I always try to eat here for lunch when Im in the area. Havent been disappointed yet. They serve a wonderful beef brisket, pulled pork, pork tenderloin. You name it !!!! It all great. The side items they offer are just as good

Went there for the first time on a whim. Bought a full rack of ribs baked beans and tater salad… good food in the neighborhood! Definitely coming back got so full I went to sleep after eating at work 😂

Best pulled pork Ive had in Indy. Ive tried a few other things which are all decent but not quite as top notch as the pulled pork.

Great little BBQ shack. The burnt ends were awesome and the bacon mac and cheese was fantastic. I need to go again and try the Grilliant Fries that are loaded with cheese, pulled pork, and slaw.

Fantastic BBQ. Loved the Pick 3 sampler. Ribs were the meatiest I have seen in a restaurant. Brisket and pulled pork were delicious. I loved the baked beans too. I also bought some liverwurst and Euro candies from the European Market.

My coworker took us there at lunch, I had never been there let alone heard of it. Let me tell you that is a oasis of BBQ in the middle of town. Delicious food! I will definitely be recommending Grilliant to anyone that will listen! Awesome!

BBQ Ribs are good. Brisket is OK. Not a fan of it being chopped and served. Sausage always taste freezer burnt. Nice little place.

This is my favorite spot to visit for brisket, by FAR! Burnt ends on Fridays is a must if I happened to stop by on that day. You really cant go wrong no matter what you pick. Its for that reason, I have to refrain from getting brisket every time because I want to try any and everything they put out. With their rotation of daily specials, its going to take a while for me to have one of everything.This is really good stuff. I used to drive all the way up to Lafayette to get good brisket, but Ive finally found something close to home that I can say is great! Im a believer. You should be too.

This fellow had a State Fair and Indy 500 day, when I went. He had Turkey legs(yep, that he did) 🍋 shake Ups, Ribeye 🥪, funnel cakes and Hog burger. I have to admit it was good!Considering that the State Fair was done because of the Covid-19, to have that was nice. He is a friendly fellow who does make burnt ends, and his own 🥓 from the pork belly itself.Has his own, butcher shop on the premise, this gentleman has it all. Just a, good small business owner making it in these very tough times.He is worth the effort for a visit, you will not be disappointed, and will be back for more

The location of this BBQ grill in an old house is nothing to write home about. But... You will forget all about that once youve tried the food! This is a professional grill, and they really know what they are doing.We stopped in for lunch. My wife had a wrap, and I went for the tenderloin sandwich. The tenderloin was huge; more meat than I could handle. The wife couldnt finish her wrap, and took the rest home. Both were delicious.For sides, I had the homemade potato salad, and she went for the French fries. They both tasted just like I remembered grom when I was a kid. That is, they were made the way they are supposed to... Just delicious!We will return often, for when you discover places like this, you really want to support them! Bon appetit!

Great place to eat BBQ. All kinds plus a unique store with cooking necessity, meat market,spices,lump charcoal, this is the place to get your smoking on.

This place is awesome! Fresh ground chuck and round. Chicken breast are HUGE. Very interesting selection and variety of grocery and other meats, sausage, sauces, spices and rubs. Quality charcoal and woods for smoking. The menu of hot foods and bbq for carry out is small yet satisfying. The day we were there they had just brought smoked meatloaf out of the smoker. No need to twist my arm. So we got the meatloaf with a side and roll. I got Mac n cheese with bacon. One of our group can’t have pork due to allergies and the baked beans were recommended. I’ve never had baked beans without pork or bacon. It was all DELICIOUS. The baked beans were absolutely raved on by someone that hadn’t been able to enjoy them due to his pork allergy. Great staff and very helpful. Will definitely be back.

Had their mango habanero sausage for dinner tonight and my life is forever changed. So unbelievably good.

One of the best dining experiences of my life. This is a serious foodie destination if you are ever way north of Indy.The owner Ernie has a DEEP knowledge of BBQ, meat and butchery. The guy could seriously write a book on the subject.The knowledge comes through in his cooking as well.

Pretty good little spot. Friendly staff. I had the breaded tenderloin sandwich. It was really delicious and a proper large size about 3 times the bun. My wife had the Grilliant fries. The pulled pork had good flavor. Good selection of drinks and sodas.

Its in a very out-of-the-way place just off Michigan on 96th Street the only way you would find it is by personal referrals and thats what we had. The food was great! I had the beef brisket the choices of sauces or good my wife had the pulled pork both were excellent. The crinkle fries and the creamy slaw with mandarin oranges were delightful. We also had the baked beans they were a bit dry on top but we were there at 3:30 in the afternoon. However they had a sweet Bean flavor that was just to my taste. Overall I would rate it a 10 out of 10

Second day in a row of eating the daily special and its still amazing! Chicken fried steak with mashed potatoes and country gravy. Absolutely delicious!

While I was there, they just carved a freshly smoked turkey. They gave us a sample. It was moist and full of flavor. You can pre-order one carved for pick up! Great for the holidays!

