Sold me a bad vehicle that Ive been dealing with for over 6 months now. Complete lemon. The only reason I give 2 stars is because Tony my salesperson was somewhat helpful during the transaction. The issue is the car has voltage problem which cost 5k to fix. Theres no way this could not have been known after the car went through there inspection and now Im left with the bill. Lesson learned. Thanks!

Recently picked up my 2010 Lotus Evora from getting regular service work done. Having dealt with these guys for going on 2 years now, I can honestly say that they are the Best! I have found them to be knowledgeable, professional, and honest. Their work is top notch. And their service prices are very reasonable. They dont try to push you into unneeded repairs. Owen is a Master Mechanic and Lotus Whisperer. Dino is a Magician, seemingly able to get any part. Tyler, the newer guy, keeps the lines of communication open. Xavier details a mean car. Phil will help find whatever car you are looking for. And Mr. Kim, the man behind the curtain, makes it all possible. If you are looking for a classic or sports car, or needing service work on one you already own, you cant go wrong with Gator!

Ive had my Lotus serviced by Owen and the team at Gator twice and it has always been a great experience. Everyone Ive dealt with there has been professional and friendly - definitely a great place to take your Lotus for repairs or to buy a new one.

Had Gator Motorsports install new Monoball bushings on my Lotus Elise. I drove 9 hours each way to their shop and it was worth it. I chose Gator Motor Sports because of the high-end alignment equipment they have at their shop, but Ill return because of the knowledge, expertise, and skill of their mechanics (Owen is awesome). Replacing the bushings is a big job, and they did a top-notch job. The handling of the car changed dramatically (it was sloppy before but tight as a drum now). Perhaps the best part is that the entire team there, including Young, Owen, Dino, Tony, and Phil, really LOVE cars. And they dont just sell Lotus cars, they drive Lotus cars.

Ive been to many of Gators Cars&Coffee hosting, and know they specialize in Lotus cars. My car, MR2 Spyder, is considered the poor mans Lotus, so Im having them do some work on it.They are good people, and I trust them with my car.

I took my 93 RX-7 here to get an alignment and brake fluid flush after putting on coilovers and replacing the brake hoses. Toby and Owen were awesome! It was aligned perfectly to the custom specs that I requested. Prices were very reasonable especially for the A1 service and quality of work done! They even had it washed for me after they were done working on it! I highly recommend Gator!

The suspension work was good but they forgot to secure the coolant header tank which resulted in a very bad engine overheat on a hot summer day. I wouldnt have minded if they took responsibility for it, instead of sticking me with the bill. In summary they seem to have good customer service for minor incidents but if they royally screw up youll be responsible.Notice how the other comment thats not 5 stars has a response from the business talking about striving for perfection but my 2 star comment is ignored. This is because Gator knows I have documentation, pictures and videos of the full incident and their way of handling it shatters their facade of good customer service. Good customer service is not free coffee or other minor things. People bring their cars to professionals to have piece of mind that if the professional makes a mistake they will fix it.

I looked for the perfect car for over five years, and finally found it last spring at Gator. I bought an amazing 2011 Elise from Brian, and couldnt be happier with the car, transaction, transparency, and treatment. Dino and his crew have been amazing at keeping it in fine fettle. I wouldnt go anywhere else for Lotus cars or service. Plus theres lots of car-eye candy to oggle while youre there. Its all good. Thanks for doing what you do.

Gator is Indianas official Lotus dealer and service center but they also cater to just about every brand (though particularly exotics) in the used market, with a global audience. Theyre well known and respected in several motorsport communities. Sales and service are fantastic. Well-connected, knowledgeable, and honest. Fantastic people, too, the kind you want to invite over for Thanksgiving because they take such good care of you and your cars.

Gator Motorsports hosted this weekends cars and coffee. I accidentally gave them a one star (The owner kindly reached out to me inquiring as to why) when reviewing so many places recently, however, I also didnt mean to give five stars either due to the lack of coffee available halfway through the event, or at least not obvious as to where it was. If you can itd be nice to provide coffee next time, I actually wouldnt mind contributing to my cost of having donuts and coffee catered ;)

Was looking for a place to check my leaking radiator without waiting for weeks to get an appointment... Brian was very helpful in getting me in and Dino was quick and communicative about the issue investigation. Overall - very friendly staff who even offered me a ride home after dropping off my Audi... The detail team at Gator Motorsport detailed my wifes Denali and when they were finished, it looked better than it did at the showroom. They were able to remove all blemishes, scratches and spiraling and the paint has a deep color and shine to it now. We were so impressed, that we then had them do my X5 and again the outside looked incredible. They spent more time on the interior and the carpets and every nook and cranny were vacuumed, cleaned and treated. They found items lost between and beneath seats and the car looks incredible. Amazing work and attention to detail. Super friendly and accomodating as well.

