They not only made my car safe for me to drive again that day, but also made me feel safe and taken care of in a city I don’t know. Worst car experience I had trying to buy a car. Please don’t even bother coming to look at cars here. I don’t care if you can’t haggle prices for me, but don’t treat me unprofessionally. Tried to sell me a 2021 crosstrek sport for over about 30k, no haggling... at this point I might as well buy an unlimited but that’s not the case. At the end of the meeting, I told him I had his card and would keep in touch if I changed my mind but no thanks for now. I was polite and kind, but I didn’t receive the same response back. My salesman Emir was rude. I reached out my hand for a handshake, and even said something about it but he totally ignored it. It was the most awkward and degrading feeling but glad to see people’s true colors. He didn’t have mask when I came in, so I don’t think it’s COVID. Maybe I’m taking it wrong but if you’re willing to be treated like that, be my guest.

I knew what I wanted, it was waiting forever me to test drive when I arrived. Matt B was amazing, Ryan helped me get paperwork started and then John helped me with the finances... from the time I said “let’s buy this car” it took about an hour. That includes a 15 min tutorial on how to work the buttons in the car. Amazing staff, quick, easy and painless!!!!!
I have had my vehicles serviced at many locations over the years and Falcone is by far the most corrupt and unethical dealer that I have ever been to. I 1st realized this when I went for our complimentary oil change and inspection that we got since it was bought there. We were slightly out of the mileage limit, which is fine, but they informed my wife that it would be over $400.00 for the oil change and general inspection. She took it home and didnt have anything done for obvious reasons. Come on guys.We took our Forester there recently for an A/C issue, engine light, and suspension noise. We were presented with an estimate of over $3,000.00 which included excessive diagnostics (road testing, etc) that we were told was not refundable even though they were doing the work. What? They also had license plate bulbs for over $40.00 a piece and a number of other things that were completely unnecessary.I called and spoke with Tony, the service tech, who immediately became defensive when I brought these items up. Despite me being calm and respectful, I was constantly overtalked and interrupted and he refused to answer most of questions and just kept circling back to talking points. I explained that I didnt understand why he was feeling the need to talk to me like that, I just wanted an explanation. He continued to talk down to me, interrupt me, and talk over me. I eventually told him not to touch anything that we would pick the car up that day. He became upset again, and tole me that he didnt understand why we didnt want the work done. We paid over $500.00 in diagnostics that didnt take any longer than an hour and we were on our way.We took it to another repair shop and had everything fixed for $455.00. I also stuck some LED license plate bulbs in there for $3.00. Please trust me when I say this is not the place to do business!
This was my first time buying a car alone from a dealership and was very nervous going in. I saw the car I would later buy online on the website which was very easy to navigate. I was approached by Gene very quickly and he helped me find the car with no problems. I did a test drive and they looked over my trade very quick. Jon with financing was very friendly and fast with his work. He gave me very honest advice, that will help me in the long run. It was a very easy process and I will definitely recommend falcone Subaru to family and friend. World better experience than when my dad and I bought a car at Tom wood Subaru on the north side.
Great dealership for both purchasing and servicing your vehicle. They always have fair prices on repairs and give you honest advice about what is worth replacing or leaving alone if your vehicle is older. You can’t replace the value of having your car worked on by brand experts. When we bought a new car we had a very relaxed experience. They are the approved Subaru dealer in the Costco car program, if you are a Costco member. This dealership is what cemented our loyalty to Subaru vehicles.
This was my first car-buying experience and I knew it wasn’t a high dollar car for them. Nonetheless, they treated me with respect and honesty that I don’t see from many dealers. The Accord was very reasonably priced and they were happy to accommodate me with whatever questions or requests I had. I worked with Matt in the process and he was extremely friendly and helpful.
This was my first visit for service on my Subaru. Nick greeted me right away and was super welcoming. He kept me up to date regularly throughout the process! First off, I’m not one to gush over mediocre or expected treatment. With that out of the way, I was floored by the experience at Falcone Subaru.I had been to Dryer and Runaround the day before where I was given the typical treatment that you’d expect from a car buying experience. Willing to drive out of state to find a decent dealership, I gambled and went to Falcone. That gamble paid off!! I was greeted by John Fitzgerald upon walking in the showroom and things got better from there. This guy actually walked the lot with me, breaking down the differences and patiently repeating himself when necessary, all with a smile.I went back two days later to test drive a 2020 Outback Limited (the actual vehicle that I purchased). John took me on the longest route that I’ve ever test driven. My mind was made up that this was my car. The following day, I went in to get numbers together, but they were short staffed. John picked up the phone and made a call. Next thing I know, Bob Falcone is standing next to me ready to meet my needs, proving that customer service is not preached here, but practiced.All in all, it took several days to purchase my vehicle because that is how I wanted to do it. Each contact with the Team made me feel more and more like family, reinforcing my decision was well made. There was zero pressure. There was 100% support. Falcone is hands down the best dealership either my husband or I have ever dealt with! They were absolutely wonderful to work with when I bought my new Outback and their service department did not let me down either! My navigation system was acting up, and when I called and talked to Nick he was able to get me in as early as the next day! My husband and son took the vehicle in and they gave them the choice to wait, or they could take them somewhere. Since there was qualifying going on at the Indy Motor Speedway they opted to go there. They were taken there in a limo bus, and my seven year old had the time of his life! They were notified when my Outback was fixed, and picked back up at their convenience. Not only is my vehicle fixed and working perfectly, but my husband and son ended up having an amazing day all because of a dealership that believes in taking care of their customers! (And I appreciated the complimentary car wash.) Thank you, Falcone, for going above and beyond!!

