I’ve loved this place since I was a kid, but they aren’t open when they say they will be and there isn’t an option to leave a message for staff when you call. I just want to pick up my shirts! Lbs. I’ve been trying for nearly 3 weeks. Today, for instance, I came at 3:45p and they weren’t open in spite of their online hours and the multiple signs on the door (which lists their modified hours, that change from day to day, and the fact that there was an emergency and that they’d be open today at 1:30pm) stating that they would be open at this time. Had the shirts not already been paid for I would have them printed somewhere else. Additionally, they say your designs are safe to be in the store for 30 days after your order, but at this point I’m worried about my shirts still being there because I feel like we’re approaching the 30 day mark. With this unpredictability in their operating hours it’s nearly impossible to include the stop in errand planning. Hopefully they’re able to get this operating hours thing straightened out.

I came into their shop with a last minute order of 50 shirts I needed for vacation bible school. They not only completed it the next day, but they called me 3 hours early to come get all 50 shirts. Never had t shirts made before but from here on I would only work with them. They were very very reasonable regarding price!

Used to be a great place to buy a tee. Now their turnaround time is 3 days?? I used to be able to walk in & give them what I wanted, run a couple errands, and come back to pick it up in an hour. Disappointing.

They were awesome and helped me get a hoodie ready for an event quickly.

I have been calling for two weeks and no one has answered the phone. I emailed a week ago and no one has responded. They did a design for me in the past and they have the graphics, so I really need that file. Sigh.Are they out of business?

Excellent customer service. I was in a crunch and needed a shirt made for Christmas, and of course I waited last minute. They squeezed me in and the finished product looks amazing!! I couldnt be happier and my neice is going to love it! I highly recommend them! 5 stars for sure!

My wife volunteered to design and have tee shirts made for my 13 year old daughters soccer team, as anyone who has had or known a 13 year old girl this is not the easiest task to volunteer for. Getting every girl to agree on any one thing from color of the tee shirt to what size or if it should fit loosely and what font to use uhh, and eye rolls. This is where the owners are without a doubt the most outstanding and a whole lot more patient than I am, they took the time to help make picking through their pretty hefty selection of colors and fonts the least painful part of the day even throwing in some creative inputs that will make the girls shirt pop, I cant recommend this place enough!

Terrible customer service, the sad thing was I was advised I was dealing with the owner my shirt was incorrectly printed off-centered on front I was not offered another print or even a discount for future business I explained that I was displeased with my print they acknowledged it I am a professional so I thanked them the owners reply was yep as I walked out I repeated what he said YEP WOW... I have spent hundreds of dollars there with both companies that I am affiliated with it saddens me that I have to go elsewhere due to bad customer service. SHAME ON YOU TEEKI HUT..YA GOT TO DO BETTER!!!!!

Really cool retro type store and they do amazing work and fast! I needed 50 shirts in 3 days and they made it happen. Will go back.

Very professional and cared a lot about the customers needs. Needed some shirts for a business for the Indy 500. Worked with another company and was told 5 days before the race they could not do it. Contacted them with the design. Had the shirts done in time for race day. Thanks.😎

What I do at work is screen print designs and logos manually onto various garments: shirts, backpacks, sweatpants, hoodies, sleeves, etc. That being said, I dont really understand why this shop is still open. Overpriced and terrible quality. Prints peel right off the shirts. Dont waste your time going here, you can find the same designs online and far better print quality than this shoddy shop.

These guys are awesome! I ordered a shirt from another online company (rhymes with Custom Stink) and they totally messed it up and Teeki Hut fixed the mistake and did it while I waited. I will be using them again!

I had them do my company logo shirts for all of my employees and they came out great. I will be ordering more as we grow!

Awesome service!!!! I called before coming in denise not only was pleasent but very attentive. The store was more than patient and offered plenty of variety. Did i mention that i was able to get my shirt same day???? 5 stars does them no justicd ....

This place is a joke. Hole in the wall. They cannot do your shirts in 5 to 10 minutes as their website claims. Very unfriendly staff. They only carried three jerseys in the entire place. Dont waste your time coming to their location.
