I purchased a pair of shoes for my daughter for Christmas at Lafayette Square Mall in Indianapolis. I barely go in there. I went last Wednesday February 10th and I did not want my money back, just wanted to exchange and get something else. I was told that I could not return them because it was too late. My daughter never wore the shoes. I had the receipt and I asked for the corporation phone number. I was given customer service phone number. I called while in the mall, I was told that the call would be escalated up to corporate. Here it is February 17th three calls later and still being told that the call is being escalated to corporate. I was told that I should hear from someone in corporate within 24-48 hours. Three calls later the same thing is being said. We will escalate this call and you will hear back within 24-48 hours if not call back. Why would I call back? Just to hear the same LIE!! I wish I could rate this experience with a negative 5 stars rating. Jimmy Jazz had no problem taking my money, but when trying to get something resolved it’s a long process and which I am still in this long drawn out process. I will never shop with them EVER AGAIN!! This is just the first review that I have posted. I plan on going on other reviews website to let the people know what a horrible experience this was and to go spend their hard earned money with another company that truly appreciate and value their clientele. 👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿

Jimmy Jazz has poor customer service they have a broke down app that doesnt work They act like they cant help you they want to tell you Corporal working on it Whats the point in Entering a rifle with the app Whan it dont work for you to get your rifle But it worked for a few people To be able to answer but it was down for hours how is that possible all this s*** is rigged they give the shoes to whoever they want the people that work in the stores

This place is too ghetto for my hard earned coins. I purchased shoes for someone else. I asked for a 10 and the guy gave me a 9 and I didnt realize it until later. Nevertheless they refused a exchange let alone a refund. I refuse to shop at places such as there. When I went in to purchase the shoes the lil young worker/kids act like I was inconveniencing them! NEVER AGAIN!

Great selection with fair prices. Picked up alot of cool outfits. I suggest going here if you want to look good.

The store does not carry all products offered online. They, also, do not order items available on the website to be mailed to the store or the customer. Apparently, the store cant return or exchange products purchased online either. Word of advice: If you see a product online then dont bother going to the store to find it. Call first to see if they have it in the store or take a gamble purchasing online and hope that it fits or else youll be snail mailing the item back.

Look at your stuff very closely that you buy here alot of there stuff has defects. As in one shoe slightly wider than the other. I think they get different brands defects to resale!!!

Very disappointing I purchased a 1pair of Lakers 13s and a Jacket to match. Jacket was to small after I got home and tried it on. Tried to exchange it with the receipt 2 hours later and was denied because I couldnt find the tags.... Receipt stated as long as item had receipt it was eligible for exa exchange which was not the case.

I love this mall, and this store, it’s my go to store. It has everything I need 👌🏾
