They were quick and efficient fixing my old laptop. Not a big problem but still fixed. Cost was reasonable

After being ignored by a local IT guy, who had promised a computer quote within 24 hours and now a month later still hasnt done it, I stopped in Eagle Micro. (I had done business with them several years ago and had a great experience.)The fellow I spoke to was very receptive and made me feel Id come to the right place. He asked all the right questions and I felt good about stopping in. He told me one of their salespeople would have to contact me... he was a service guy, not a sales guy. He took all my info and said I would be hearing from them.A week has passed and no call. I went to their web site and found a remark like, since purchasing the company in 2014 and I instantly understood. This is NOT the Eagle Micro it used to be. Then, I read a few reviews on Google. All suspicions confirmed. ***Notice the better reviews go back a few years to a time when ownership was different!***It seems no one wants to do anything well anymore but everyone wants to complain about their disposition in the world. There is no unemployment: just unemployables. Customer service like this just creates more of them.

I had Eagle Micro build a custom PC for me. They built a powerful, stable, quiet system with great airflow. Their staff is very knowledgeable and friendly.

This was a great experience Riley and i came to the shop to get her phone repaired after it was dropped during a DP scene at work. While there he suggested we invest in a video rendering workstation for work. It works amazing i can cut and chop between finishing scene angles to rendering her high quality Pictures from Photo shoots so much faster than before! Definitely worth the money. We offered him a few finished dvds when production is over but he declined. A+ work ethics

My wife dropped her iPhone and broke her screen. We took it to Eagle Micro and they were able to repair it and have it back to her that day. The people that work there are very knowledgeable and ready to help. I will definitely be using their services in the future because I loved my experience and because my wife breaks her phone a lot. #dropsalot

I started going here back in 2004. The first person i dealt with was Nathan. He listened to what i wanted/needed and advised me on what computer I would want. It was near Christmas & one of their busy times. Nathan had my computer built within a month (pretty quick) he let me pay in installments & was very kind. I SWORE by EM & sent everyone there. Then Nathan left to pursue other endeavors. Almost 5 weeks ago the computer Nathan built for (which i had never had a problem with before) finally died (thats almost TEN YEARS!) I took it in and asked if they could fix it & also do data recovery on the jump drive the computer took with it. Mike said no problem- two weeks for both. I told mike I needed the computer for work & two weeks was fine. That was five weeks ago & even though Ive called once a week (I dont want to be to much of a burden) he wont give me an estimation to when it will be finished.Soooo do I wait and hope he doesnt screw it up and pay him for a product i dont trust hell fix properly or do I take my business elsewhere? Im less than satisfied with the substandard service Ive experienced since Nathan left.Ooh, I forgot to mention i considered having a computer built by them again. This was about five months ago. I called three times, left messages three times, never received a call back three times. I finally went in on the one day i had off and the guy there pushed & pushed for upgrades i knew i wouldnt need. Then he have me an outrageous quote & told me hed have the owner call me...never happened....needless to say i decided against having them build it.Will you get a good product from these guys? Probably yes. Will you get it before you retire, probably not. Customer beware.

Great business great people been using them since i was a kid building high end rigs. Mike the owner always gave me better than normal money for my old machines i wanted to trade in. Ive went their on many occasions just for something simple like a cable and they just gave it to me. I have 5 of their pre built gaming pcs that are still working perfectly 10 years later. Anything i could not fix myself they fixed for me sometimes for 5-10 or free if it was simple on the spot fix.

Eagle Micro Repair: EM made a computer for me 9 months ago. A part failed. It took way longer to get a replacement than they anticipated due to the part being unavailable. They kept me posted of the delays and as a thank you only charged me the initial $50 estimate instead of the $150 to $200 I was expecting. They worked hard to satisfy this customer. Thanks.

