They made me wait two times for a simply copy order if you don’t want people to make you come outside take away the curbside pick up I waited yesterday around 15 minutes and today another 10 + my car AC does not work yesterday it was burning outside have in mind I went to pick up hours after I got the notification that my paper was ready enough time for them to just have to come outside to meet me another thing is not like you are doing it for free that’s what you are getting paid for and is not a difficult job.Another time I went inside to purchase just tape they made us wait at the register while a bunch of workers were gathered together having a friendly conversation since they were laughing they were in front of us a couple of steps still made us wait. I’m not going back for the copy I hope they refund me they have done the same a couple of times and I never see my money refunded it might be just a couple of cents but we are in a time were not even a single cent should be wasted. Taking my business to STAPLES.

We started a new division in our company within the last two months. We have used the Office Depot store on W 86th Street for all of our business supplies and printing needs. I have dealt with several of the Office Depot Associates throughout the store. All have been helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. The printing department has exceeded expectations in providing us excellent business cards, eye catching marketing materials and in helping us to create professional quality presentations.I can’t say enough good things about the store, store management and its employees. I’m sure if you go there the experience will be similar to mine.

I went into this Indianapolis (North Side on 86th St) store at opening (9:15 AM) with my 5yr old son on 15 Nov., 2018. My son needed to use the restroom and this is the acceptable standard set by the employees. There is no cleaning service contracted to do it for them, they are responsible themselves.

I went to this store around 11am yesterday morning and the service was excellent!! The lady that help me was very friendly, professional,and efficient!! She was fantastic I wish I could remember her name, but I definitely recommend this Office Depot thank you Office Depot for a WOW EXPERIENCE 👍👌👍

This is my local stores so I visit quite often. Everyone that has interacted with me has always been a pleasant experience but there is one employee that I always noticed going above and beyond to help the customers as much as he can and that is Cameron. He has checked me out multiple times with a lot of customers and deescalated the waiting situation every time by letting everyone know he was getting to them as quickly as possible and being super polite and friendly while updating them. Not only that, he has carried out heavy or large items to my car for me and offers to do so without me asking and is a true gentleman. Several times the stores promotions will not come up and he always does everything to fix it while remaining cool calm and collected. I didn’t get the managers name while I was there because she is so quickly in and out and gets her job done quickly when she’s needed but she is also always extremely friendly and makes coming into the store enjoyable. She always makes it a point to greet me and when my son is with me him as well. Thank you Office Depot and thank you Cameron for always making my time in your locations store a great shopping trip!

The manager Taiya and her Print Center staff did an AMAZING job on Lincoln Middle Schools dance tickets. Staples never reopened after the power outage between Saturday and Sunday and I was die to pick up my order Sunday. I went to Office Depot expecting to be told they could not complete the job on such short notice...to my surprise THEY CAME THROUGH and the job was even cheaper than Staples!

Refused to give a receipt. Told me it would be emailed. Didnt email it. My bill according to my bank was more than I purchased. Spent almost an hour on the phone with customer service for no help.

Do not use this location for anything but the purchase of non essential items . We sent a package using their in store services . After the item does not show Ina timely manner . I started with a phone conversation with a employee concerning my non delivered item. I was told since they use UPS, its their responsibility. Even though the transaction began at Office Depot. After my own investigation, I discover that an incorrect address was typed in by an Office Depot employee. I spoke with store manager Rod Schuchman and his only reply was do I want my $19.00 back. No concern for me, the delivery or any reasonable effort of good customer service . There is much more negative to say, but no need. WARNING! WARNING! Terrible customer service at Office Depot, W 86 st. Indianapolis, Indiana .
