The most enjoyable buying experience I have had. Sent build and get quote to them and two other Honda dealers. Got a reply within several hours. Due to chip shortage and pandemic recovery. The other 2 dealers thought Id be lucky in 2 possibly 3 months to get what I wanted. Scott at Penske thought weeks. We did most of communication over internet and email. Got it all set up and got excellent trade-in, based upon my description and one picture.Sent deposit by internet, and took delivery about 4-5 weeks later. With Penske being the largest Honda dealer in Indisnapolus and likely in Indiana, they got good allocation of vehicles, in my case a Ridgeline.Taking delivery was simple. Not trying to sell ups and extras. No laser etching on widows, extended warranties. The extended warranty was mentioned. The fees were reasonable and minimal.After delivery I received 2 phone calls to make sure I was happy and another one tosser if u had any question on the vehicle and the electronics; I did, and both were answered thoroughly and easily understood. And, both worked to correct the problem and concern.Everyone I met at dealership was pleasant, welcoming and seemed very sincere in taking care of me. I felt like a VIP, all the way.Id very highly recommend Scott H. and Jack B.snd the entire dealership as a place that is truly a pleasure to do business with.

I havent driven a Honda in years, I was undecided what new car I was gonna buy I just wanted a car that was dependable. Tom Walker was my salesman, well I know his brother in which I had told him what type of car I was looking for. So on the the 9/23 I go out to Penske Honda to look around and see what they had, but once I got there they had already had a car sitting out, I wanted a certain color, and certain features this car had everything I wanted plus some, long story short Im now a owner of a 2022 Honda HRV, I plan to be a long standing customer with Honda. Very professional. I was thankful there were no surprises at signing. No hassles and I felt I got a very fair trade for my vehicle. I would have given it 5 stars but they did not check my tire pressure on my car before I took my new car and the warning light came on when I was half way home so I had to make a trip to a tire place to get air. No big deal but it should have been checked. My salesman was great so if you need a new car ask for Eric!!

The entire experience at Penske Honda was wonderful. We stopped by looking for a good used car. We bought a 2012 Civic. Our salesperson was Brian Burger. He was helpful and informed, but not pushy. Brittany in financing was great too. I even changed the terms of my loan at the last minute and she came through. I will definitely use Penske Honda for another car purchase.

Pretty good experience here. Test drove a car I liked, but I had some minor concerns about the ergonomics. Salesman Joe was helpful in showing me how to get everything comfortable, so I went ahead and made the purchase. Process was pretty quick (some employees got caught in a meeting, but still pretty painless). Only real bummer was having to purchase a new battery two days after I drove it off the lot. Battery was one of the few things not covered in the complimentary warranty, and it was a used car, so that was some tough luck. Other than that, not too shabby of a car buying experience.

It was a great experience. Robert (salesman) was very professional. I came from Florida to purchase my vehicle. We did most of paperwork via phone, email, etc. So when I flew up to get my new Honda HRV I was in and out of the dealership in no time. Everyone at the dealership greeted me, said hi. I bought a 2021 Ridgeline from Penske Honda. It was an excellent transaction, as the majority of the sale consisted of a couple of phone calls, and an email or two. They quoted me a fair price for my trade, and the sale price of the vehicle I purchased was great! When I arrived, my salesman Nick did exactly what he said he would do, and the whole deal took less than an hour! It was definitely worth the two hour drive!

On April 1st I had called to see if a 2019 Accord Sport was still in stock. Talked to Scott Hiller and he was super friendly and got me the information I needed. When I showed up to test drive it everyone was super friendly, not hounding over us and let us breathe. Once in the financing stage, Doug walked us through everything and explained everything very well and didn’t try to up-sell anything we didn’t want or need. I have had a less than pleasant experience with Penske Honda on my last visit. I have leased 5 cars with them in a row and with my past leases have never had a problem. With this one I received a 1200 bill for damages three weeks after the lease of my new car. I would not have been upset if I was notified of it or expecting the charge, but at the end of the day I was told everything looked good. I was not walked around the car or asked to verify damages. My stepdad used to work at this dealership, but I will not be returning!!

Service never called me after the diagnostic, had to reach out to them from the waiting room after 2 hours regarding the status. Shuttle availability is poor. Had to wait over an additional 2 hours for shuttle personnel to show up and then brush me off saying they had to go pick up someone else. I was the only person on the list. Front desk personnel were unsympathetic to other obligations. Had I known about the shuttle unavailability, would have selected a different day for service. It was misleading to be told to just keep waiting for the shuttle both by the front desk personnel and service personnel. I had to cancel another appointment, recruit a fortunately available neighbor for childcare, and miss lunch. By the time shuttle personnel was finally ready to take me, my car servicing needed only another half hour to go. As far as actual service is concerned, it was not compared to other centers, atleast some of which are cheaper, so cannot comment on that. Same servicing model for over 70 years. Glad newer car companies are disrupting, and hoping they pave a path for others.

I had a fantastic experience and would easily buy another car here. Ingar was very personable and knowledgeable. Since I live in Cincinnati, he personally walked around the car to make sure there were no issues with it and did the deal for me over the phone. Penske held the car for me as I drove up to Indianapolis, and Ingar had all the paperwork ready for me so I didnt have to spend all day there.Brandon in finance was very transparent and didnt pressure me into buying any of the extras while respectfully explaining the benefits of each one to me.Finally, since I couldnt take the car home that particular day, they held it for me in a garage to protect it from the elements until I could pick it up. I couldnt have been happier with my experience!