Terrible experience!I took my 2018 wrx to falcone subaru dealership for a diagnosis because it was malfunctioning.I came to find out that my clutch and flywheel needed to be replaced. They came up with a ridiculus estimate of $2,400 dollars.($1,400) Just labor which i obviously denied!I decided to search for a more reasonable estimate to get my car fixed.I luckily found a Subaru professional who did it for only 500 dollars out the door. (Not includong parts)but unfortunately i had no luck finding the right parts for my vehicle in the aftermarketWhich led me to reach out back to the dealership to purchase the parts directly to them.This became a nightmare!They gave me misleading information that led me to having to cancel upcoming family trip.There is a lot more to be said about john (the parts manager) and his entire staff.I luckily have met mr Falcone in person and im hoping i can meet him again so i can let him know in person how mistreated i felt.All my subaru enthusiast friends will also find out about this.Please dont go here for your service they will not take care of you if theyre not getting something in return.

THIS IS ON MY DAUGHTER AND SON IN LAWS 2011 OUTBACK WAS TOWED IN BECAUSE OF OVER HEATED WHICH I UNDERSTAND THE RADIATOR AND HOSES HAD TO BE REPLACED, COST THEM 1100.00 PICKED UP DROVE HOME THE NEXT MORNING DID SAME THING WAS TOWED AGAIN AND THIS TIME TOLD HEAD GASKET WENT BAD AND WANTED 4000.00 TO FIX HERE IS MY PROBLEM WITH THAT I FEEL THAT THE MECHANIC MISSED IT, AND JUST ASSUMED EVERYTHING WAS CAUSE BY RADIATOR BUT KNOWING SUBARU ARE KNOWN FOR BLOWING HEAD GASKET A COMPRESSION CHECK SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE WHEN IT WAS THERE FOR RADIATOR I BELIEVE NOT ONLY WAS RADIATOR AND HOSES BAD BUT I THINK HEAD GASKET WAS BLOWN AT THAT TIME ALL THEY COULD SAY WAS SORRY REALLY YOU SHOULD HAVE REFUND THEM THERE MONEY OR AT LEAST HALF OF IT. I HAVE WORKED IN DEALERSHIPS FOR OVER 40 YEARS AND I KNOW MISTAKES HAPPEN BUT A GOOD SERVICE DEPARTMENT WOULD HAVE NOT MISSED THIS OR WOULD HAVE REFUND THEIR MONEY. OH THEY DID OFFER TO GIVE THEM 1500.00 FOR IT IF THEY TRADED IT IN WHICH WAS REALLY 400.00 SINCE THEY ALREADY HAD 1100.00 IN IT. THERE IS NO WAY I WOULD EVER USE THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT AGAIN OR BUY W VEHICLE FROM THEM THEY JUST TOOK ADVANTAGE OF A YOUNG COUPLE

