I recommend Heartland Vision highly to anyone needing an eye exam and/or glasses. The doctor was very nice and explained things easily and the ladies helping me, Jackie and Josie, were both fabulous! Very professionally efficient, and they made it fun picking out my glasses. Thanks so much…I can’t wait to get my new eyeglasses!

I called and told them I thought I had an eye infection, (yellow green discharge from eye, crusty stuff and I little blurry). The man that said he was a doc had me put my chin in a device. He said I had to scrunch down because he could not adjust the height, (very uncomfortable). Wearing glasses since 13 and never experienced this. Asked him about prism glasses for double vision and he said they dont have the right equipment. He gave me some wetting drops and told me to wash my face with baby shampoo. They charged me more than I was told over phone. Also told me if it got worse, I could go somewhere else. I waisted my money because I still have a problem and will be going somewhere else Monday. Avoid this place.

Went in with over powered glasses prescription from another eye doc office and they fixed the problem and explained the entire process in detail. Super friendly staff and very helpful! They were a life saver!

I went to get new safety glasses and selected a pair of frames, but when I received them they were the wrong ones. They have ordered me a different frame then the ones I had selected. And they tell me if I want the right ones I have to pay again

The ladies there are so nice and sweet. I am a forever long customer because they always treat me so well!

Hours are incorrect for all days. Drove all the way from Plainfield on a Monday, got there at 6:02, and they were already closed. Hours on the door are different than whats online. That is incredibly frustrating. Fix your time.

Just like a doctors office, as i write this i have waited 40 min. PAST my appointment time. This is why i quit coming here, if i could have taken this eye bandage out myself i would have walked out. Wont ever come here again. If i had of been 40 min. late for my appointment they would have told me to go home and reschedule or charged me. Why os our time less important than theirs?

Great staff and friendly doctors

The staff was friendly and helpful. They have a vast selection of frames from very affordable ($ 79.00) clear up to designer high-end names ($ 300+). And dont think that just bcz the cost is low that the QUALITY is as well! Attractive frames all around. My exam was thorough and relaxing. The only downfall in my situation was the distance..which is no fault of theirs. We live on the north side of the city and the office is on south Tibbs Rd. Otherwise its a friendly, clean and professional environment!!👍👍
