Voicemail is full so you can’t reach them to ask any questions. They also don’t know what time they close. Voicemail says 5 PM. The door says 6 PM and online they advertise 7 PM. Drove across town to drop off my computer just for them to be closed at 6:10 PM. If someone can update the hours that would be great. Service is fast and good.

The young man technician took my iPad to the back to examine it for repairs. Returns to the counter with a different iPad telling me that the repair will be $100. He tried to point out that my iPad had been refurbished because the back cover did not have a serial number. I left the machine for repair pondering this dilemma. Realizing once I returned home that in fact I did have a back with a serial number because I had sent it back under warranty for a cracked glass a year ago. The only place that had touched it since then was this shop because I went there in Feb of this year to get a broken ear plug removed from it. So either the boy returned to the counter with a different iPad having now switched mine, or the old man switched the back of the iPad back in February when he removed the ear plug. I prefer to believe the young man is a crook. Please be careful when visiting this store. The young man told me he could make no promises about repairing my IPad. The problem with it as I had broken the charging port. When I plugged it in the port would just move back and forth and not charge. I left it there but, I expect to get a call that it wasnt possible to repair and if I go back for it I will not get my original iPad back but the one he had already switched right before my eyes.

Great service and value again today guys! Urgently needed a replacement workstation at the office, my dispatchers computer was down. Juan Durham dropped everything to get a replacement machine ready quickly for us. He got us up and running again in a few hours. Great job, Juan!

They have the computers labeled with the price and connected to power so you can see how they work. They are loaded with Windows 10 for no additional cost. They have a variety, so several to choose from.The staff is helpful and friendly.

Wonderful staff, I was able to get in purchase my Items and leave the store. The sales rep was very helpful in helping me decide what unit I was looking for. I will continue to come back and shop more. The Castleton Store had a lot of different options within my price range.

These guys are great as long as you are a white person. If you are non-white they wont even acknowledge your presence when you come into the store unless they are following you to make sure you are not stealing anything. I have visited then multiple times over the last few years and it has always been the same. They are very nonchalant and often give you delayed responses as if they didnt even want to answer your questions. Not to mention their inventory is WAY OVER-PRICED.

Im fairly new to this store (a friend of mine recommended it to me), but Ive been going off and on for about a year, and I have to say that I am very satisfied with everything. The staff is very friendly, and they give me advice on how to take care of my laptop, as well as answer any questions I had. Their prices are affordable - very good for the quality you get. I have bought from them before and will continue to do so in the future. Will definitely recommend to others.

Went in today because my trackpad on my MacBook Pro wasn’t working. Juan offered to open it up and look at it to see what problem it could be. And it turned out underneath the trackpad only needed a little deep cleaning. Very professional and kind staff. Great service.

Scam artists. Their tech installed a pirated version of windows on my laptop. When I took it back to complain, the incredibly rude manager tried to tell me it would be 50 for them to fix their mistake, and install Windows 10. When I told him I knew I could just upgrade to Windows 10, from 8, for free. He replied, “you’d be surprised how many calls we get to install 10”, implying he was knowingly ripping people off for an upgrade that Microsoft offers for free. Hope this place shuts down. Reported them for administering pirated software.

Ordered a refurbished HP 2760 - very cool machine, $1,600 new 4 years ago. Had the RAM upgraded, warranted, and shipped for: 206 bucks. Yes, thats right. Thank you Computer Express and thank you Nick for your personnel customer service. Definitely recommend.

Last July, I purchased a couple of laptops from Computer Express Biz. For refurbished computers, they have performed above and beyond excellent, working better than brand new laptops I have tried in the past. The computers come with a manual with solutions for any problems you might have. Anything I did not understand, I called the company for help, and the people were extremely helpful. One of the laptops mistakenly came with a smaller hard drive capacity than what I had ordered. I called the company and spoke with Nick and Todd, both who were extremely helpful. They sent the hard drive with the capacity that I had ordered the first time without me having to pay any shipping. I bought another computer from them again this year, a desktop this time, and again, it works beautifully. If you want a good computer and people nice enough to help you if you have any questions or problems, I would highly recommend buying from this company.

Ive been coming here for at least four years and I will never go anywhere else for computer repairs. Theyve always been honest and fair with repairs, trying their best to do whats right in the most economical way. I bought a computer here 3 1/2 years ago that is still running strong. It stopped charging over the weekend and I dropped it off Sunday, as soon as they opened. Knowing that I am a photographer and my computer is a critical part of my job, they worked quickly to get things taken care of for me. Juan had my computer back to me the next day and not only was the issue fixed but he cleaned my whole laptop for me and it came back looking better than it has in a long time! If you have ANY issues with your computer THIS is the place to go!

They need to warranty their refurbished PCs. On a $400 laptopThe second roll of letters A, S, D, ..... would not type on the screen. I pointed that out to a lady employee, after she came back intro tthe store, after a smoke break. A male, took it back to the back repair area.

