And the finance guy I cant remember his name but he had everything ready and we signed papers was in and out of dealership within 2- 2 1/2 hours that even included test drive. It was so nice not having to spend the day in the dealership. We are so happy with our vehicle and will be back when ready to buy a new one again.

Josh is wonderful. I went in to look at a new car, and I explained how I wouldn’t be able to purchase for about a month due to an upcoming surgery. Knowing that didn’t stop Josh from being super helpful and going on a test drive with me. Honestly, I don’t know if I’ve had that much fun with a car salesman before. Josh would check in periodically, but I never felt rushed or pressured. I ended up going with a different make vehicle, and Josh was very understanding when I told him. His well wishes were genuine and from the heart. This is what a car salesperson should be like. No pressure. Informative. Kind, understanding and fun! You get all of that with this guy. We had a *bad* experience at this Infiniti dealership on the north side of Indy. Unfortunately, we met with a salesperson named Julie who flat-out lied to us several times in a matter of 40 minutes. (Pretty impressive.) To begin, we were right on time for our appointment and she showed up 10 minutes late. Within the first minute of meeting her she rudely said, “I just want to be clear: are you going to waste my time?” Seriously?!? My spouse and I looked at each other and almost ran for the door. I really wish we had.She then went on about how she doesn’t like “wasting her time” on people who are there to just browse or aren’t serious buyers. Um, okay…? We’re here and on time for a set appointment (that she wasn’t) prepared to make a large purchase. We had called ahead to ask if they’d appraise my vehicle for a trade-in or sale (to which they confirmed yes, they do both), so does it really look like we’re here to waste *our* time? Between the two of us being a lawyer and a doctoral student, I’d like to think our time is pretty valuable too. Her comments and demeanor were extremely offensive.Julie never asked a single thing about us or our vehicle needs, but was quick to randomly explain how she worked as a nurse for 30 years, retired, has now worked as a car salesperson for 6 years, and is unhappy about turning 51. We didn’t ask or desire to know about any of this irrelevant information (lol) but, if you do the math, this actually doesn’t even make any sense: she would have had to become a nurse at age 15 for this to be true. We’re here looking for a trade-in or appraisal and we get a salesperson who felt the need to be really rude, following by lying about her work history/job/age? (Who cares?)Anyways, I wanted to get to the point of the meeting so I stated several times I was here to get my vehicle appraised, like we agreed to on the phone. But then she starts trying to sell me all kinds of vehicles I didn’t want. I said very clearly I had already looked at the online inventory and didn’t see anything *that day* but still wanted to know trade-in value for any vehicles that may arrive in the future. She ignores me, then proceeds to sell us all these other vehicles we clearly were not interested in. I said no thank you again. And again. And again. She then pushes us out onto the lot to show me a vehicle I already said no to. I asked to please at least start the appraisal process on my vehicle while were browsing and she straight up ignores me. AGAIN. We walked around for five minutes while I kept reminding her I was interested in finding out the trade-in or sale value so I’d know what to expect *should* the dealership receive a car I wanted in the near future. We walked back inside, suffering about 40 minutes of being ignored and harassed, and she was so visibly flustered that I didn’t buy some random car on the spot that she *declined to appraise my car and immediately told us good-bye.*We were confused and taken off guard, and then she immaturely huffed, “My manager said he doesn’t need your vehicle” and pointed to the door. ARE YOU SERIOUS? What a horrible way to treat two people who just politely listened to your lies and rude behavior for over 30 minutes! So let’s look at the facts: INFINITI told us they’d appraise my car - and when I didn’t buy one of their vehicles on the spot that day (that wasn’t what I wanted even though I said I’d be a buyer in the upcoming weeks) - they basically told us to get the f*** out.How unprofessional and ironic that this was by far the biggest waste of *our* time, lol. She and her manager apparently thought that since I wouldn’t buy a car that day, they’d “stick it to me” and refuse to inspect my own Infiniti? (Which is only a few years old, very nice, no accidents, perfectly maintained and clean, so I doubt it’s something related to the car itself.)I love Infinitis and was preparing to upgrade to a new one - and when I do, it absolutely, positively, will NEVER be from Dreyer and Reinbold.

