Purchased Citizen Promaster Chrono Diver Watch CA0719-53E from them online and this is how I received my package. I was expecting better experience, and high quality product and packaging. Unfortunately it was totally the opposite, this was my first time dealing with them and going to be my last time.

We went to go sign for our new house and had some time to spare before our appt. We stopped inside the Jareds @ Keystone Crossing location.. we were just casually looking and she had mentioned this specific ring.. fast forward 2 months and I called the store to see if that setting was still available. Thomas answered and assured me that the setting was still there and available, but the diamond we had looked at was previously sold. He immediately set my mind at ease by texting me multiple diamond options that were similar to the one we had seen months ago.. upon picking a few options I asked if the ring could be held until I could come up and see it in person. He said absolutely.. I made and appt and was promptly greeted at the door.. I was walked over to the counter where the ring sat with multiple diamonds laid out to compare color and clarity.. upon making my decision, Thomas mentioned he lived on the south side and could drop the ring off at the greenwood store so I wouldnt have to drive all the way back up to the north side of town. Thomas was perfect from start to finish.. amazing experience.. no way Id go anywhere else.. So thank you Thomas, and thank you Jareds!!!

Omg .. I truly want to thank the staff/Store manager at Jareds for finally getting my ring in for repair and understanding how much my ring meant to me. The store manager made sure all my needs was taking care of ... He personally called me and told me to drop my ring off on Thursday putting it in the best hands of his best diamond repair guy.. and Lord behold I picked it up today (Monday) 4 days later looking brand, brand new... Thank you all for always taking care of my needs..

The staff was not helpful at all. We told the salesman our price range and he would only show us rings above our range. The manager finally came to help us and showed us a ring I love. Yes, we ended up buying it but only for the ring, not the service. We were quoted 1 week or less for the sizing. I called after 7 days of not hearing and they hadnt even started on it and said it was on the schedule in 3 days. Not happy with Jared at all and probably will not be a repeat customer.

We went into Jared to just look around at what I liked and didn’t like in rings as I hadn’t tried much on before. Before we knew it, Jenny, a manager, was walking through what it meant to get a custom designed ring! It wasn’t a sales tactic in our minds because she asked questions to gauge every little thing I liked, disliked, and wanted or didn’t find important in a ring. We sat down, she listened, and we drew out what we wanted, looked at specific diamonds to choose from, and waited for an official sketch to come back. Once it did, we went back and forth for small tweaks. Then a plastic model came in and going in to try it on and see it on my finger was so special. After we gave the go ahead with that part, the ring was made!! After a few months of waiting, my man finally popped the question while on vacation on the beach! I couldn’t be happier with my ring, my fiancé, and my experience with Jenny at Jared! Highly recommend!

Terrible communication. We went in to get customizations done for my ring and were told by Russel and Mike that the ring would be ready in 10 days. On the 11th day I called and spoke to Russel, who informed me that parts were on backorder. When I asked why no one had reached out to us, Russel got defensive and said Well I didnt know either in a rude tone. This response shows a lack of customer service or care. I didnt know the parts were on backorder either. The difference is that you work at Jared and hold the responsibility to communicate any changes that I should be expecting. This expectation was communicated to us when we paid, but not upheld. I was also told the parts were to come in a week later. After a week, I had to call again (of course, no one has yet to reach out to communicate the status), and was told to leave a message for Russel and Mike. We received a call within the same day from Mike that our ring would be ready the next day. My fiance called the next day to check on the status, and an employee informed us multiple parts were still on backorder and the ring was not ready. Frustrated, he asked why Mike had told us the ring would be ready, and no answer could be given. As well, every time we call, we are placed on long holds and employees make sure to tell us how busy they are. I understand seasons and holidays create an influx in customers, but we are also a customer. It seems like priority is given to those who are looking to buy instead of those who already spent money at Jared. Now, Jared has my ring, money, and no answers can be provided. I am still waiting on my ring.

I went to the 86th St Jared across from the Fashion Mall and had a great experience. Ashante worked with me to help me find the perfect oval diamonds for a custom set of earrings. It was a pleasure working with her. She is still growing in her profession and I felt comfortable with her while she eloquently asked questions when necessary. We were able to get the diamonds ordered and I cannot wait to check them out before the setting is created. What a great experience! Thanks, Ashante.

