The process to get a car is easy!! But as far as them keeping their word!! It’s a definite NO!! I’ve called literally and this is NOT an over exaggeration 7x! I’ve been told the manager will call back a mechanic will call bk etc!!.. and nothing!! I’ve been patient I’ve been calm I’ve been understanding to the pandemic but that is DEAD!! I’m tired of being lied to!! And not being treated as if I DONT PAY this damn car note!! My car needs to be fixed and some other things addressed!! Oh and it did have warranty!! I bought a vehicle from them a few weeks before the pandemic. It had problems when we first started I should have gotten my money back but I didn’t have the right money to go to another lot. They played me to the left. During the pandemic me and my husband jobs were stopped. We still had them but they stopped and we were NOT getting paid. But I still managed to pay them throughout this entire thing completely cleaned out my savings. I have just started my job back and so has my husband we are behind 2 payments. But I told them that the money starts now. They also haven’t fixed my truck they say wasn’t anything wrong with it. But it has had so many problems! It’s so bad that it burnt out my new brakes I had done on them. They are threatening to take back the vehicle ONE WEEK before we get paid. Lol if they wanna miss the money by all means miss it. But to come for us like we have been totally delinquent is unfair. I haven’t even gotten the plates to the car yet. They have played us for the last time! I will use my money to go to another lot! During a time like this, everyone is willing to get rid of old inventory. If you are looking to buy from them, I wouldn’t.

Great selection of cars! Descent affordable prices whether you paying cash or getting a note they work with you. I also appreciate the $15 oil changes to us when you make your payments on time. They also have a mechanic shop to bring the car to get fix if anything goes wrong and its not that expensive.

Ive been with Pronto for about a year now. I love the atmosphere everyone is down to earth and very helpful. They sell very good used cars versus going somewhere else and it will break down in a week or two. Ill always get my cars through them knowing Im well taken care of.

The staff at Pronto Autos helped walk me through buying a car. They worked with me when I didnt have all the down payment and when I couldnt make a payment until the next week. Theyre great. I recommend them to everyone. Only thing I dont like is that they keep raising their age requirement to buy a car so unless youre 25 you need a co signer. Back when I bought my car 2 years ago, the age was 23 and now its 25. I feel like that would limit your clients. But its all good.

I always heard bad things about them, but wanted to see for myself. Went to get a car they were super friendly spoke perfect English. My 1st sign they were no good was they wanted Huge down payments for Their old cars costing well over bluebook price all having about over 100k Miles. Rip off! 2nd I got a car from them and every other week something went wrong with it and had to take it to them to get fixed and it was always a hassle. Car had transmission problems, and a lot of problems with the brakes and other things dealing with tires. I know it’s a used car it all of those issues should be fixed before you try to sale a car. The 3rd they lied and said I missed a payment and tried to take the car until I showed proof I paid when they said I didn’t. They change there attitudes and act all rude when you need something from them and act like they can’t speak English. That’s bad for business. This is a very unprofessional business and I would recommend you to not go to them. Also the cars they posted online looked worse in person. Do not go here!!

🚫🚫 funny how this place has so many good reviews . This place sucks, they sell you cars with bad transmissions. While I was looking at the car, during the test drive, it had the check engine light on. But I liked the vehicle, jimmy said he was gonna work on that, he took it to the back and did nothing.🚫🚫🚫 when I purchased the vehicle and got inside to drive off the check engine light was off. 2 minutes later, 2 minutes later !! The light was on again ! 🚫🚫🚫🚫 less than 3 months, the transmission failed on me, super bad service. I know used cars have issues, but a bad transmission, wow. Speaks really low of this so called dealership. 🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫

Don’t buy a car from here the cars are horrible something was wrong with my car every month . I referred my bf to get a car from there so I was supposed to get $60 they didn’t give me my money. The customer service is horrible. If they say they’ll call you back they won’t you have to keep calling them basically harass them until you get a answer .