Car buying for some is as easy as walking into a dealership and saying, “I want that one.” For others, it’s a strenuous process in which every fact needs to be checked, every detail double checked, and ultimately everything perfect.We shopped at some of the bigger volume dealers around (*cough* a very large Honda dealership that moves apparently 5000 vehicles annually around *cough*) but just like their statistics we were treated as a number. We were juggled and not taken care of in the slightest. There’s a reason why dealerships have such a harsh stigma associated with them.Julie Daege at D&R Infiniti was the exact opposite— instead of pressuring us into a sale she made it abundantly clear she was there to help us make the right decision, both in choosing the right car in the right financial manner. She accommodated our somewhat unique needs and didn’t make us feel rushed even though we came about 30 minutes until closing. If only every dealership had sales people like Julie, maybe the dealership would be something we’re all happy to go to!And the cars themselves, the used cars were as perfect as the new cars. Julie mentioned how they’re hand picked by their excellent used car manager and it really does show. They’re all in impeccable condition and treated the way you’d want your future car to be.Ultimately, really can’t say how happy we were with Julie’s great balance of professionalism and affability and the great selection of pre-owned Infiniti’s! I know Infiniti’s are a bit rarer but they really are great vehicles for the informed buyer!

I received terrible customer service from the parts department over the phone. The person was rude, condescending, and completely negative and just plain nasty to me. I will never do business here just based off how bad this one experience was. I live in Fishers and Id rather drive down to the one in Greenwood than take my business to a place that treats customers the way I was treated here.

I recently purchased a 2017 QX60 from D&R Infiniti northside Indianapolis and it was a great and safe experience especially during this pandemic situation which we are all in now. Got to say about the sales man Andrew Weiss who dealt with me right from the beginning till the day i picked up my beautiful QX60, he explained and answered all the questions i had and guided me on whats really needed and what not, depending on my interest. My next car will also be from the D&R.
Recently worked with Josh Guzman on the purchase of a used vehicle. This was the best buying process I have experienced in searching for a vehicle. Josh went above and beyond on multiple occasions to provide us with answers as well as making us feel comfortable during what is typically a hassle process. I was able to do most everything over the phone with him, then when I went in to sign papers I was in and out in 30 minutes. The best part was he delivered the car to our house because we were not able to make a time work to where my wife and I could go to dealership at same time. Thank you Josh!!!
Brought my car in to get some service work done and was greeted by a wonderful staff. They were extremely welcoming and helpful. Got my car diagnosed and requested the repair. They all parts were in stock and told me it would be 4-5 hours but gave me a loaner for the meantime, which is fine.Roughly an hour and a half later they contacted me to let me know all the work was done, which is exceptional.HOWEVER, when I returned to pay my bill they charged for the expected time it would take to do the job, not actual time. I did not notice this until I returned home and looked at the breakdown. They gave me a few discounts for my first time coming in but the labor charges surpass the discounts.Overall my experience here was much much better than other car dealerships and they did wonderful service work but I am left disappointed due to the mischarges. I would definitely take my vehicle there again for servicing but will look out for mischarges in the future.
I’ve never been a fan of car shopping but Sajid Sheikh at Dreyer and Reinbold Infiniti made it an incredibly easy and relaxing experience. He is SO knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. He even brought some items to my house that I had accidentally left in my trade in vehicle. We love our new car and Sajid has a new customer for life!

Im out of state and after searching for weeks online, Dreyer & Reinbold had the perfect QX60 Ive been looking for and at a great price! Andrew Weiss was great and worked with me over the phone. I must say, the honesty and integrity Andrew and this dealership has was outstanding. I drove to Indy to pick up the car and everything was as promised. The entire experience was smooth and hassle free. I just wish they were closer to me!

If I could give this review 10 stars, believe me - I would! My previous car broke down on the side of the road a few weeks ago. I am a college grad student with a very small budget for a new car. I felt completely overwhelmed until I worked with Sajid at Dreyer and Reinbold. He helped us find an awesome Infiniti that fit my budget. He spent way more time with us than he needed to, and he even helped me find some inexpensive products on Amazon to help update the media in the car. I will absolutely come back for my next Infiniti, and I can’t wait to work with Sajid again!
