag and when we reached home, the rice bag was torn and half of the rice was fallen down in the car. We noticed that the bag was already torn and staff had put a Cello tape on the bag ! Never expected that the product would be stored it in this way. Better be careful when picking up rice bags
It was good. I reached around 6 :30 pm in a Sunday evening so some veggies were out of stock. I m sure they had them in the morning. Veggies were fresh, other things were reasonable. It was overall a nice experience.
Great small Indian grocery. Lots of things most Americans have never seen before. Fresh produce, lots of varieties of rice, tons of interesting snacks, and a a lot more. Lot of vegetarian and vegan options in their freezer section. They have a small food counter in the back where you can get Samosas and a few other hot foods and desserts.Staff has always been nice.
Nice & clean Indian grocery store.
Good place for Asian Foods and Grocery. Prices are slightly high but authentic Asian Flavor
Excellent selection, staff was great. Prices even better.
Lots of variety, good vegetables. Best part is they put price labels on everything so you arent left wondering like other places Ive visited. Pretty much a one-stop destination for your Indian grocery list.
Good for Indian/Asian food.
One stop shop for desi grocery and pan parag
Friendly and helpful staff. Good deals.
Great and small Indian Groceries. I love it.
Best place to shop groceries friendly staff
Good place to get all Indian groceries.
Very nice experience. it has all the indian+ pakistani gorcery.
Great store, lots of options to choose from.
Update: Be careful on buying frozen fish. Frozen hilsha fish is expensive but it can be expired and rotten inside. I had to throw out a 25$ fish.Good place for day to day groceries. They sell large fish but will not process it for you. Their papaya is worst quality. They do have cheaper young coconut. A good place for Indian and Bangladeshi.
Love their clean store stocked with everything I could need for my Desi cooking. Both Indian and Pakistani brands available. Love the fresh produce.
New location is great, always clean store and variety of products. Very well managed store.
Well organized, clean, well stocked. Produce is usually fresh. Recommend it for Indian, Pakistani, and South Asian groceries.
Horrible customer serviceI bought Golden temple atta . When I makes roti in the home atta is not good is it exp when I am going back to store for change or return the atta the unprofessional lady always in front she said we don’t refund no switch if u atta not good. atta and receipt 🧾 SEND TO GOLDEN TEMPLE ATTA HEAD OFFICE where they manufacture . I was shocked 😳 . she said like That . I think 🤔 she is most intelligent women in the world . I bought atta 12 dollars. And if I mail to company I will spend 25$.Don’t go there please
Probably the best place for indo-pak groceries for Indianapolis. For those looking for halal meats and poultry, there is international market less than 150 feet away in the same plaza along with three halal restaurants withn a 1/4 mile radius: Biryani House, Famous Steak and Lemonade, and Magoos California Pizza.
Great to go to.
Clean, rich varieties of produce and groceries.Iranians might find their favorite fresh produce and groceries too.I found my favorite baby okra in the freezer.Lots of Halal items frozen, but not any fresh meat or chicken.Yogurt are very good and in big buckets with good value.I love their cheese (paneer).Long and thin eggplants available fresh.Cons:Couldnt find some fresh greens like basil, and mint was very expensive.
Staff is very helpful . Everything kept in an organised manner
Great place for indo-asian people. You can get large fishes but they dont cut/process it for you. Price for frozen fishes need to be scaled up and properly labeled. Very cool collection of vegetables. You can get young/ green coconut here. Very good for day to day groceries.
Very nice and clean. Also, you can find almost every Indian grocery item, vegetable and what not.
Nice fast food collectionfriendly staff
Amazing. Always pleasant. Super organized & tidy. Great deals. Great vegetables.
Good place fo indian grocery
3star for the fresh vegetables that’s it!! I am not satisfied with other stuff in their store..PLEASE CHECK FOR THE BEST BEFORE DATE!!
So clean! Amazing selection of Indian foods.
Nyc.. all well for groceries shopping
The store in the new location is awesome.I spent most of the time I had on the vegetable area--this area was great. The cafe in the back was very good too.I didnt spend much time on the other areas of the store. I did pick up several bags of snacks--that aisle was great too.The checkout women were very good too--very efficient and helpful.
Great place for Indian grocery. New location with expanded space is awesome. Plenty of additional products and selection. Much better shopping experience overall and the isles are adequately spaced. Picture below is there produce isle. Enjoyed and will visit again.
Very nice grocery place
Very good.
Awesome store and selection, very diverse variety of Indian/South Asian/Middle Eastern foods. Their produce is great and they have a bakery in the back. Most stuff sold here cannot be obtained at typical American grocery stores, so if youre adventurous, you can always find something new here to try. I usually go with an Indian friend who always buys quite a bit. The Swad banana chips are great.
They have a wide variety of spices at a reasonable price.
Nice collection of Indian items...got almost everything I wanted
A great place to get a variety of vegetables, Indian stables, spices, mixes, snacks and frozen food all at reasonable prices. The new location is expansive. Take extra time to tour it all the first time you visit.
Great place for anything Indian. Not too big and not too crowded. Friendly staff, very good prices and great selection. Highly recommended. My favorite destination for getting spices, veggies and related stuff.
The relocated store is nice, clean well laid out, aisle contents marked, etc. in comparison to prior location. We were, however, looking for Wagh Bakri Masala Tea 100 count pack tea bags - couldnt find it. Barring this, everything else was perfect!
