The staff was friendly and very helpful. They fixed my cracked screen very quickly.

Called the night before about getting a battery and if they had it in stock. They Verified that they did. Next morning I placed the order online with store pick up, I received the email that my order was ready. When I went to pick it up the store told me that they didnt have my battery and that it would be almost a week before they could get it in. They had already charged me for the battery after telling they had it and receiving the email that it was ready. They wouldnt check any other stores for me either. I had to call around and then drive up to Noblesville to get the battery.

I ordered a battery and was waiting for my confirmation email to pick it up. When I didnt receive an email within 30 minutes I called the store. They told me they were out of the particular battery I had ordered. The manager called me back about 30 minutes later saying he would provide me the next better battery at a reduced rate, all I needed to do was pay a small difference. He accomodated me with a better battery and made it worth my while. To me it was a win/win and I was very happy that I didnt have to wait.

District manager never returns your calls!!! Backs up management there at the store regardless of the problems last time took 7-8 days to get a battery Replaced. And then they try to pawn off an older/last yr. 2020 battery instead of this years new battery2021. Unethical, Rude behavior by some #004 Nicholas is best Customer Service guy there!!! The guy who helped me was incredibly professional, helpful, and polite. He was quick to help and installed th he battery for me. He did not ignore customers for other chitchat. I did not catch his name, but he was a young guy. The tattoos on his hands may make someone assume youthfulness, but he provided the best customer service I have had anywhere. I would return to this store hoping that he would be the person working.

Brought in 2 motorcycle batteries that was purchased from batteries plus to be tested, they said they were bad without even trying to charge them and gave me a line that their testing equipment can tell if a battery is good or not even when it is discharged. That is flat out not true! They refused to charge my batteries but was willing to sell me a new battery. I took the batteries home and charged them overnight and returned for a retest. One tested bad and one tested good. These are $130 batteries.

The guy who repaired my iPhone screen was awesome! He was very friendly and he worked quickly to resolve my problem. I thought the pricing was fair and I was able to get same day service. In total, it took less than 2 hours to get my device fixed.

Really good prices on key fobs.

Dont get a key fob there. I had one programmed there last Spring. They could not cut the metal part there so they took a picture and said they would mail me the cut key once it came back from their source. That was nine months ago.I have talked to a guy there 7-8 times, about once a month. Each time he had a different excuse. The last time he said it was there and would mail it right away. That was a couple of months ago. I made sure he had my name, address, and phone number each time we spoke. I never heard from him after any of my calls. Every call was initiated by me and every call he said he would take care of it. I never got the metal key.

IPad repair took 12 days when I was told 2-3. I was told on day 4 that they were finishing it up and it needed to dry. On day 10 I was told it would be ready in 2 hours. I drove to the store 4.5 hours later only to be told it wasnt going to ready that day. I asked that my screen saver be saved because it had a lifetime warranty and they threw it away. They did provide a discount which is why Im bumping it to a 2 star. Their communication and attitude were less than acceptable

Went to the store 3 weeks ago. Waited in store a half hour for my turn. Im disabled and there was no place to sit. NOT handicap friendly. Finally, my turn and the supervisor said he had to order the part and it would take a few days. Called them about 4 times over the past 3 weeks and kept getting the run around. Called today and Ryan got downright ride with me. He literally told me the I need to understand Im not their only customer and the warehouse is closed on the weekends. Then he let out a big UGH and told me hes had a long day and dealt with 80 customers and didnt want to deal with me. He told me to call next week. I said Im trying to find out any info like if its even been ordered and he just kept telling me to call back. He didnt want to deal with this. He said theyve been very busy and couldnt focus on my. I said this is your job, you just go on the computer and order it which your boss claims he did. Again, call back next week he cant handle this.....

Great service. They fixed my Samsung phone battery problem.

Battery wasnt ready like it was supposed to be. My order was not found. Had to wait for the battery acid to be placed in battery. Then when I installed it, the battery acid leaked out and onto my motorcycle, my hands, my tools, and the garage floor. What a mess. I returned it with no issues, thankfully. But I didnt have a good experience in the slightest with the staff. Manager was friendly and apologetic.

Love this store. I had broke my s9+ screen very badly. Was barely usable because it affected the lcd screen. They ordered my color but the company they order from was out of stock on the color I needed. Took them a couple weeks to get it. But in the mean time, they fixed it with a black screen, that way I didnt have to use a broken phone the whole time. I paid for the orginal fix even though it wasnt the right color. Then, when they finally got the color to match mine, they swapped them out for no extra fee! Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff. And I recommend this store 100%. Thank you so much, Mike. 😁

Dealership wanted $460 for a special battery and told us we wouldn’t likely find the battery anywhere else. Batteries+ not only had the battery AND could do the install, they did it for free, gave us 10% off their price and saved us a couple hundred bucks!

