Staff was okay. A little unprofessional and rude but they were mainly teenage staff so it wasnt unexpected. Ice cream was decent and prices are affordable.

Delicious. Its a shame that they dont have sugar free. Diabetics love ice cream too.

Fresh made right in front of us in a cloud of freezing gas. The flavor was amazing too.

The nitro breath only has smoke for the first 2 but there are like 7 not really worth the money

I thought it was over priced but for the amount of icecream you get I believe it is not that bad. Icecream dissolves really quickly and they should add a lot more liquid nitrogen next time to keep it solid for more than a minute.

I love this place. Its fun to see the mad scientist-esque workings when they make the ice cream. The ice cream choices are varied and delicious. Banana Bismuth is the bomb diggity fresh, if i may dig into my repertoire of 90s lingo.

This was such a different experience! I loved being able to pick out my flavors and watch it freeze in front of me. It was delicious and i will definitely go back!!

First time...did not disappoint. Like going for dessert and getting a show at the same time. So many options. Mocha Mass for me, Peanut Butter Bonds for him. Fun to watch it being made, especially when the nitrogen gets turned on. Both flavors absolutely yummy!

I got lactose free blackberry and blueberry (they were out of lemon 🙁) with graham crackers mixed in. It was delicious though the blueberry overpowered the blackberry. The experience of seeing your ice made in front of you is great. Unfortunately it does melt faster than average and felt a dryness on my tongue if I had too big of a spoonful.Met the owner. He was very friendly and answered my dads questions about the process and business.

The staff was nice- the place was a little dirtier than I was expecting- ice cream was ok but not best Ive ever had especially for price .. tasted very sugary - for ice cream I know but almost fake flavor tastes

Really yummy treats!! My best friend took me there after dinner at Blaze Pizza. The ice cream was wonderful! Best Ive had in a long time. The experience of watching them create my ice cream choice was pretty amazing from liquid to perfectly frozen treat in just a few minutes. Just watching the amazing person who froze my choice to perfection blew my mind. This establishment should allow tips to these hard working employees! My wrists ached watching her scrape that bowl vigorously to perfection over and over as the line got longer. Totally worth the trip to find them and pay a visit!

Friendly staff. Even when there are a lot of people in line, the staff is able to move quickly enough to get orders correct but not have the customers wait a long time.Prefect place to get ice-cream for all people.

Very nice. Fun flavor to try Cherry & Amaretto with cherries and dark chocolate chips. And of course theres the demonstration of freezing your ice cream with liquid nitrogen right in fornt of you!

Customer service was less than ideal, just a bunch of bored teens barely greeting you and taking your order. Was it cool for like a cheap one time experience? Sure. Would I buy from them again? No.
