I love how friendly this location was, it has decent set up. Very clean, the new internet plans they have are way faster now that 5G is out. It was 63 dollars a month for extreme speeds for 2 years. I am sure this is probably promotional for the time being. I wouldn’t lose out, honestly everybody should sign while they can they will probably make these prices more when a good percentage of people sign up.

No appointment - walked in. Needed to change cell service and get a new phone. Joseph was so polite, informative, professional and candid.I’ve NEVER gotten a new phone (let alone switched providers) in 22 minutes I was done. Wow. Very pleased. Definitely better than phone support.

-Changed my home while hospitalized and would not compensate for the lost connection. Did not know why all these faxes coming in with patient medical information from the state of IN. A family member called and said a woman was answering my phone. Therefore, no one knew that I was in a coma for four months. And the assignment of a new phone number.-Keeps charging for services after they were informed of disconnection.-The phone prompts made me make a payment before a customer service representative would talk to me about the months of overcharges.-I informed the phone rep and store rep, Joshua, my dissatisfaction that seniors and disability have limited me to travel all over the city to have to go away and speak to more agents.-He has memorized all the customer service statements taught by management to make customers go away. Especially African Americans and brown people.-I had received excellent customer service until I brought up the problem beginning in 2017-2018.-I had to sit in the Store and conduct my business with Marco on a text that Joshua finally said initially that I could not get done because the store only dealt with commissioned sales. And did not have any knowledge of helping to resolved an issue that previous reps said that I needed to take my complaint to the Xfinity stores.-Marco an excellent agent found the previous notes of the calls and text message as soon as I identify myself to go forward that previous agent to in close Joshua couldnt find to resolve this issue.-Had to get back inline from having an appointment made online with Joshua. I was told to have a seat and Joshua would be with me.-I had a young man Michael, who took the security system and treated me with the utmost respect that lacked from Joshua. And closed out the account.-Today, I get a text message that Xfinity tried to remove money from my bank account but was denied access. I disconnected the auto payment features to keep them out of my finances.-Never will I recommend TV cable, home phone, home security, Internet, and mobile phone. Xfinity is just interested in the money, not your customers.~THANK YOU Marco and Michael 💕

Terrible customer service. Told the rep there that I work from home and couldnt wait three days for internet. Rep was rude and unsympathetic. Terrible service. I had internet problems for YEARS. When my internet went down this week I had enough of this awful service. I work from home and I paid too much for this nonsense.

Received bill in 5/6/21 talked to a women stated to return my equipment and my bill will be adjusted.5/7/21 returned equipment to store 4225 E 82nd St Indianapolis, IN 46250 young man took my bag scanned the equipment in and handed bag left the store. On 5/10/21 talked to someone stated I need to go back to the store and get a receipt went back to the store on 5/10/21 stated they cant give a receipt but they could note the account called Xfinity back explained the situation they stated ok give it 24 hours I should see an adjustment.5/11/21- No adjustment called back stated that I should give it 72 hours to see adjustment watched my account for 3 days no adjustment made.5/14/21- Called talked to someone in home security explained again what the store stated was unable to get an receipt but they could annotate the account was hung up on.5/14/21- Called again at 1:32pm disconnected,1:33pm disc,1:36pm disc,1:44pm disc,1:51pm disc, 1:51pm disc, and 1:53pm disconnect proof in phone if need

I upgraded phones for my Xfinity mobile service and had an excellent experience here. All of the employees were welcoming, helpful and super friendly. Sales associate Jeremy was especially helpful. They all practiced social distancing and everyone was wearing masks. I will definitely do business here again.

Maybe there should be a way to contact your store directly. That would make it easy to see if you have the phone I want before I drive there. You know, no point of me driving and coming in your store with COVID and all if you dont have it. Or I can just call the 800 number and wait on hold for 10 minutes to be told they dont have the number either and dont know what you have in stock.

The CSR Micheal was the best thing about the store and my experience with Comcast/Xfinity. The salesperson misled us on the package we got versus what was promised.Bait and switch. All Xfinity would do is tell us if your not happy you have 30 days to have removed from the house. Well meeting what the salesman said would be better in the consumer world but then again its Comcast so youre lucky to get anything customer wise except Were sorry on the other end of the phone. Run away when approached by them.

I’ve had internet for years with Xfinity. I’m still with them because of the lack of decent ISPs waiting for AT&T Fiber to come around. Xfinity charges you for 1,000 mbps, but you’ll only get 200-300 max most the time. Have had 3-4 different technicians come out to fix it and all have did stuff, replaced cables, wiring, plates, etc.. modems. Whatever, and nothing has gotten better. I even went into the store one time and mentioned it and all he said was well there’s a lot of people on the network. Nothing we can do. This has been going on for years, there’s no excuse. Going to look into metronet and contact AT&T. I don’t recommend xfinity. Our bill kept going up somehow also, kind of bs. Just a honest and fair warning for anyone looking to switch to xfinity, I’d avoid them if you can.

We had an old dated Xfinity account with stuff being charged we never even used. Within 15 min of entering the building, Marquita (prob spelt it wrong) got us MORE than we would have hoped for in even less time. The experience was amazing and it was quick. On my way home now to enjoy our new stuff!!!

