Came here almost 2 hours before close. Youve told upon entering oh no oh no we aint doing this Im done for the night you got to go Never been treated so rudely in my life And in a laundry mat of all places
Jump laundry on 71st has been around for 6 years. And it’s had a lot of ups and downs but it is definitely making a turn around. Got to admit it’s doing better then a few months ago. It’s much cleaner, welcoming, and appealing. Machines are getting fixed on a daily basis. Different size washers are available at all times. The new attendants are very nice and keep everything clean and running smooth. There bringing it back to life. They have everything you need for your visit from detergent, softener, dryer sheets to all kinds of snacks and drinks. Making it convenient for everyone washing and drying. You can request to change the tv channel and they let you. Music is very multi cultural and upbeat. Knowing this is a small black locally owned business. I will continue to be supporting it. Throughout the years! Thank you for continuing your service 🙏🏻😌
This place is trash! The machines never work, overpriced, unfriendly environment, bathroom stay out of service and unclean, stained seats/tables, doesn’t enforce masks or social distancing. I recommend no one wash their clothes here.
Ok place half of the washers and dryers dont work. Its a good place to go if you dont like crowds.....I dont like crowds
The guy was very nice, the places was clean,
I like this laundromat. There are many different sized washers & dryers. They have coin machines that take cash and coin machines that take credit cards. They also have an option where you can drop your laundry off and the employees will wash it for you. I have never used that service, but its nice to know its available. The dryers are hot and dry the clothes quickly. The employees are kind and helpful. If you forget detergent or softener, they have a few different options for purchase. I prefer this laundromat over the one in my apartment building. I know I can get my laundry done quickly and its inexpensive.
The 71st street laundromat is dreary, uninviting, and depressing. No flooring when I went, just bare concrete. Some washers and dryers dont work. It doesnt look clean. They have no vending machine for laundry supplies. The different tvs and radios were blasting at the same time. I cannot recommend this place.
It was open but, there wasnt an attendant in there. Had trouble with the ATM machine.
The laundry on 71st was filthy - liquid soap spilled and smeered everywhere. Approximately half of the dyers were inoperable. No dryer sheets for sale and one coin machine ( out of 2) wasnt working. Neither was the woman in charge of the place. It used to be a great little laundry, but has gone down hill in the past few months. Lost my business.
Clean, airy, and very pleasant laundry mat. Nice music, plants, and comfortable places to sit. They even have WiFi for customers. You can use credit/debit cards to get change and helpful staff are on hand to sell detergent and other needed items. The machines are pricey, but they have many different capacity machines to choose from. My one complaint is that you have to pay a quarter more for normal or medium wash compared to light wash.
Restroom toilet was out of order today and it was out of order two weeks ago. I didnt give a review last time regarding the toilet, but since it is still out of order...boo
I really enjoy coming to this Laundry. I was told about the place from a co-worker. My 5 year old wash machine motor went out, so I use Jump Laundry. Other Laundry businesses within the 2 mile area do not measure up to Jump Laundry. Jump Laundry facility is very clean, the Gentleman who runs the place is nice, courteous and assists with taking your laundry to and from your car. He allowed me to charge my cell phone. Even though I cant come every week, its wonderful that they offer weekly specials. I love the fact that they provide soft water and yes it makes a huge difference with the cleaning your clothes. Most other cities, have soft water. Thanks again
This was a phenomenal experience- I cant even begin to impress how exceptional the service was. I came at near the end of their service hours and the owner personally catered to my needs. I am new to laundry mats, but even so I know that is a special place dedicated to providing suburb customer service.
I like how Jump Laundry play music and have multiple TVs on for a little entertainment while we do our laundry.
Jump laundry is my favorite laundromat in Indy. Love the customer service.
This place has new washers and dryers, is super clean, and employees are always friendly. My only complaint is that its crowded at all times of the day. There are so many machines in a small location, resulting in almost no aisle space to move around, and there are never any free roller baskets to move your laundry from washer to dryer..
I would suggest not ever coming to this laundromat. For those that live on the northwest side near 71st and Michigan road who remember in the past the two old ladies that used to own this laundromat well understand what Im talking about when I say things work and things were clean that is not the case now. It would be nice if this place actually had working washers. they have more washers that are out of service than they do that actually work. The service attendant its just sitting on her but doing nothing when the place needs to be tidied up. People come and drop their clothes off in the washer and then leave and stay gone so you literally have to take their clothes out and put your clothes in in order to do laundry because no one is monitoring who stays and who leaves. Several years back there were two old ladies that used to run this laundromat they never had any broke washers they never had any broke dryers hardly ever and if something was broken it was fixed within 1 or 2 days those two old ladies here at 71st and Michigan road took better care of this laundromat than the current owners do. this is the second laundromat of the two that this person owns and he takes better care of the one at 86th and Ditch road I should have went there instead of coming here to this dump and I use that word very lightly but winship does not work and schitts broke and you have more broke items than working items and its semi unclean its a dump to me. Choose your laundry places wisely.
Laundry at 71st and Michigan Rd has really fallen off a cliff. Used to be a clean and friendly place to go. Half of the dryers and several of the washers are broken down. Had just a handful of carts available for use. And the place is filthy. Wont be back.
I like this laundry Mat they have music they play variety for everyone and food pizza nacho dessert its worth the drive.Number one thing customer services is wonderful and clean environment.
Pros: Affordable, clean, open 24hrs,, nice t.v.s, debit and credit change machine.Cons: snacks are high and soap products ccdf ta.
Doesnt have hot water. It is not warm in there. Stains clothes when you wash.
I like this place free dry after 9 and the dryers and washers are like new.
Very loud music children running all around the place!!! The owner is very rude to customers will never go back!!
Plenty of big washers and dryers, music, tv, outlets for charging, video games and snacks AND free wifi!
Ripoff! Machines are either overpriced ($4.50-7 a load) or ridiculously tiny. Lied about credit/debit cards for machines
Very clean place, uses softener water and ppl are very friendly.
Nice new place
Excellent
Because they are very friendly it is clean
