Great service. Would recommend to anyone. My daughter loves her shoes and Im pleased they made sure they were the best pair for her.

I am an adult beginner to ballet and the store worker was so kind and helpful! She worked with me one on one to get everything I needed. She let me try on many different pairs of ballet shoes to find ones that I liked best. She was very transparent about cost and helped me find options for leotards that were in my budget.

Wow! This location met all of our needs with high end quality dance wear at affordable prices. A lot of places that carry high end brands mark up their inventory tremendously. My daughter doesnt live in Indy with me but they offered to ship her anything she needs for a $10 fee. They saved my profile of what weve bought so they know exactly what to send her! The customer service was wonderful. We will definitely be long time customers!

I have purchased all of my dance shoes from here for the past 15 years and I have never been disappointed. I have very troublesome feet as a dancer since they are so wide and long, but nevertheless the staff have never gave up on helping find the right fit. I will definitely be returning to Kinneys for the rest of my dance career.

Ive been getting dance items here since I was a little girl!! Today it was pointe shoes. My one daughter really had difficulties but they were patient and after 6 pairs found what worked best for her.

The staff at Kinney Dancewear is always knowledgeable and helpful. They are always able to help my daughter find the best fit in ballet shoes. I feel like the genuinely want to help ensure that all their customers have what they need to be their best in dance classes. And they are familiar with dance studio in Indy, so they know what students need for class.

My reason for 2 stars, is due to the rude service I received after returning an item I had previously bought the same day. The shoes had never been worn, and I chose to return them simply because I found a cheaper alternative online. When I explained this to the store associate, I was dismissed. Her entire attitude changed and she attempted to guilt me into keeping the items. Although I understood her point that online stores kill small business, as a consumer, I believe that I have the right to chose where and how I spend my money. My experience should not change, just because I choose to return an item.

The staff was ok but my granddaughter is disabled and right now cant walk flat footed so on the ladies who worked there said to her your gonna hurt your foot if you keep walking on them like that..I didnt say anything but she knew she was out of place when she said it...She just kept starring at her feet..my gchild is 7 yrs old

I knew nothing about point shoes but by the time I left the owner had educated my wife and I on all kinds of issues. Very helpful and very knowledgeable if your kid is just starting point class.
