Great little place in a nondescript strip mall. Good selection, comfortable seating and great ventilation. Curtis was the best, nattily dressed and very welcoming!!!

Im not a cigar smoker and I dont know anything about cigars except that I like the smell of them. I wanted to buy some cigars for someones birthday and this store had great reviews so this was my store of choice. I walked in and there was a nice seating area up front where a few men were smoking in the back there was another set of men playing cards or chess, I cant remember. One of the fellows in the back greeted me and asked if I needed assistance. I explained why I was there and went to the humidor. He asked a few questions about the recipient and my price range. I ended up purchasing two cigars based on his recommendation. The recipient was very happy with the cigars he received and Im sure he will be visiting this location for his future purchases. I didnt get the young mans name that assisted me but thank you. If you a looking for a nice chill place to smoke or purchase some cigars I recommend The Cigar Box Im sure you wont be disappointed.

Friendly staff and a great selection. But more importantly, a place where you can sit in a high backed leather chair and enjoy a good cigar. The locals are social if you want and will leave you be if you just want to sit. Its a relaxing break at the end of the day.

I just moved within 3 miles of this store. I routinely smoke between 12-20 cigars a month. Walked in here for the first time today and as walking into the humidor, the attendant told me you have to wear a mask to enter the humidor. You dont have to to sit in there and smoke/talk/etc. You dont have to wear gloves. I will now forever drive elsewhere to get my cigars. Dont blame people for your business failures because you drive non-sheeple away from your business.

The staff I spoke with are very knowledgeable about the products offered and approachable when new customers like myself come in. The prices are very reasonable and there is a good amount of products offered. The front seating area is nice. None of the regulars really talk to newbies sitting in the front but that is found at a lot of the other places that I have been

Visited Indy from out of town and found this place was 10 minutes from my hotel. Popped in and Tim was friendly, knowledgeable, and hospitable. Bought a few sticks and enjoyed one in the lounge while chatting with some local cigar lovers and watching football. Great cigar shop and lounge with a very good selection. I’ll definitely go back when i’m in town next time!

In town from Myrtle Beach, SC. Nice lounge and good selection of cigars. I will be back when I come to visit Indy. Its easy to find. But the website tab on Google didnt work.

I love this place! They have great quality cigars kept with the right moisture content. You can get whatever youre looking for and rest assured that you are not overpaying.

Asked the manager on the phone if this was the place that had the bar in the back (it wasnt). He directed to the cigar shop that was. Im from out of town and he helped me fulfill my yearly ritual on Veterans day to have a cigar and a glass of whiskey in a toast to those who serve and have served before. Thank you for helping a vet and despite not having my business today. Ill be in to visit soon because of your kindness.

I arrived in Indy from out of town and called TCB at 7:05 to learn they closed at 7pm. Tim asked me how long it would take me to arrive. When I said about 10 minutes, he said, come on by! So awesome and great customer service! The selection and pricing were fantastic!

Great place, Ive been going there for years, owners are fine guys who carry good to great cigars at fair prices. Feels like Im buying them from family when Im in there.

The staff was very helpful at answering questions and making recomendations based on what i was looking for in a cigar. Come to find out the staff are the owners so making good recomendations for them was paramount. They have a decent cigar selection, walk in humidor, and a nice smoking lounge fit with a tv. When Im too impatient for internet delivery the Cigar Box will allways be my go to retail location.Oh yeah, there prices are reasonable too.