Met some friends for dinner here. Fun to look around the shop while we waited to order. We all had different things from the menu and loved it. I had the ribs and they were the amazing. Not fatty and very flavorful.

Its a regular lunch stop for me. I also get carry out here when Deviate has music as its bring your own food. Grilliant closes at 7 though so plan ahead.I keep ordering their tenderloin even though its a bit salty. The fries are enough to share.It is also a small grocery with BBQ supplies.

Great BBQ

Hole in the wall style barbeque. The prices are very good and the food is excellent. The pulled pork sandwich had a very big portion. Bacon macaroni and cheese was quite good too. Only complaint is the small, awkward parking lot, but they make up for it inside. Oh and dont forget they are closed on Mondays and show up for lunch... 😅

Carry out, shortly before closing time. Found it on another phone app. Grilliant Foods had high ratings and several photos that looked good. We decided to drive by. From the street we had reservations, didnt look like at all like a good restaurant. Appeared more like a small market in a bad location (very safe industrial, only a block off very typical beaten path). We took a chance and went in. Still with some reservations we asked a few questions. The staff and I believe the owner were very friendly and happy to answer our questions. We decided on carryout to take back to our hotel. The ribs were good, pulled pork was fantastic. The bacon mac n cheese was awesome, and the beans were superb. Highly recommend checking it out.

Amazing barbecue and a really interesting Euro food market. Go on Tenderloin Tuesday or Friday for burnt ends, my two favorites. The root beer on tap is great. Ernie, the owner, is almost always there and very nice. He obviously cares a lot about the quality of the food. Parking is limited, so go early or late. Cannot say enough nice things about this place.

Large meaty ribs without too much sauce.

The pulled pork is the best! Best thing Ive tried from Grilliant. So far, Ive had the pulled pork sandwich, ribs, brisket, and burnt brisket ends. I recommend the pulled pork and the burnt ends for sure! The ribs were decent. But I really didnt care for the shredded brisket.

It’s very easy to miss this place. It is located in a house, in the middle of an industrial area. The ribs were great, the gentleman who took my order, as well as the guy who brought out my order, were both extremely nice and down to earth. The price was right for a non chain establishment, and they had a store area inside as well.

This is the absolute best place to go for BBQ!!! We are originally from the St.Louis area and once we moved to Indiana we were really struggling to find good top notch bbq cause that’s what we had in St Louis. This by far is the BEST BBQ in Indiana. We go their as often as we can!! The owner and staff are very nice also!!! I HIGHLY recommend Grilliant foods if your looking for great melt in your mouth bbq!!!

I have gone there quite a bit. Seriously everything on their menu is amazing! Great selection of meats for purchase as well. If you need materials for smoking or grilling foods they are your spot. You get a great vibe with the people and they are always willing to make recommendations. I would definitely try it if you are in the area. Heck even if youre not in the area it is worth the drive!

Really freaking good. The barbecue is the main star of the show. Its tender, smoky, and the barbecue sauce they use is delicious. Im a big fan of Big Hoffas in Westfield, and whole I hate to compare, this place isnt quite at the same melt in your mouth delicious level. Although not the main event, the sides are hardly lacking. The mac and cheese (which had bacon in it, by the way) was cheesy and flavorful. Their vinegar coleslaw was the perfect compliment to the other, heavier food items.To top it all off, they have a store which sells specialized European food products. If you somehow still have room after eating the barbecue, youre greeted by a whole host of other sweets and delicious items.Grilliant has a lot of flavor, and I would highly recommend giving it a try!

One of my favorite local places. Their bbq is delicious and makes for a great lunch spot though the week. In addition to their dine-in menu, they have a great selection of bbq sauces, rubs and smoking woods, and a good selection of fresh meats. Staff is friendly and conversational. Highly recommend this place.

Ernie & Jim are a couple of the nicest guys youll ever meet, and their food is even better! This is my go-to stop for lunch at least once a month. There are many BBQ places out there, but they dont compare to the quality that Grilliant has to offer. My personal favorites are the brisket tacos, the pulled pork sandwich, and burnt-end Fridays, but everything Ive had there is absolute quality!

This is a small out of the way restaurant that is so worth going to. The service was great, the food was delicious and we will definitely be returning in the near future with friends and family. We had both the goulash and German brats today and picked up some sausages from the deli to bring home as well. Cant wait to go back!

Only lost one star because they only have the syurup-y sweet bbq sauce. No Texas Smoky style or the like. Otherwise, good food at a fair price.

Good ol award winning barbeque. The burnt tips are excellent. Smoked and carmelized bbq sauce. Typical on pricing, about $15 per person including drinks and sides. Good stuff.

Just found them after driving by the place for over a year. Tough to get permanent signs out front being in Hamilton County, so they put some portable ones up and grabbed my attention this time by. I am glad I stopped in.I was greeted when I walked in the door. I told him I had never been in, so he gave me a tour of the place. It has a grocery store, a restaurant, and numerous supplies for BBQ (Smoking). They have a nice selection of hardwoods as well as spices. I left with some spices and Brisket from the counter and was amazed. This place will be frequented.