They went above and beyond for me, and I feel like I got a very fair price and that they made sure everything was as simple and transparent as possible. So far, the car is wonderful as well. Also great that they do not add any hidden fees after a deal is made. Definitely recommend 100%.
I went to purchase a used certified 2017 Subaru Outback after driving almost two hours the vehicle was misrepresented. Lots of dents and scratches. Was treated rudely as if I had done something wrong. Worst experience at a dealership I’ve personally ever had. Would not recommend purchasing a vehicle here.
This is our first Subaru purchase and Bert at Falcone couldnt have made the process more enjoyable. I was dreading dealing with a high pressure sales team but at Falcone, that wasnt the case at all! Everyone on the team was extremely easy-going, friendly and very knowledgeable. Ive had my Outback for only a few weeks but am in love with it! After purchasing two new Subarus a few years ago from a competing dealer in town, we decided to check with Falcone on our newest Subaru purchase. We didnt have the greatest customer service from the other Subaru dealer, so we were hoping to have better experiences with Falcone. After ordering our Ascent in September and taking delivery in October, I can say that we are off to a great start with the Falcone team. Everyone that my wife and I have spoken with has been awesome. I am a man of many questions and the Falcone sales and finance staff were more than happy to help and give me the answers I was looking for. Everyone has been really nice, and they have gone out of there way to make things easy on us. We really love our new Ascent, and we are likely to replace our other Subaru with another one from Falcone in the coming months.

These guys are great! I have gone to dealerships for service before, but after experiencing the service department at Falcone, I had decided to not shop for a car OR a mechanic anywhere else. When I found myself in need of a car, this is where I came, and I have never regretted it.
Very friendly people from the sales agents to the service personnel to the owner make Falcone Subaru a great place to buy or service your car. The sales people are not pushy and will work with you to make sure you are a happy customer. The waiting rooms are pleasant with free snacks and drinks. They even have an office area for you to bring your laptop and work without being bothered by the TV in the main waiting area. Even the owner stopped by to check in on me to make sure I had everything I needed. For all your Subaru needs, Falcone will treat you right.
Their service department is the worst they have had my car for 12 days an counting, haven’t not even done any work to it an have no clue when I’m getting my car back! How is this ok at all