I went through square trade to get my phone screen fixed and it listed this store as a square trade certified store. So I chose this store and paid for it ahead of time. Then I called to schedule my repair and thats when everything went down the drain. The person who answered the phone was horrible and rude. I tried to tell him my phone model and he proceeded to tell me that the Galaxy Note 10 PLUS doesnt exist. When I tried to confirm that the Samsung Galaxy Note 10 PLUS is a real model and that is the actual model of my phone, he told me to quit playing games; I aint got time for this. EXCUSE ME??? I dont have time to take my phone to a repair shop thats trying to tell me that one of Samsungs best selling phones doesnt exist. Ive already called square trade and had my claim choice retracted and Ill be taking my phone to a different repair store in Greenwood.

Scheduled online for a battery replacement. Checked in on arrival and done in the estimated time.Bear in mind that your device was designed not to be fixed(I’m lookin at you Apple)so be understanding if it takes time to repair.

I went on August 8, and the the clerk obviously sick and was coughing all over merchandise with no mask at all. He was trying to use the T-shirt he was wearing to cover his cough. I would stay away from this place for the next three weeks. The merchandise and service of this location is normally good, but having a sick employee coughing non-stop near costumers during a pandemic was too much.

Although they were crazy busy I could see that they were efficient, patient & doing the best they could considering that there were only 3 people work & 1 was new, only his 6th day there & still o.t.j.t.

The ability to order the battery on line pay for the battery on line and show up the next day with the battery I ordered waiting and an employee to install it was fantastic. He handed me my receipt and had my new battery in my SUV and I was only there for about 10 minutes. I highly recommend the County Line Rd location to anyone who needs a new battery, especially if you need help with installation.

When calling in to check the status of my order, could not get the menu system to respond to my selection to speak with a representative. The only thing that I got through on was to speak about broken items. Other than that, my order was processed promptly and ready to pick up as soon as I called.

I always use this place for new phone batteries. Was treated with respect the minute I walked in although they were very busy. I like how they keep your information on file for the warranty, also they are able to pull up what I had bought last time if I need the same thing. Will be going again for some key fob batteries this afternoon. Good people.

Great for batteries especially. I can take different items in that need odd little batteries and they install them for you. For a higher price you can get a lifetime replacement guarantee which I think is worth the extra money.

Do not have them replace your iPhone screen! I was not told the screen would have a blue tint, so when I picked it up (after promised time) it had a blue tint. Upon calling I was told “this was normal and common knowledge”. If I was a refund they keep $30 for their “time and services” and out old screen back on. So basically you pay $30 for nothing, but wasted time! I would NOT RECOMMEND Batteries Plus!!!

Reserved a time online to have my iPhone battery replaced. Went in at the appointed time. Found everyone in the store to be very helpful. My phone was quickly fixed and I went on my way. Great service and value.

Since I already knew exactly what I wanted, I decided to try the online purchase option. I was a little skeptical after completing the online transaction. I didnt get an emailed receipt or any confirmation they had it in stock. I was also instructed to bring ID and CC with me to the store? So half expecting this was all for naught, I pulled-up to the store and got out. I hesitated to grab my old battery and carry it in, but I went ahead and grabbed it and headed to the door. I was caught off-guard when the door was opened for me and I was immediately greeted by a pleasant store employee. He showed me where to set the battery down and asked if I had ordered online, I said yes, he smiled and said Mr. V? I said yes, he said we have you all ready to go. I just need to see your card so I can run the credit for the core. A quick swipe later and I was ready to go. His partner had already got to the door and was holding it open for me. Wow, now thats customer service. What a team! Thanks guys.

I needed a new car battery and after doing some research decided to get one that seemed to only be sold locally at Batteries Plus Bulbs. I got a good price and they were able to install it for me. They were efficient and friendly, exactly what I needed.

They had the battery for my 2009 Honda CR-V when no one else did after a serious cold spell. Ordered online on Sunday, got it installed on Monday. I did not get the employees name, but he was fast, friendly and professional. I was in and out in no time at all. Great job.I do have a small issue with the online purchase/scheduling process. I ordered the battery with no problem, but when I selected a time for installation, it went back to the schedule-an-installation screen with no confirmation of my appointment time. I subsequently received an email that my battery was ready to be installed, but no confirmation of the installation appointment. It wasnt a problem as the store wasnt busy, but an appointment time confirmation would have been nice.

Excellent and knowledgeable staff. I had brought in my sons Samsung galaxy 6 to try and find out why it wasnt booting up. They didnt try to sell anything and told me upfront what the charges were for bench fee and advised the phone probably dead but they would double check. They proved right. Apparently the battery torched the system. They were great and will keep using them from now on

Some good folks working in here on Sundays. Went in on 4 December, mainly just to check out the inventory of car batteries to replace my current Diehard and ended up buying a Duracell there. Good inventory of fresh 27F batteries and explanation of date codes, charges, discounts, warranties, and options.