This was the most easiest car experience Ive ever had when I finally found this dealership. I was looking for an 08-11 accord coupe v6 which isnt that easy to find. They happened to have one. Rather than being like all the dealerships I had dealt with in many states including another Honda dealership across town, they were flexible on price and not over KBB like everyone else. They gave me more than a reasonable trade offer which sealed the deal. Todd Vostry was my salesman and hes not a stereotypical car salesman. Really down to earth, caring, no rudeness, and extremely stand up guy. His sales manager was fantastic as well. Im multiple states away and this experience has me highly recommending to anyone that needs a fantastic car at a fantastic price even with this overpriced car market. The price I got, I didnt feel like I was battling anyone on too high of a price.One last thing to add, Im in Iowa and had to get a paint marker at the local Des Moines Honda dealership. When I pulled up I was talking to a salesman who greeted me. I told him the deal I got and the trade, and his exact words, We wouldve never sold it that cheap. Just goes to show you theres still dealerships not trying to get above max dollar on the cars and rip you off.Thank you to all who gave me such a wonderful experience. Penske Honda’s service department is as good as it gets. From the pristine facilities to the friendliness of the staff, I can’t imagine taking my Honda vehicles anywhere else. I know that everything I want serviced is going to be done perfectly and that the service writer is going to contact me the minute the service is complete. I also know that I’ll be made aware of any unforeseen potential problems or issues as well. I was turned down at another dealership for no appointment and just wanted to try my luck and I am glad to see Penske did not allow corvid to affect their work flow. The customer waiting area is well ventilated and equipped with adequate sanitation wipes, mask signs are everywhere and I dont see any one not wearing a mask. The lady at the reception desk is very nice, she did a great job despite it is late on a Fri night, kudos to her!

Very unprofessional and disappointing experience this last weekend. I currently have a Honda Civic and am in the market for a new car. I have been more than happy with my civic since 2009 and the service visits so I was considering replacing and upgrading to a CRV. Unfortunately, the salesman did not appreciate the fact that I wasn’t planning on purchasing that day or want to give my phone number. If I have further questions I will call you, I don’t want to be rushed into any decision . However, I was more than willing to provide my license in order to test drive the vehicle. The salesman was noticeably irritated that I didn’t want to provide my number, even after admitting he plans on calling me after my visit that day and said if It was an issue to provide then I don’t need to drive the car. This made me feel pressured and uncomfortable so I agreed I would not drive the vehicle. I immediately received more of an attitude as he mumbled “great” and stormed off *without* even asking me if I had additional questions or needed anything else!! He made it more than clear if he couldn’t make a sale on Saturday or would be unable to harass me about the car after my visit, he was unwilling to help me.Very upsetting due to my high expectations from multiple satisfactory visits over the last 8 years. Even more bothersome to me is that I have little to no interest in pursuing a Honda vehicle simply because of how poorly I was treated. Unfortunate to feel that I can’t get a fair assessment of the two vehicles I have narrowed down simply because of the aggressive nature and lack of professional customer service experienced.

We had been looking for a new vehicle for several weeks at various dealers and my wife made the comment after meeting Scott that he was the nicest salesperson she had ever met. I love Penske Honda! For a simple oil change, no appointment needed till 4:30pm. I was going to have wait 2 weeks at another dealership! Nice, clean waiting room. They even vacuumed my car before they were done! I highly recommend Penske!

Bought a car today from Penske Honda what a great experience with our salesman Doyle and finance manager Adam. Been looking for a car for awhile and I’ve dealt lately with some horrible dealerships that I walked out and refuse to do business with. Doyle made looking at the car and coming to an agreed price easy. Appreciate the respect and treatment I received. Everyone was great and helpful what a different experience!

*Editing with updates: I was able to work with the service department on addressing some of my concerns. I appreciate their flexibility and willingness to attempt to make things right. I still do not trust the sales folks and would encourage others to be highly skeptical of any promises or sales pitches they make, especially with the pre-owned cars. That said, I think some of the dealership staff and leadership do actually care about their customers.*I’ve waited to post a review for quite a while because I wanted to see how things went...but after my latest issue with my car, now is the time.I bought a certified preowned car in January. It was seemingly a beautiful, top of the line Accord. The salesmen of course are pointing out all the awesome stuff, but don’t point out that the entire paint job is ruined by swirls from an apparent bad detail/waxing job someone did. I couldn’t see this because of all the gravel dust on the car from the nearby quarry. I didn’t see any of these swirls/scratches until after I purchased the car and it was washed. As far as I can tell there is no fixing the paint.Then, the first time driving the car other than taking it home from the dealership (at night) I notice there’s a crack in the windshield. I immediately take it in and they offer to fill/seal the crack but will not replace...even though it is extremely likely that the crack was there when I bought it.The longer I’ve owned the car the more I’ve noticed that there is a lot of tire noise. I didn’t think this was too big an issue since the tires were brand new when I bought it...the preowned sale department replaced them for it to be certified (so they said). What they didn’t say is that the tires they put on were not OEM or even considered a fit for this car. That wasn’t an issue until today, when I tried to pull out of my garage and a tire was flat. I took it in to the service department (which gets 5 stars by the way). Turns out the sidewall and belt were ruptured somehow even though there was no sign of damage. They replaced the tire under warranty, but put an actual OEM-style tire on (Michelin) because that’s what was supposed to be there in the first place. Now I just have three ticking time bomb tires waiting to blow...sounds safe..right Penske Honda?So to recap, the sales people don’t care about a quality product, they care about overcharging you for cars with ruined paint, cracked glass, and budget tires that aren’t safe or reliable.

Friendly staff, helpful people, professional atmosphere, and great variety of experience staff. Song Park has not only helped me with several new purchases but many of my friends and family as well over the past 14 years.. And the service department always takes care of all of us in a top-notch manner
