I had been looking for rings for 3 months and had to check off all the regular jewelry stores like Jared, Kay, etc. Honestly I was scared away from Windsor because of its location right on the circle. I just assumed it would be crazy expensive and a small selection. I was completely wrong. I called the store to ask if I needed an appointment, they said no and told me to ask for Greg. As soon as I walked in I met the owner, Greg, and had a nice conversation about what I was looking for and told him about my girlfriend. By this point at all the other stores they had asked me for my max budget and then immediately tried to push me over it. I was there for over an hour before we talked price. Greg and his wife Lynn walked me through different styles of rings, different stones, and sizes and only talked about price after I brought it up. This is a wonderful jewelry store that doesn’t push to get you to spend every last dollar you have. They truly care about their customers and I really appreciated the experience I had with them. I proposed to be girlfriend yesterday and now she’s my fiancé, partly in thanks to Greg and Lynn. Thank you guys so much!

Windsor jewelry did a fantastic job on an heirloom ring that I asked them to turn into a pendant. I had asked for the original design of the ring to be kept, removing the part that goes around the finger and add a loop on the back to make it into a necklace. Not only did they do all of that perfectly, but they went above and beyond – configured the design of the back of it so it can be worn both vertically and horizontally. I absolutely love it!

I had an incredible experience at Windsor Jewelry! I came in to replace the batteries in two of my watches and was expecting to have to drop them off and pick them up in a few days. However Kin got started replacing them right away and had them finished and rung up in no more than 10 minutes. While I waited, every member of the staff greeted me and was incredibly nice and personable. I have not been in a store with this kind of customer service in a long time. You can tell everyone that works here genuinely cares about the customers. Even the store owner, Greg, came up to me and explained how they have options for everyone in every price range. As a younger guy, jewelry stores can be intimidating but I did not feel that way at all. I will absolutely be coming back here whenever I need to buy any sort of jewelry!

I dropped a watch off at the end of March to have it serviced and I was told it would take 6-8 weeks. At the beginning of June I didn’t hear back so I called about the status of my watch. The next day someone called to tell me they couldn’t repair it after they had my watch for almost 3 months. No one was proactive about telling me this so if I didn’t call who knows how long they would have kept it without doing any actual service. They refunded my money and told me to go elsewhere

I took my watch in to have the crystal replaced. It is my daily ware watch so I know it worked fine, just a shattered crystal. After a week I received a call saying the person doing the repair would not replace the crystal because the watch wasnt working. I know it was when I took it in!!! Then another call to say the hour, day, and date are working, just not the chronograph instruments. So I elect to fix the crystal anyway. Another week goes by I get call saying its not working again. I pick it up without the crystal replacement to find all instruments work. I wouldnt recommend this store for any repairs.

Me and my soon to be husband bought our wedding ring/band from here. Of course this store was suggested to us by a very picky family member so we decided to give it a shot and I’m glad we did! Their ring selections were great! If you are looking for unique styles or classic styles ( which is my preference) they have it all! I was looking for something classic and timeless and I found it here, honestly it came out nicer than what I had in mind! The rings are certainly nice but what I liked even more was their great costumer service. Greg helped us with our rings and he was very patient, I know i am very picky and I liked how he was helping me with my decision making. In addition, he was nice enough to meet us after their usual hours since we had a unique situation. In overall very happy with my wedding ring and I’m sure my fiancé is happy with his wedding band. Greg pays attention to quality of metals and diamonds he uses, it took us about 4 weeks to get our rings but I am totally okay as it is the most important gift of our lives, I prefer waiting for a good quality diamond than rushing it.

Well, I haven’t been to Windsor Jewelry since 1996, when I worked downtown. But, recently I stopped in to get my new Invicta watch adjusted to fit my wrist and also get a battery replaced in another watch. All of the customer service people were very polite and helpful, it made me feel welcome, I will be utilizing their services in the future, just because of the warm and inviting feeling they give their customers.

Windsor needed to send the watch into Seiko to be repaired and then COVID happened. 7 months later and my watch and I are finally reunited. From the moment I walked into Windsor Jewelry until the moment I walked out with my purchases and repairs, Ken made me feel as if he was my personal customer service representative. I did present Ken with a challenge of trying to mount a larger diamond on an existing band that was made for a smaller stone. He was able to get the jewelry repairman to make it work without making me purchase a new band. Overall, I am very satisfied. I recommend Windsor Jewelry.