We got our rings at Jareds in winter 2018 before our wedding. We were so pleased with the service and dedication of the staff. A few months after our wedding (Jan 2019) my wifes diamond became loose. We took it in for a repair and thought everything was good. A few months later this happened again. My wife is retired, she is not hard on this ring. We took it in to get repaired again and thought everything was good. Then in April 2020 the diamond was loose again. Due to Covid, we were unable to bring the ring in for repair. Finally, in August we were able to get my wifes ring in for a repair. We live an hour away and I was hoping to be able to get it done same day like before. That was not the case, we had to drop it off for a couple weeks. On Wednesday, I went and picked it up, again we assumed everything was fine. My wife was so afraid that it would become loose again that she has refrained from wearing it a lot. Not even a week later, one of the Sapphires has fallen out. I thought when a ring went in for repair, all parts were inspected and fixed if need be. I thought there would be some sort of quality control check before you would give the ring back to the customer. A diamond coming loose three times and now a stone falling out seems unreal. This is horrible and bad service. A jewelry store that was once one of my favorite place to shop has now become a nightmare.

I am completely astonished by the experience my friends and I have had. My friend came in for a ring cleaning two days before her wedding, the store associate stated that she had two loose diamonds. One in her engagement ring, and one in her wedding band that she had never worn! I’m not sure how that’s possible. The associate gave us an estimate on how long it would take to get it fixed and she said it should be done by 4:30 the night before her wedding. And again of course not. The professionalism of this establishment is bewildering as they definitely do not meet the standards they swear to live by. You’d be better off to take your money elsewhere.

The sales experience provided was great. However, that was the only good part about it. The sales person was only helping for the sale. As soon as we left the store the plan we had put in place with the sales person came unravelled. They said the were going to help us locate the band in the original color that we wanted and size the other band we purchased. None of this happened. They were unwilling to help locate the band and sold us a band that could not be sized down to the correct size. All of this was discussed in the store, but as soon as we left they had made their sale. That is all they wanted.

I started coming to this Jared about a year and a half ago when I moved to Indy- they are fabulous! Kristie has taken care of us every time we have been here along with her wonderful staff. They always treat us well and offer to clean our jewelry - it’s the little things! We have purchased my husband a bracelet and matching chain, as well as a new wedding ring we saw in the store for him that he loved. Kristie always finds us deals and the right time to buy each thing we are wanting. Last time we came in to have something sized and it was their diamond event and we weren’t planning to buy anything but we left with custom earrings for me. The diamonds they had were a great price and they did an awesome job of making a custom piece for me! We will always be back to see these guys and would recommend to anyone and everyone! We love you guys!

THEY LITERALLY SWAPPED MY DIAMOND FOR A CHEAPER ONEIt Actually Happened…I purchased an engagement ring and diamond for my girlfriend at Jared on Keystone Crossing in Indianapolis, IN.When I arrived to pick up the ring, I found that they had literally placed a SMALLER and CHEAPER (THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS CHEAPER) diamond on the ring than the one I had purchased and had a receipt for.I had to show them several times that the GIA Report Number on the diamond was different than the GIA Report Number they gave me with my receipt. Seriously, I still cannot believe that a jewelry company of this size would pull something as underhanded as this.In addition to them swapping out my diamond with an inferior diamond, all of the changes/adjustments I requested to the ring were not made… literally NOT A SINGLE ONE OF THEM… So I was told it would take an a few more days for this to be fixed.I received no email or call when the work was complete… which makes sense now, because when I arrived to pick it up, though they said everything was completed, they had made ZERO adjustments to the ring other than finally providing me with the actual diamond I purchased.In addition, the diamond on the ring was quite visibly crooked to the naked eye... which was a bit frustrating.With no apology, they explain to me that in order to make the adjustments they will need MORE TIME (and I will have to come in a 3rd time) because they have other orders to get to before they can get to me. I can only be led to assume that these are also orders they have messed up and delayed worse than mine.Because this was delayed for such a long time and my engagement plans were within the next few days, I had to propose with a ring that is not how she dreamed of it being (after making these requests multiple times).Oh also, they just added a random $200 charge on my receipt that they never got my consent for. I eventually had them reverse it when I came back in and (to their credit) they did admit they should not have done this.Needless to say, it was a pretty terrible experience with little-to-no apologies from the staff along the way. I would never recommend Jared or any Jewelry stores owned by Sterling Jewelers Inc. as they have made the engagement process quite a nightmare.