The store is very spacious with a wide range of groceries and vegetables. The vegetables section includes most of the Indian varieties. There is also a snacks and sweets area. It is very close to Indy downtown. Staff is also very friendly and helpful.
Yummy
The best place in the US for all your Indian food requirements! ⭐
A renovated bigger Indian grocery store. The fresh produce is the prime section here, variety of South Asian vegetables and fruits are available at affordable price. While they keep all non perishables, the price for those are not necessarily any cheaper than other ethnic stores, in fact stays on little higher end. This store has good space and it is an one stop store for all Indian items. They only keep their store brand i.e. Swaad, and no other brands. So no much room for different tastes.
Item quality is not good
Neat and clean. Good options available
Good place to get Indian groceries
Clean and neat. Courteous service
During the pandemic, enforcement of masks is not strictly monitored by the store. Some customers so not wear it nor maintain social distancing posing a risk to those who are more compliant with the rules.
Good selection and variety. Slightly over priced.
The price seems to be more on the expensive side but they have almost everything that one needs for Indian cuisine.
And theyre not always find what Im looking for when Im working there theyre great people to work with are easy to get along with and everything Ive seen about their operations is top-notch in really really good food really really good products on the shelf everything for anybody of any elk can find something there .
Very organized and clean and wide variety of Indian products, need one last touch of food or something in that department(fresh bread) to get the last star.
Great place to buy your Indian grocery. A new store is well organized and clean.
I am in love with their little bakery section with sweet and savory pastries.
Best store. Very good products. Well maintained and managed. Friendly and helpful staff. You get very good Asian grocery choices.
Its nice store. all indian grocery available in store. so i like this . n happy too.
Very good Indian Store 👍
A great Indian store, it has all of the things you would expect from an Indian store. One of the better produce selections Ive seen at Indian stores around here. No organic options though :-(
Decent set up organised Indian grocery store
The place is clean and well organized. The products, especially the vegetables and fruits are priced below market.
Big space but not sufficient food item
Has lot of vegetables. Could clean the cart pickup place
Better than the one on 96th street. Good assortment and varieties
Wonderful market with an excellent selection of produce, prepared foods, spices, bulk goods, chaat, speciality cooking utensils and dinnerware, staff were very friendly too!I tried a Kati Roll from the prepared foods selection and unfortunately it was quite disappointing, deep fried and greasy, a far cry from a fresh-off-the-Tawa Kati Roll.
Best indian grocery store in the area. The store is not just a novelty place, its a fully developed grocery store
Its a good place for Indian food
Nicest South Asian grocery store that I ever visited
Our one stop shop for Indian groceries, Nice and helpful staff. The only two thing I would say negative is prices and freshness; due to some what of Monopoly they keep high prices and there is no attempt made to keep vegetables on display to stay fresh.
Very good frozen options. Can get everything. If you go at the end of the day Sunday, chances are the vegetables are all over and either they open fresh vegetable bags or they dont at all. So you can get no veggies at all or get really good ones.
Love the variety of foods! Everyone was helpful and polite.
Awesome
A good place to get Indian groceries. A little expensive for some of the basics such as Milk, Cucumbers, etc. The place is a little clumsy. The other Patel Bros is much spacious than this one. They have samosas which is quite yummy.
Pricey but they have everything you need and the staff is super helpful
Great place for Indian groceries!
Good store. All indian snacks, rice, lentils, floor are at reasonable price. Relatively clean place.
Excellent place for all day to day food and domestic items for Indian community. Good Customer Service..
Great selection of indian groceries, nice place, even better and bigger than the old store !!!
Perfect place for Indian goods for Indians, Ethiopians and people who like Indian food
They are no help when you need help finding something specific they will not go with you directly to assist you, which made me upset I just left and didn’t buy nothing I was ready to buy a lot of things but I just hate bad customer service
Neat arrangement. Bigger kitchen with Pastries option compared to Castleton Patel. Bigger selection of Utensils too.Edit: The chappati/roti made fresh in the kitchen wasnt very soft. Usually, Castleton Patel rotis will be much softer, if you microwave it for 25sec before eating. The one we got from this location become very hard after microwaving. (Reduced to 4 stars)
Best place to find all the Indian Groceries... But be careful while billing. You might be charged for the things u have not purchased.
We go there often. They keep the reputation that Patel Brothers chain has.
They have some really good Indian vegetables which you wont get usually at other Indian stores.
This location has a lot of ayurvedic medicinal items. I love the fresh vegetables and fruit variety they carry. The staff is nice and friendly. Plus, they keep pouring out the fresh samosas regularly. Thank you for the great experience everytime I come yup your store!
This Indian store has high quality products unlike the other ones in the locality who sell products that has been expired. They have wide range of products which comes from different parts of India to select from.
One of the best Indian Grocery stories around Indianapolis!
Nice place for Indian groceries, we can get great produce with lot of options
Nice place to buy indian groceries
Small store, but organised. Good place for Indian vegetables and grocery
Its ok. Needs more variety
Variety of groceries availableHuge selection of items. Good service. Well maintained store. Friendly staff
What I love about the store is everything fresh and the store itself is very clean unlike other desi stores
Very nice and clean place for groceries
