Awesome Deals and Real Friendly People....

A few months past, Carpet Values carpeted a large 2nd floor area plus the stairs in my home. They did a great job. Recently I wanted the first floor carpeted so went back to them. As before, a great job. The two jobs were done by different teams. Both teams were efficient, pleasant and polite. The carpet looks and feels great. I would highly recommend them for service, quality and price.

Unfortunately in life we are thrown curve balls and they couldn’t make it here on the day of install but they adapted and overcame the next day and exceeded my expectations. I chose to get new carpet In my bedroom from carpet values. When I saw the rug I would be getting I was very impressed and we decided to go ahead and do the living room as well. We were extremely satisfied with the end result, and I would highly recommend them to any family or friends looking for new carpet. Walt Gibson was extremely helpful with the selection process, and the installers were very professional.

We had flooring installed a little bit over a year ago. The customer service was excellent in the store. The installers was a joke. They didnt bring any trash bags with them. They left trash, nails and everything else. Where ever they could. I even found tack strips in a clothes basket of clean clothes. Which they wasnt even working in that room. They didnt hook the toilet back up. When I realized it I turned on the water and water went every place. The van they drove leaked oil all over new driveway. I definitely wouldnt have their installers install anything else for me.

Lucas took great care of us from start to finish. I met with several carpet installers and he was the most informative and responsive. The install team worked very fast and did a great job. I would use them again and again and recommend them to anyone.