I am so disappointed in the quality of service I received today. I specifically brought my finance in who lives out of state to pick his wedding band and get his size figured out. Jared employees told me that everything was in the system and I did not have to write anything down. When I returned 2 weeks later to purchase the ring. The associate had no information for me. And when I asked to speak to the manager to discuss our options. He yelled in the store how am I supposed to fix that and walked into the backroom. I politely thanked them for their time and decided to leave and purchase my rings elsewhere. I am astonished with the unprofessionalism of such a highly esteemed store that I typically have had good experiences with.

It’s a shame that JARED does not have an employee to accept merchandise for repair but want you to wait to speak to someone. I’ll never shop with them again. All I wanted was 2 links removed from watch for item that was just purchased for my anniversary. I was willing to just drop off and get a service ticket for the repair. Customer service is everything and you all at the Keystone at the Crossing location failed.

We never felt pressured to buy anything and she always tried to get us the best deal. We purchased my engagement ring, my band and my fiances ring as well as some Pandora rings. I am happy with everything about this store. I had lost the diamond in my wedding ring and had gone to 4 other jewelry stores before walking into Jared. As soon as I walked in I was happy. Their sales people are 100% customer facing. I worked with Debbie and she was an absolute Joy! The first thing she did was double check with their onsite jeweler to make sure she and I werent wasting time looking at diamonds that wouldnt work with my setting.She helped me find the size/ shape of diamond that I wanted and absolutely respected my budget. I left my ring with them with all confidence. Which is saying something as it is a 40 year old ring with an unusual setting. I did have to go back 2 more times because I had a different vision of how I wanted my diamond set into the prongs. Each time I brought it back they reassured me they were happy to work on it until they got it exactly how I wanted it and there was never a question of me paying them any more than I already had for that level of service. They were friendly each time I came in and I even received a hand written card from Debbie today thanking me for letting them help me! All I can say is that this will forever be my and my husbands home for jewelry.

From the get go she was very in tune with what we wanted and what we could afford and even created a custom design for my engagement ring. Id been back and forth between Jared and another place shopping for an engagement ring. Ultimately, I bought from another place because some of their policies matched my needs better, and I already knew the salesperson I bought from. Jareds prices were very competitive, they replace the center stone no matter what and they have stores everywhere. But they charge for protecting the band and you have to come in every 6 months for a cleaning to stay under warranty on everything (the other place didnt and these were the thing that mattered more to me -- Ill probably cover the diamond on my homeowners).So...my post is specifically to point how great of an experience I had working with Rachel. She was an excellent salesperson. Not just because she had a lot of knowledge and had a great eye for what intangibles to look for in a good diamond, but because she came off as genuine, above all else. I felt like she tried to work completely within my budget and all of my preferences and listened closely to what I liked/wanted. Im in sales, and I genuinely try to listen to my customer, not just figure out the best way to talk them into something more expensive. Thats how I was treated here. Jared just wasnt the right match for me, but Id definitely recommend anyone out there to give them a shot and ask for Rachel!

I usually only go for my ring inspection but I decided to treat myself to a Pandora bracelet so my kids would always know what to buy me for special occasions. Ashanti (sp?) helped me and she was very delightful!!! She was personable and knowledgable. Everytime I asked about something, and I asked a lot of questions that day, she had an answer or knew exactly where to find the answer. I cannot overstate how incredible my experience was at Jared. I went in with an idea— I knew my fiancée wanted a specific setting, and I had a diamond that had been in my family for years. I arrived wary that I was going to be “sold” or attempted to be sold something out of my price range. Instead, I was greeted by Jenny and I was walked through the process with such care and diligence. Jenny was incredible. She was so personal and caring and became my confidant through this process. I never felt rushed or pushed into a specific process and my diamond was given such care and attention. She was there whenever I had questions or concerns and even helped me get the right insurance for the ring to keep it safe. Jenny is not only knowledgeable and personable, but she has that special something that puts one at ease when making such an important life decision.My fiancée has a jeweler in her family and all were stunned when they saw the diamond. I needed a small diamond replaced on my wedding band. I was really skeptical based on reviews but I decided to go in since my ring is insured through Jared. Went in on a Saturday afternoon and they were able to have it done by the next day. It looked great when I picked it up, you couldnt tell which diamond was replaced. Customer service from the two people I worked with was great as well.