We had a great experience at Falcone. We worked with Tiffany Compton and she was fantastic! Quick response to all my emails and even gave me her personal cell number to respond to inquiries by text. She helped us find a Forester that was perfect for us. We wanted something used but with low mileage and a good price, tricky to find with a Subaru! She put us in a loaner car at no cost to us while they detailed the car we wanted to buy. She made the whole process easy and painless, answering all of my questions so quickly! Every time we arrived on the lot at least one person (sometimes more) would ask us how they could help. You can definitely tell the staff is not working on commission because helping the customer is the priority (as opposed to competing with each other). Buying a new car when your old one breaks down can be so stressful, but with Tiffany and the team at Falcone, it was painless!
I walk with a rolling walker, so getting to the service desk and standing can be a little tricky. The service at Falcone is wonderful because they get me seated at a table in the waiting area and bring the paperwork to me. I appreciate this greatly. It shows a kindness and compassion for differing abilities, and the needs of the customer.
Purchased a 2019 Subaru Ascent sight unseen - I live 2.5 hours away so all correspondence was phone or email. Nick was friendly and helpful. Took delivery when it arrived on August 4, and couldnt be happier. Alex helped us with the paperwork since Nick was out of town, and was knowledgeable, friendly, and engaging. Alex also went above and beyond in the customer service aspect by trying to find a phone charger for me, as well as throwing in a Subaru survival kit. Jon Wilson was thorough, professional, and gave us the attention we needed to understand optional warranties, etc. All in all I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone in Indy or the surrounding area - it was worth the trip from Angola.
No hard sell. Matt recommended we do the build on the Web site as they had no 2020 Outback Touring XT in stock. We built the color we wanted and the options. The price they came back with was less than MSRP and what I thought was an incredibly great price for the Outback. We put the down payment and six weeks later our car arrived from the Lafayette factory. Now 3 months later we still love the car and it performs like a champ.
This was the third dealer that I called in the area. It should have been the first. I had to lease a car for my son and I was in a different state. most of the transaction was done by phone and email until we got into town. These guys are second to none.. I recently had the engine in my 2012 Forester replaced under warranty. Dealing with Brady was easy to talk to and very professional. He is a great employee for your dealership. When I went to pick up my car after the engine was replaced I decided to look under the hood before driving off of the lot. I was very satisfied with what I saw. No loose wires, missing bolts, missing brackets or anything that looked wrong. My car now runs great and does not seem to use any oil at all. Not willing to deal. Dont waste your time.I wrote to Alex, one of their sales consultants, intending to purchase a vehicle. He was unwilling to find any room for negotiation in the cost of the vehicle.You should avoid this dealership if you value your time and your money. The sales staff have no regard for either.
Great service! Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Were honest and didnt charge me for the rotation because I didnt need it and they easily could have. Will definitely use again!

I had only ever had used cars in my life. Old, used cars. I had such a pleasant experience in Falcone leasing my Forester. I never felt pressured. I had all my first time buyer questions answered thoroughly and patiently. We had such a good experience, we knew exactly where to go when it was time to replace my husbands vehicle. Found another Forester, in our budget, in amazing condition and we drove off happy. Cut to a couple days later, the check engine light came on. Oh no. We took the car back to the service department within days. We thought we were up a brown creek without a paddle. We expected an enormous bill. Boy, were we surprised. The car was repaired at no cost to us at all. They even gave us a loaner car for my husband to get to and from work the couple days it was in the shop. Absolutely amazing. They had no obligation to fix the problem, but they did. Recently, I caught a nail in one of my tires and even though the service department was totally booked up for the week, they worked us into their day within a half hour of arrival to plug the hole. I wouldnt have felt safe driving my children around with the donut on for a week. I am SO thankful for the above and beyond customer service. We will never go anywhere else for our Subarus! 10 stars! :)
I started coming here to get service on my CrossTrek due to Tom Wood being so booked it would take a month to get my car in. However I drive out of my way every time now. Service is great and quick. All the employees are super easy to talk too. Top things off Costco Members can save 15%.Our CrossTrek wasnt keeping up with our growing family so we decided to upgrade to an Ascent. I emailed all the dealers in 100 miles and Falcon not only made it super easy to hash out a deal over email but they came in under everyone else on price.Well end up being back when we need to replace our Jeep hopefully next year.

