Such a cute store with so many gifts, plants and a refill station!

An amazing gem in the city! Onatah has plants, tons of low-waste and vegan health and beauty products, and so much more! They’re even working on a refill station! For the longest time, I’ve been jealous of the zero/lower waste options in bigger cities, but Onatah is bringing sustainable products to Indianapolis!

Although not a plant store, seemingly only absolutely perfect plants are hand-picked to be here! I was shocked to find some rarer ones I had not seen before.

Ive visited Onatah General a few times and am always delighted by the quality of products and ambiance! From plants to bath salts to beautiful cards and quality clothing, Onatah has it all along with very friendly staff too! So excited that they now have a refill station and I cant wait to fill up on my next trip.

So many great things that are great for the planet!! I love having something like this local.

Well worth the drive to Fountain Square! I love the selection - from laundry soap and pods to plants and skincare and wellness, everything is sustainable and unique.

Such a special shop! I love a women owned company! They carry a huge range of sustainable products and products from women owned businesses or local small businesses. A lovely supply of tropical house plants and very unique gifts. A super cute place to shop!

This shop is absolute magick. Every product is so thoughtfully selected and the entire experience of being in the space is otherworldly perfect for gifts or to treat yourself!

Came for the plants, but stayed for the wonderful selection of sustainable and unique offerings!

I love this shop! All kinds of great finds from vintage clothes to home stuff to great cards, youll find it. Even if you walk away not finding anything you want to take home, your visit will be lovely hanging out with all of the great plants and being around so many fun items. ETA: this shop has been so good during COVID to keep everyone safe and provide new things, like masks, really quickly. Plus, the plant selection, chefs kiss!!

I love this store. The plants I buy here are well cared for before I take them home and she tells you how to take care of them in your own home. On top of that, the clothing, home decor, and self care items she brings into the shoppe are so so unique but also well priced!! Definitely has a good brand/aesthetic.

Indy is lucky to have such a unique, well-curated, high end boutique like Onatah. It’s my favorite place to spoil myself. The plants are all to die for, and the products are all sustainable. What more could you want?

I feel like Im out west when I go here! This shop has such a unique collection of quality goods, gifts, and plants that you cant find anywhere else in Indy. You can tell everything here is sourced with a lot of research and thoughtfulness and the folks that work there are always fun to talk to.

This is seriously one of the best curated shops I’ve been in across the States. It’s cute and cozy and authentic. Whether it’s prints or plants of perfumes, Jess has great taste and I love coming to see what her most recent finds are!

This lovely store is full of delightful home goods, handmade/small batch body products, an eclectic assortment of greeting cards, lovely plants, and other carefully curated goods. Jessie does a great job at creating a beautiful space thats an asset to the Fountain Square neighborhood!

This little shop is amazing. I was in a panic when i went in there. My 11 yr old daughter had just started her period the day before her waterpark pool party. She was so upset that she couldnt swim. I started researching ways to help her and learned about period panties. This shop was the only place local i could find them. I drove 30 min to get there. When i walked in i had no idea what I was looking for. The lady there was so nice and she helped me figure out what i i needed and the size. She was great and becauae of her and her shop, it saved the party and my daughter had a blast swimming with her friends. Thank you so much for all your help and having such a cute little shop. It was so warm and welcoming. Full of plants and clothes and other earthly feeling items. I plan on coming back and looking around more to see everything that i missed in my rush.

This shop is seriously a gem in Indianapolis! They have natural skincare, soaps, paper goods, and SO many plants! There are also often classes hosted to learn new practices and plant exchanges! This shop fosters intention with others as well as self care!

Onatah is one of my favorite spots in the city!This lovely little shop is a breath of fresh air for a city that is seriously lacking in unique, local retail. Jessie is super sweet, and we always end up chatting over one thing or another when I stop in to shop. I always stock up on incense matches and plants, but she has a wonderful selection of local, natural skincare, artwork, greeting cards, and ceramics as well.In addition to her stock, Jessie has created a beautiful aesthetic in the shop--its always bright, clean, and crisp (no matter what weather were having), and theres usually some killer tunes to enhance the shopping experience. Cant recommend Onatah enough for a great place to pick up a gift, or just to treat yo self!

Of all of the places that sell plants in Fountain Square, I feel like Onatah has the best selection, as well as the BEST pricing. Small succulents and cacti are only $5 and then the move on up in size and price. I spent a good amount of time looking through and picking the ones I really loved.I also bought some incense. Also, a cheap, awesome find. You’d think, “meh, it’s just incense” and I thought the same, I usually just buy a bulk box when I get groceries. But the scents of the incense from Onatah were so calming and lovely, I had to share with my friends. I can’t remember the names but I bought one of each.I also chitchatted with the gal working, Jess. So nice and personable. I felt welcomed and not pushed to get anything. I took my time and made sure to look at everything. The shop carries a variety of self care products and locally made goods. It’s definitely a shop to check out if you want to find something to treat yourself or to find a nice, unique gift for someone that they are guaranteed to like. Truly something for everyone. 🌱