Got my sons first laptop here the owner was very knowledgeable and very intelligent and very informative. Unfortunately they have done away with the higher end laptops and computers but if you need a simple home computer this is definitely the place to go to get a great reasonable price great friendly service and of course knowledgeable

I bought a $450 HP laptop 2 months ago. No windows key. I cannot get them to answer email or phone or messages on their website. If I have to drive up to Fishers for something as basic as this, I am going to be MAD.

Horrible customer service. Stood in lobby for 30 and did not even get a hello,hi,up yours, we will be right with, NOTHING! In the market for 5 systems. Looks like they missed out on this sale hahaha. All they needed to say was a simple give us a few minutes and we will be right with you. Frys has a much better deal anyway. A bit more expensive but, they know how to work a deal.......Buyer beware, shop around...

Held onto machine for 10 days, given an excuse each time I called (machine is currently being worked on, person working on it is not in, manager not available, call back tomorrow). Finally get it back and it is just empty folders. Only thing correctly transfered was my money, they were thorough about that part

I have been going to this place for years. If you are looking for a low cost PC, this is the place to go. You will get a used laptop for about the same price you could get a cheap one for at Walmart new, but they mostly only sell high end business class systems that are so much more reliable. They also dont load a ton of bloatware on their PCs and everthing comes ready to go out of the box with antivirus and everything.They also still offer windows 7 if you like, though I preferred to upgrade to Windows 10.

Gordon was incredibly rude. We had prepaid for a laptop battery and they were supposed to call when it arrived. I had to follow up with them twice. We were also supposed to have 3 ipads held, due in 2 weeks ago. He said they were lost in shipping somewhere and did not know when they would be in. When I asked about them, he was rude. I asked if I should look at buying them elsewhere, as my kids need them for school in a month, and Gordon said yes. They will even tell you to shop elsewhere. I will not be going back.

Update June 9, 2015: The review below prompted interaction with David Bell at CE. He was puzzled by the poor review. Apparently, the narrative I had already provided below wasnt sufficient. Several emails went back and forth, in which I tried to explain why I wasnt satisfied, including an apparently fruitless attempt to convince him that the $4 DVI-to-VGA adapters the other employee slide across a counter at me cannot be used to connect an analog, VGA-only computer to a digital DVI monitor.Today, he brought three monitors to Dr. Aziz meeting the required specifications, one more than Id requested. And, he is going to pick up the two monitors that didnt meet the specs, saving me another trip to CE.I never received any kind of apology for or acknowledgement of the previous poor service, but Dr. Aziz got three monitors for the price of two, plus delivery. As my mother used to say, even Babe Ruth struck out every now and then.__________________________________Original post from June 3: I received very poor service this Wednesday. Two weeks before, I purchased what were supposed to be five dual DVI/VGA 19 monitors for Dr. Aziz. When I got them back to the pharmacy, I found out that two of them were VGA-only. When I called, I was told the owner would be requested to get replacements from another store, possibly by the next day, and that Id be called when they were in. No call the next day. I called CE and was told the owner still hadnt gotten them and that Id be called when they were in.A week later, no call. I called CE and was told the owner hadnt gotten them yet. The next day, I took the two monitors back, to get them out of my way at Dr. Aziz. The guy I talked to wrote a note to place on the monitors requesting someone else to call me when the replacements were in or call me to offer a refund if it was going to take too long.A week later, no call. I called CE and was greeted by a guy who referred to the place as Computer Renaissance, a name they havent used for years. He sounded very confused and said hed call me back shortly. A half hour later, no call. I called CE and spoke with some else, explaining the situation. He didnt appear to be aware of my problem, though he managed to find two monitors with a note simply reading, Do not touch. He said that all the monitors at CE were DVI monitors. I reminded him that two of the five Id received were VGA, and also said that no one during multiple visits and phone calls had said to me that there were a bunch of available DVI monitors. Perhaps our disconnect was that I didnt specify dual DVI/VGA. He seemed perturbed that I didnt have a list of names of people with whom Id spoken.I showed up at CE a while later that day. He was with other customers, and I patiently waited to speak with him. When another employee asked me what I was needing, that got the first guys attention. Instead of letting me wait so we could have a civil discussion when the other customers were gone, he curtly pointed to two 20 monitors on the floor and said those were my replacements. They dont meet my initial requirement of 19 size, and werent dual DVI/VGA. When I pointed that out, he reached behind a counter and grabbed two adaptors and more or less threw them on a counter in front of me and returned to his other customers.The monitors are too big, and the adaptors dont connect a VGA output on a computer to the DVI ports on the monitors. I found that out later by researching it. Apparently, he didnt know.Anyway, I didnt get what I wanted, was treated very rudely, and was blamed for repeated screw-ups on the part of employees at CE. What I wanted was very, very simple: five 19 dual DVI/VGA monitors. I didnt get that.
