My family has been going here for a good 15 years, and I had never called myself till today.... I am a woman in my mid 20s who sounds very feminine on the phone. When I called I was told that I might not know what I mean, when I did. After going into detail with the man on the phone he did figure this out, but it was very disheartening. The gentleman I spoke to was very nice and was truly only trying to help, but I just ask you be a step above the others out there who dont believe women know much about cars. :-(
