My Sister n law needed critical forms to help with her Immigration Interview.They were accidentally left at home so my husband drove to where the documents were, took photos of them and sent to me. I was able to email them to prints with me location in Foundry Provisions Cafe in Indianapolis. For some reason I was having problems with the process so I called Malcom at the Help number and he stayed online with me till I printed the documents. I drove the documents to the US Immigration Dept and gave the documents to the guards. They walked them back to my sister n law just in time. Malcolm was essential in helping her become a United States Citizen. I’m so thankful for prints with me because we had no access to any means of printing the documents because there are no print shops open before 8am.

I am sure it was because I am an African-American which is the reason why I was not able to get any help after standing in there for 6 minutes and I say that because every Caucasian that came in there after me was help immediately

Sure its kinda pricey but you cant beat this convenience if you live downtown. Surprised at how easy it worked. Was able to begin start to finish while waiting in line for coffee.

Although the prints are almost $1 per sheet, I shouted for joy when I saw the printer. Now that I am not working full time I have nowhere to print other than the library. Thank you!