Saw they had a Porsche 944 online so I called to inquire about it but they wouldn’t answer their phones. I decided I’d stop by since it’s close by talked to two different people, neither of them could give me a price for the car. I had to wait for the one sales person there. After about 30 minutes of waiting with no help decided to leave. All I wanted was a price for the car.

They are great. Very knowledgeable and easy to work with. To fellow females without vehicle knowledge, this is the place to go. They wont take advantage of you.

I grew up in an Auto Parts Store and machine shop, one which my family still owns to this very day. My work has taken me away from the town I grew up in and the thought of having my vehicles serviced anywhere other than my own shop was a hard pill to swallow, until I met the Gator Motorsports crew. I started with tires and alignment and was instantly amazed at how much better my Nissan GT-R actually felt. They now service all my vehicles. A very nice little shop. I recently purchased a used Lotus from them. It was an out-of-state purchase and incurred its share of hiccups along the way, but Brian and Phil were very helpful and made sure everything came out right in the end. Everything was completed in a very professional manner. When I visited, the showroom was spotless--very small showroom with a lot of cars, but all of the cars were small, too. It is Lotus, after all. I wish I lived closer to Indianapolis so I could make it to Coffee and Cars.

I have been dealing with a private seller on an Elise in WV. Brian pulled all the information he could about the car. I wouldnt hesitate to go here as they seem like an honest place and I get a good vibe from them, even not having dealt with them in person!

Ive dealt with Dino and dan in the parts dept and the experience was great. Even for a few parts that totaled $50 they were super helpful and responsive on the phone. When a mirror part for my lotus arrived broken, Dino actually sent me his own personal mirror piece that he didnt install on his car yet, so I wouldnt have to wait weeks for it.

I purchased a 1950 Ford. When I got at home I had to clean out the inside. Had to wipe down the seats and there’s garbage underneath the front seats. So far I Have spent $800 to get it in running order. Very disappointed with my purchase

Gator sold my Lotus V6 Exige on consignment two weeks ago and still has not paid me my sales proceeds. Young Kim is now telling me that my sales proceeds were used to to pay for his new inventory. Anyone that trusted Gator Motorsports in the past, think again. Take a look at the employee turnover.

I CALLED HIM REGARDING ANOTHER EVORA THEY HAD POSTED. I LET HIM KNOW THAT I WAS INTERESTED IN THE CAR AND BRIAN AGREED TO GIVE ME FIRST RIGHT TO THE CAR. NUMEROUS PEOPLE WERE INTERESTED AND BRIAN STAYED TRUE TO HIS WORD AND LET ME SEE THE CAR AND DRIVE IT FIRST. HE TOOK MY SONS AND I THROUGH THE SHOP AND INTRODUCED US TO THE STAFF. IT WAS REFRESHING TO TALK TO PEOPLE WHO KNOW THESE CARS SO WELL. I FELT ABSOLUTELY NO SALES PRESSURE AT ALL AND HE HAPPILY ANSWERED ANY QUESTIONS I HAD. HE EVEN ARRANGED TRANSPORTING THE CAR BACK TO LANCASTER FOR ME AT A MUCH LOWER COST THAN I COULD FIND ANYWHERE ELSE. AFTER THE CAR ARRIVED, BRIAN FOLLOWED UP WITH ME TO MAKE SURE ALL WAS WELL AND THAT I WAS HAPPY. I CAN HONESTLY SAY HE IS A GREAT GUY AS WELL AS GATOR BEING A GREAT PLACE TO DO BUSINESS WITH. Ive traveled 400 miles to buy a car I loved, but I never thought I would say Id travel that far just for a dealer experience. I think they actually might deliver that far away, but what Im trying to say is that Ive never experienced a dealer anything like Gator, and would jump through a lot of hoops just to go through them again.Ive now been through their sales, service, and detailing departments, and you can tell that every single member of their staff is madly in love with cars, even and especially the ones they sell! Think for a moment how rare and fantastic it is for the staff of a dealership to love each and every car they pick to sell. A bunch of the 13 staff members own, drive, and track Lotuses, 3 of them Evoras, and since thats what I was looking to buy it was especially helpful and confidence-inspiring to hear them genuinely rave about their own cars.There might be better dealerships out there, but Im serious in saying that I cant imagine how. The people here are pleasant and genuine above all; also professional, efficient, insanely knowledgeable and have great attention to detail. And if youre looking to buy or service Lotus, Rossion, or (soon to be) Magnum in particular near Indy, Gator Motorsport is it, and its awesome.

I live in Charlotte and take my car to Gator Motorsport for work. Yes thats right I live in Charlotte, North Carolina. These guys are awesome! Unfortunately I had a coolant leak with my Elise and tried to have it fixed locally here in Charlotte. I ended up having to go to a local Lotus dealer ((2hours away!) to get my ECU re-programmed. Then I had to call TJ, the mechanic at Gator, to help get my problem fixed because the Lotus mechanic here had managed to de-program my remote from my car and didnt know how to re-sync it!Thanks to TJ and about 2minutes of his time, my day was saved.Big thanks TJ!!!