Went in for a 42,000 mile check and was out in 1.5 hours. Service folks were friendly, polite and professional. Waiting area was exceptional: separate areas for TV, playing toddlers, and quiet. Will be back!
I came in to get one door ding removed and to have them look at my Eyesight cameras because they were rattling. The Subaru service team did an amazing job (as always) of keeping me updated through the process and the guy who removed my ding found a few I didnt even know I had. My car looks as good as new and is now rattle free! I never mind taking my car to the Subaru Service Department!
Easiest purchase ever.I went in with the amount I would pay, and drove off an hour later. There was none of the back and forth with the sales manager who keeps asking for more money. No hard sell of add-ons... they showed me the options, but understood this is just a backup car.
We bought our first Subaru, an Outback, at Tom Wood and were very disappointed in the service and follow-up there - although we loved the car. Justin was wonderful to work with, he was very quick with responses to our questions, very honest with his disclosures, and went above and beyond in providing us information regarding our car. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the entire line of Subaru cars when we were working to determine which one would be best for us and in the process of ordering a car that no one had actually seen yet! He was so incredibly thorough and patient in his walkthrough and review of the new car when we picked it up from the dealership. We could not be more happy in our decision to stick with Subaru cars, Falcone, or our Forester. So far, having barely owned the Forester for 2 days, we are absolutely in love with it and so incredibly thankful for all of Justins help!

Ive been here a few times for recall work and parts. Theyve been fast, professional, and never tried to upsell me. I do my own maintenance but if I were to ever decide to have someone else fix my Subaru Id probably go here.
1 hour ago -Felt like my mere presence was an annoyance to the salesperson I dealt with - Alex. After asking few questions regarding a car lease. He became very condescending and gave me a non-working number. I wonder if he had treated me better had I not spoken with an accent. Educated consumers ask a lot of questions especially if they have been given bull before. Called to speak with the Sales Manager-they screen their calls and no response. Definitely did not feel welcomed. I am a lot more educated than him!!!
After going to another dealer in town, we came to Falcone to look at a car specifically and I didnt end up liking it (forester). When I mentioned I might like a Crosstrek Gene quickly took me to the sales room and showed me one. When I decided I didnt like that one he patiently showed me the Outback I now own. I never once felt sold to. I felt like this was my decision and there was no pressure (this was not to say the same from the other dealer). I am elated I came here. I love my new-to-me car and the process was very easy. This was the first time buying a car and the finance employee made it feel like a breeze and that it was no big thing, that I did this kind of thing every day. I will sing your praises, Falcone. Thank you!

Honesty and Integrity. Not the two words most associate with the car buying process. We recently purchased a new Outback, and worked with Matt Bartelson. If you want to be treated fairly, and have a pleasant, straightforward car buying experience; then go see Matt and you’ll likely be writing a similar review. My opinion not good enough? My wife, who has a genuine dislike for car shopping and salesman (and was 8 1/2 months pregnant at the time!), was just as pleased. That says it all.
Contacted Falcone Subaru via cargurus about a 2019 WRX Limited priced at 31823.00. I spoke with sales consultant Bert Nickelsburg via email and asked for a bottom line price. I live two hours away so driving that far wasn’t an option unless I new exactly what kind of deal I could get. Mr. Nickelsburg wrote back stating, “You can purchase the 2019 WRX Limited, stock # 19S13974 for $32,777.00 plus tax.”. Falcones best deal was to raise the price almost 1000.00 from what’s advertised on cargurus. I’d rather spend my money at a dealership that has integrity.
We bought our first Subaru, an Outback, at Tom Wood and were very disappointed in the service and follow-up there - although we loved the car. Therefore, when it came time for a new Subaru, we decided to try Falcone. Justin was wonderful to work with, he was very quick with responses to our questions, very honest with his disclosures, and went above and beyond in providing us information regarding our car. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the entire line of Subaru cars when we were working to determine which one would be best for us and in the process of ordering a car that no one had actually seen yet! He was so incredibly thorough and patient in his walkthrough and review of the new car when we picked it up from the dealership. We could not be more happy in our decision to stick with Subaru cars, Falcone, or our Forester. So far, having barely owned the Forester for 2 days, we are absolutely in love with it and so incredibly thankful for all of Justins help!
My husband and I went to a couple of Subaru dealerships in the area before deciding to make Falcone our home base. We go out of our way to come here for service and purchasing. I never feel like Falcone is upselling me on things I dont need and I truly trust those in the service center as well as sales. I also never feel like Im being talked down to, which I certainly have at other auto dealerships. Steve is who we’ve bought our cars through and has always been full of information and up front with numbers. I appreciate that he gave us the facts and then gave us plenty of time to make our own decision- never pushy. Similar with Mo from finance, he gave us information and was patient as we made our own decisions. I appreciate everyone at Falcone and would highly recommend the dealership!
I brought my Outback in thinking I had a computer chip problem since a lot of dash board lights came on. Problem was an easy fix and super affordable. Used a generous $35 Race coupon. I so trust Falcone with my needs and concerns. They are honest!!