My partner and I spent many hours in Jared, and ultimately purchased 4 rings. Two of the rings were custom made by Tim and came out exactly as described/drawn. The customer service in that store is amazing. They treat you like family. As my partner and myself are both women, we were not sure how we would be treated, and they did not skip a beat at all. We will be purchasing all of our future jewelery from them. We were not easy customers and they were absolutely top notch. HIGHLY recommended!!! Kieth the store manager is a real gem. I went into Jared’s today with a concern with my wedding ring. I was concerned there was clouding in the diamond that I hadn’t noticed previously. Turns out it was just dirty and all was well. While I was in I decided to look at new bands to match my upgraded ring. I worked with Brandon while looking at rings and deciding whether or not I wanted to spend the money. I decided to purchase the band but quickly realized that I didn’t have my card with me. Brandon didn’t even blink and said it was no problem he could put it in my wishlist. After an hour in the store, I felt that Brandon was my new best friend and understood the customer service experience I was looking to have. I highly recommend Brandon!

Rachel, one of the sales consultants pulled off a miracle when the two items my wife had put on a wishlist were already sold a few days before Christmas. I could have custom ordered but they would arrive after Christmas. She was able to locate the items at other stores in other states and had both stores overnight them to the Keystone store. She didnt have to but went above and beyond. Aside from the incredible selection, amazing custom design shop, and fair pricing, customer service like this is the reason why I keep coming back to Jared.

Could not be more disappointed with this store. My wife found her dream ring when we were looking to get engaged, and I was so happy to get her exactly what she were looking for.Fast forward 3 years - the diamond has come loose in her ring not once, not twice, not even thrice but four times now. Four separate occasions she has had to stop wearing it for significant periods of time due to this.The most recent trip to have the ring repaired yet again, they swore up and down they would do whatever they could to ensure it is resolved (including resetting it with a new head - not sure why that wasnt an option the first two times). My wifes mother picks the ring up today and it looks totally different than it did beforehand. She is devastated. She cannot have the ring I proposed to her with because of the shoddy, rushed craftsmanship of this store.I will actively recommend not only that all of my friends and family avoid this store but Jared in general. More than anything I am sad. This is supposed to be a symbol of the rest of our lives, and Jared sees it as nothing more than a frustrated customer they need to get out the door so they can make their next sale.

Listening to what I was saying and really allowing me to come to a perfect decision on my wedding band. I never felt pressured to buy anything or felt like i needed to buy the most expensive band they had. He is very knowledgeable and when he gave me his opinion on the different styles i really felt like we was trying to make sure the ring fit not only my style and personality but the but fit the dynamic of my relationship with my fiancé. UPDATE: I would NOT recommend Jared. I was signed up for a line of credit I *specifically* and verbally declined. I intended to pay with my own credit card and I informed the sales associate Andrea of said intentions. That credit card of mine was used to open up a new credit line without my knowledge. I even asked as I was signing for the purchase of my husband’s ring, that this was going on my credit card. Imagine my surprise when I got a welcome letter for my new Jared line of credit in the mail.When I went back to the store, I was told they could not close the credit line. Odd, they can open up a credit line I don’t want With no problem but when I want it closed they’re powerless to do anything. I had to call an 800 number and convince the Jared customer service representative that I really did want to close it. She said I couldn’t close it because there was a balance. I was livid at this point and had to tell her I would call back after I’d calmed down.I went back to the store, demanded that they remove the charges on the credit account and paid with my credit card, like I’d originally intended. I had to wait a couple weeks and then I was able to close the credit line.I have never felt so deceived, violated and taken advantage of. I would NEVER send anyone to Jared.
