The store was pleasantly not too crazy considering all the Covid-19 going on and the staff was friendly and made sure to keep everyone comfortable and didnβt hover like most retail shops do. My family lives shopping here for all the newest gear when we can. Will definitely shop here more often.

I had a terrible experience here and apparently a majority of your other customers have as well.Let me start by saying Iβve visited this specific location a dozen times, spent thousands, and never had any issues until recent. My fiancΓ© brought me to the location on Fatherβs Day to buy a gift of my choice, because the store had been closed for a few months and I typically visit every couple weeks. Upon entering the store, we grabbed Starbucks, just a few doors down, and proceeded in. The wonderful employee at the front table welcomed us and offered masks and hand sanitizer. We took a mask and proceeded on. We perused the store for 10 or 15 minutes and I picked out a couple articles of clothing to purchase. I then proceeded to the golf section and looked at a few polos and some new gloves. I didnβt know what size glove I needed, so I grabbed a wedge out of their display set and held it to see what size I would need. (The amount of rotations on the grip show what size glove youβd wear). An employee then walked up behind me and verbally berated me, like a damn child. βTHOSE ARE NOT TOYS, PUT THEM DOWN IMMEDIATELY.β I laughed at her, set the club back, dropped everything I was going to buy except for one tank top, and proceeded to the register. At the register, during the checkout process, the cashier then said βYeah, Iβm not sure how long youβve been here but youβre not supposed to have open containers. You need to throw your coffees away.β I argued that there was zero signage about open containers, I had already talked with a few employees and it was never mentioned, and the mall itself had no policy against drinks; so I wasnβt throwing away the 5$ coffee I bought right next door. She shrugged it off and finished the transaction. We grabbed the bag and headed to the door and ON OUR WAY OUT, the manager asked us to leave.I thought I was hallucinating. I manage and operate a business that profits nearly $2 million annually and I have never seen such a disorganized, unprofessional, and utter lack of customer service training in my life. My recommendation to the Corporate Office would be to get a new management team in this store because Iβm assuming the lack of profitability reflects their customer service.

Many sizes not available. Many shoes displayed but was told they didnt have most in stock.
Lots of styles and the staff was helpful. The fitting rooms were a bit dirty though. Floors need to see a dust mop.
Very bad customer service. I buy and wear, to actually play basketball, each model of currys. Curry 6 eyelet broke and I couldnt use them any more so I tried to swap them out. The nicest thing I can say is that the staff were horrible. So disappointed. I like the shoes but service matters.
This store is amazing! It has everything!
I was completely dissatisfied with the customer service. Not one associate said a word until I walked up to the register to check out where I found four associates standing there and gossiping about coworkers. They were discussing who they thought should be fired. They were more concerned with who should and should not be working at the store over the customers in the store. While I was at the register, the associate checking me out was continuing her conversation as to why some of her coworkers should be fired over having a conversation with me as a consumer, and not once offered advice or help during my entire time in the store. I believe this should be addressed immediately.
The staff at this location is great. Super helpful, extremely knowledgeable, and unbelievably patient.I have a pair of shoes that connect to my phone now. What more could I possibly want in a brand?
The website and everything online says they open at 10am. The lights were on today but nobody answered the phone and the doors were locked on Sunday at 11:15am. We waited a long time. Ridiculous!

Really liked this store, although the customer service couldβve been better.
Very dissappointed with this chain. I love their clothing, and thought I could score some great items by going directly to their store (vs Dicks). Dont waste your time. They dont carry very much in the store itself. I was told to shop online for the items I wanted. When I did that my order arrived in several shipments of which I was not informed. Had to wait on live chat to figure out what the issue was. I had only received one shipping tracking number initially. Never got a follow up email stating when the rest of my order was arriving. Poor customer communication. Wont shop here again. Would rather go to Athleta or Title 9.
I wouldnβt recommend buying the Speith golf shoe brand. Iβve only owned my Speith 2 golf shoe for less than a year. The eye hole for the shoelace on the top right has already torn through. Called Under Armour, which the website says they stand by their quality of shoe, and they told me sorry - canβt do anything. I know itβs almost been a year, but golf shoes should last a lot longer than this. Highly dissatisfied with the shoe and the customer service.