My daughter, Emily graduated from college this past Spring from IU. we knew that a car purchase was in her/our future so we turned to our best resource--Falcone. We have purchased two cars from them and thought, just maybe, they might have a vehicle for her. Nick Kitner has been instrumental in our vehicle purchasing, so we once again turned to his expertise. Nick found her a car that fit her perfectly! I am indebted to Nick and all of the Falcone family for doing business with us and giving Emily the car that puts a smile on her face! Was considering purchasing a different brand of car, but stopped by to discuss with Bert Nickelsberg, who sold us a Forester a few years ago. Asked about Costco Automotive and he gave us a no-haggle good deal on the new car and a very good offer on trade-in of the old Subaru. They went out of their way to show us options even though there were no comparable new cars in stock. One of the other salesmen brought his car around so I could look at it. Every aspect of the experience was really excellent. No surprises or disappointments. We have done all of our service here for the past several years and they are great to work with in the service department as well.
The worst. I turned on my car (with 30,000 miles) and it displayed 6 error codes. I called in and was told they couldnt recommend me driving it, I should get it towed. I live an hour away. Then, I was told they couldnt guarantee they could look at it for 11 days and they didnt have a loaner car, so Id have to rent one. I asked what they would do if I brought it in. They said theyd check the error codes. They didnt suggest getting the error codes checked locally, so I asked. They said sure, but they couldnt recommend me driving it. I drove it to my longtime, honest, competent mechanic who checked the codes, tightened my gas cap, and fixed the problem at no charge in less than 5 minutes. He had only worked on 1 other Subaru but they had the same issue, so he knew. Why didnt the Subaru mechanic just suggest this simple fix in the first place? They work on a lot of Outbacks. Was it a matter of greed or incompetence? Buyer beware.
Guys were honest and informative. Did not push a new product that I didnt need. Very appreciative of that.
The most laid back, low pressure sales experience ever. My salesman was so helpful introducing me to and getting me familiar with the car that I bought it.

We have had 7 Subarus in our family. The last one we bought at Falcones Subaru. From sales to service for the Imprezza that we bought from there and for our Outback as well, theres not one prior dealer that can begin to compare with Falcone in service and sales. They have to be the most gracious people on the planet as far as car dealers go! Never had we been treated as nicely and respectfully. And I have spoken to other customers in the waiting room, they all agree. Its a pleasure to be their client!

To support Kiwanis of Northwest Indianapolis, I bought from them a Falcone Auto Detail certificate for an expensive in and out service. My car is a BMW, not a Suburu nor a VW (vehicles sold by Falcone). I had never been to Falcone. I expected to just drop my car off and pick it up later that day or the next day. After the service advisors greeted me and determined my needs, they immediately said, we will give you a loaner. I said, a loner? Im not a customer and Im only getting a detail. They said, that is okay...you are a customer now. It may take two days to fully detail your car. The day I was scheduled to pick up the car, it rained the entire day. Steve called to say, because of the rain, we do not want to get your car messy. So, keep the loner another day. The wonderful customer service shocked me. I was equally shocked when I picked up my car. It looked brand new! The attention to every detail in the detailing of my car was impressive. From this point on I am and will be a Falcone customer. The loner was an Outback. I was so impressed with it that I will seriously consider buying one and only from Falcone.