I absolutely hate Comcast. Their service didnt work in my home. I tried for a year and a half to make it work without any luck. It was the only option until Metronet so I couldnt change. I always spoke with someone who I could barely understand when I had problems (almost monthly), got charged for them to try to fix my issues and then they refused to refund me on product/equipment that was unopened and unused. If you have anothers option I recommend you take it.

Dec 4, 2019 I returned two boxes, got the receipt. Since then Ive spent HOURS on the phone trying to get them to remove the boxes from my account and credit my account because they keep billing me. Spent another hour a few weeks ago, passed around through 4 different people and departments, was ASSURED it has now been resolved. I got my bill, with the credit promised - and they are STILL billing me for the equipment. When I try to get a HUMAN thru their phone systems, thru all the options, they now threatened to block my number. HOW do I talk to a human in the USA or do I just need to go to Better Business Bureau?

I went in today to drop off some old equipment that Xfinity had upgraded for free. Teresa P. helped me and was very nice and efficient. I had some questions about my cable/internet bill as well, she not only answered all of my questions but she ended up changing my plan to save me over $60 per month. I couldnt have been more pleased with my experience.

When returning equipment it takes weeks for their system to update your account so they kept billing me. I had an appointment scheduled for a tech to set up wifi. They stood me up and never called. When I called them asking what happened they had no record of my appointment. Their service agents are imbeciles and not accountable. Over the course of 2 weeks I spoke to 4 agents, none ended up helping me. I would choose a different internet provider.

Very disappointed in Xfinity.I inquired three days ago about my high bill. They (chat support) said they would make me a better deal without losing any channels. They lowered my bill by about $30 and assured me there would be NO change in my channel line up.THEY LIED TO ME!I lost WGN and the WE channels to name a few.Now the Xfinity store says I cant have them back because of an old contract.They will not put them back the way it was three days ago.I never agreed to give up ANY channels. They tricked me!!Now I have to listen to a spouse every day complain about the missing channels and shows.Comcast and Xfinity have the WORST customer service on the planet!!

They work fantastic with giving out devices and charging you for them until they make a mistake after completing a charge just to realize that you will have to pay a 35 dollar restocking charge.I went in last Tuesday I believe to try and exchange my Apple Watch to the 44 mm because they mistaking my have me the 40mm. But because I paid for the device and came in a few days later “considering I live an hour north of Castleton” to tell me I will have to pay the 35 dollars for their mess up on top of paying for the charge of the 44mm watch. I’m still within my 14 day return policy. But, because I paid for this device and have had it for 12 days “again, because I live up north” they’ve never once told me I’d have to pay for the restocking charge BECAUSE it was on them so I thought, cool I would just go in and exchange it to pay the tax difference of the watch.Regardless it’s only a 4mm difference, a mistake is a mistake and should be fixed without charge, but instead they consult with me saying there’s a restocking charge, there’s no way around it. I’ve been with these guys for 3 years because there service is excellent, but I don’t do well with bold lies. So just be sure your equipment is what you asked before before you pay for it. Regardless they try to rush you because there about to close.Absolute joke on me. Be careful.

Visiting a comcast store was once hell but no more.The new store is a massive improvement.The store is now modern with good service. There have are a handful of people waiting on my visits. These are walk ins.The experience is much better than it was a few years ago when they had windows like a currency exchange and people were lined 30 deep. Once I was in line for 40 min only to be told they were out of the device I was trading in.Today the place has a pleasant modern look with places to sit while you wait and only a few waiting. Much nicer!Do yourself a huge favor MAKE A RESERVATION online. They will honor the reservation before seeing anybody else. There is little or no wait with a reservation. Even if you show up a bit early for your reservation they are likely to take you before a walk in. This means you may be able to get in and out before your reservation time.They are reasonably efficient at solving problems. They are more likely to replace your old equipment than attempt to fix what you have. That saves time and gives you the latest equipment.Its hell no more

He was thorough, knew every nuance concerning the phone I purchased, and did an excellent job answering (at breakneck speed) all of my questions. After xfinity doubled my bill, I came to store and see why and turns out I was on a 12 month promotional agreement that expired yet employee explained issue to me and notified me of another promotion and reminded me to stop by in another 12 months so the price doesnt double again. The staff gets five stars yet company gets only 3 for doubling bill

Comcast charged me a $70 installation fee and did not complete the install. The technician left a large hole in our living room wall, a faceplate will not even cover it. I filed a service claim to have it fixed and the technician never showed up. They also left a very large wire in our yard, the technician said someone would come out to bury it in four weeks. So for four weeks we will have to move this wire around the yard to be able to mow without damaging it. This is horrible customer service. You cannot destroy a customers property without fixing or compensating for it.

The worst! Over rated! Rates high!Internet goes out frequently, constantly having to rest. Will also check online account with smartphone, which says there is an outage in my area, but do we get credited, NO!Internet went out with no outage, called tech over phone went through all steps and resets on his and my end, couldn’t fix. So they called a tech to come out to house, box was bad and needed to be replaced, I got charged for the tech visit! For their faulty equipment! Called to dispute got a $5 refund, really! The tech visit cost $50! Which I didn’t request, their own tech did for he couldn’t fix remotely!