Many years ago this place was good until it changed hands and moved from Castleton square to what their Facebook page said What was really upsetting I tried to call in the morning when they said they were open just to get transferred to the voicemail every time and I did leave a message for them to call me because I needed some parts so like a fool I drove to the 6801 Lake Plaza Dr address just to find a note on the door that was barely legit to the 7172 Graham Rd Suite 115 that was a damn nightmare to find because nothing was on the door showing it was 115 and no name on the door and was nothing .more than a small bare office with no name on the door and no equipment, no parts and I walked in and 2 guys were playing on a laptop and could care less that I was there and were not helpful at all. the said they did not have any used or new video cards but they could order them online (hell I can do that from home) and save the 100% markup they were going to charge and then I asked them what they would charge for some processor thermal paste and they said they did not have any for sale but they would take my Asus motherboard that was in my hand not even in the case that I took in and charge me $50 shop labor to do it that was a total rip off because it takes less than a minute to apply so when I got home I ordered a tube of Arctic Silver thermal paste from Ebay for $5.00 free shipping and also picked up a Radeon RX 580 GTS video card online for video editing for under $100They guy also told me that no one messes with desktop towers anymore or laptops because everyone now uses a smartphone and of course they say they work on phones now.Eagle Micro is nothing but a worthless empty hole in the wall but thats my opinion

Do NOT go here if you want to leave with a working product. I came to this place to get my iPhone 6 battery replaced because it was located close to my work. They seemed friendly enough... at first. They do not do a thorough diagnosis before they work on the item. They took my phone (with no receipt) and I gave them benefit of the doubt. The FIRST time I got my phone back, the story is that the battery blew up and caught on fire when they were trying to replace it... which I thought sounded questionable since NO ONE has ever opened the back before. The next thing I knew, they were telling me my front camera and also speaker no longer worked...They were going to order parts to replace that area of the phone and HOPEFULLY they will work again.A week later, I brought my phone back for them to try to fix it (which seems to be the common response with no guarantees nor receipt of any kind). When I came back to pick up my phone, the new parts still did not work... so I was walking away WORSE off already without a front camera and speaker (this is Friday)Then a day later (Saturday night), my phone magically dies... LITERALLY... not from battery or anything. But completely dead. Brought the phone back on Monday as soon as I could to get them to fix it.After waiting for over an hour, they said they couldnt fix it. And told me (and my boyfriend was with me) to take it to Apple, have them fix it and they will pay for the cost of the repair by Apple. Because at that point, they had no idea what else to do. So as instructed, I took my phone to Apple, they ran diagnostics and couldnt figure out at the store. They also wouldnt take the phone for repair as is because a third party vendor already tried to fix it (which Eagle never warned me about). So the final resolution proposed by Apple itself as my only option is to get a new phone.I brought Apples diagnosis and resolution back to Eagle (as instructed) looking for resolution. At this point, their story changed. Without my permission, they were going to order an entire inside of the phone to again... try to fix my phone WITH NO guarantees. I just wanted to be done with it.I absolutely need a phone for my work... because I have clients who could call and have emergencies. I had to get a new phone. They were not willing to offer any sort of monetary help (even though at first they said they would... but with nothing written... which was my first mistake). And by day 3 of going back and forth, the owner called me and was actually even more rude than the customer service rep and the tech. He ended up hanging up on me when I wasnt happy with the only proposal he offered... which was to try to replace the entire inside of my phone and HOPING it works... with NO other guarantees that if it didnt work, he would offer anything.Would any customer be happy with that answer? And if not, would you be happier if the OWNER of the company hangs up on you after you expressing your unwillingness to proceed with their proposal? Finally, I agreed to let my boyfriend take the phone back to let them fix it.An hour later, the owner calls my boyfriend and now says they are now no longer willing to fix my phone at all.So I am out hundreds of dollars (because I just paid off the phone weeks ago) AND had to buy a new phone...Would anyone ever be okay walking away at a loss due to the negligence of a company? My next step will be the Better Business Bureau and seeking counsel from an attorney.Moral of the story. DO NOT GO HERE.
