For years I wanted to upgrade my wifes wedding ring. I had my wedding repaired and was pleased with the experience. A few months later, I went in and met with Kris to set up a secret plan to get my wifes diamond upgraded. Kris showed me a range of diamonds to choose and I made my selection.It took a month or so but my wife recently complained about the metal getting thin on her ring and bending. The secret plan was a go! I suggested we take it to Diamonds Direct to get gold added to fix it. We dropped off the ring. Kris took care of getting the new diamond put on a new post and the repairs done.A week later, my wife and I went to pick up her repaired ring. She did not know anything about the new diamond. Diamonds Direct has the best staff I could imagine. Everyone is always so friendly, from the moment you’re greeted at the door to shopping with diamond experts (who are so knowledgeable!) to finalizing sales and also going back in to have your jewelry cleaned and polished to perfection. Other jewelry stores can feel stand-offish and uppity; whereas diamonds direct makes you feel like a part of their big family and always welcome! The products they carry always gleam, and I rarely can go a day without having someone compliment one of the pieces I wear from there. She should definitely get a bonus for making that place so amazing. I will only work with her now and only recommend her to friends and family.

My girlfriend and I went to shop for an engagement ring. We work with Anthony. He is so unbelieveably knowledgeable and friendly. We narrowed it down too two rings and found the perfect diamond. Later my girl friend found a ring on an online jeweler that she loved more that the ones we found in the store. Anthony had given me his personal number. I was telling him that we had decided to go else where. He asked me to come in. I went in we talked. He went on to explain that Diamonds Direct can do custom rings. Thats exactly what they did. I gave them the link to ring she had found online. AND LET ME SAY WOW!!!!!!!!! THE RING TOOK HER BREATH AWAY!!!!!!!!!!! I took my wife’s engagement ring into Diamonds Direct because we lost the center diamond. I did not purchase the ring from Diamonds direct originally and it was 17 years old. Michael was great and helped me pick out an awesome center stone with no pressure. Got the ring back and it looked great. My wife wore it twice and a different smaller diamond on the side fell out and was lost. It was not the new center diamond and was out of a setting that I did not purchase from them. I took it in with low expectations to have it taken care of. But Michael and his supervisor took care of it with a new small diamond free off charge. It was a wonderful surprise to have them step up and take care of it since it was not a setting they created. Shows that they stand behind their customers and help them out in these situations. Sam helped me put together the perfect ring, and wasn’t pushy in anyway. I was even able to have my ring sized and taken home that night. I am not usually one to write reviews, but I cannot express enough just how amazing our experience at Diamonds Direct was, and it was all because of Rachel!
