I’ve gone in this store several times, never once has any of the associates asked me if I needed help. Every single time I walk in the store they just act like there’s no one in there. No customer service at all. I literally walk around the store trying to find something I’m looking for, while all of the associates are looking down at the ground or try to find something to do so that they do not have to ask me “do you need help sir”. All I have to say is if you don’t like customer service then you guys are in the wrong industry. Please find something else to do because it is so unwelcoming to walk inside of a store and no one ask you if you need help. Somethings got a change. This has been going on for years. It must be upper management or something, it’s like they train these people to not ask if you need help. From here on out every time I walk in the store and no one asked me if I need help, I will put a bad review on this page. I love buying north face, but not from the store because of the lack of respect for the patrons. I am currently conducting a case study on your store specifically, and trust me you guys will not like the results, if you simply asked how are you doing today your sales will go up by a minimum of 25%. But that doesn’t happen in the store. Good luck to all of you!

Limited selection of jackets and coats in store. Online options are plentiful and make it difficult for the store to stay competitive or beneficial.

The worst customer service. Was in store for at least 20 minutes, 3 different employee walked by and made eye contact without a word or offer to help while I tried on a jacket. When asked about their frontline/healthcare worker discount a male worker (longer surfer type hair) standing beside the counter immediately spoke up and was incredibly rude and responded with an eye roll while making sure to tell me that the discount could only be used once a month before abruptly walking away from me before I could ask another question. When I went back to work the next day, one of our nurses that work in our COVID clinic told me she has the exact type of experience and described the male employee the same way. As an RN for many years and a veteran, I do not expect a discount or to get anything for free simply because of the profession I chose, however, I do expect and would hope that the company offering the discount will hire folks that are customer friendly and are able to act professional despite their judgment or disagreement regarding the people who the discounts are offered.

Great store located in the keystone mall. The item I purchased was on sale but there was no indication that the item was on sale on the hanger. Sales tags would be appreciated

Was interested in a specific bag. Worker said there was one on the website but he didnt offer to look it up in the store nor to have it shipped to store. Didnt appear to want to help and make a sale.

Helpful staff make it easier to find the right thing for your needs. Lifetime warranty makes it worth the price and quality is solid. Will go back for sure. Hopefully to get something else and not to take advantage of the warranty!

I was there to shop The North Face store but the mall itself was excellent.

Nice selection of winter jackets and coats. I have always had a great customer service experience every time I have shopped here.

TNF is an absolute ripoff. We bought a jacket online and went back to return due to size issues. We misplaced one of the price tags. They refused to take the return. Also, they don’t stand by the warranty. My cousin bought a jacket and it got some damage. They sent for warranty department. This is still in year 1 of purchase. They said that the damage is due to regular wear and tear and warranty not covered. Will never go back. I was a very loyal customer and never will believe them again.

Will never shop at your stores again. I bought a pair of boots last week because they had the icepick technology. I went home and tried them on. I wanted to make sure they would grip the ice. I wore them outside for five minutes to test them (how else would I have known whether they actually helped or not?). I almost fell on a small patch of ice. I took them to the store to return, and I can only get store credit because you know your products are awful and dont want to lose money. Now I have store credit that I will never use.

Ok rare occasion here, its actually cheaper to visit the store because they usually have very good discounts on items often much better than those found online.

Friendly, helpful staff. Very helpful in getting to handle and purchase products Id previously researched online.

Very little in the way of reasonably priced gear or clothing. You’re better off buying TNF stuff from online resellers. TNF is like Kohls, if you pay full price, you’re dumb.

I went to the store to shop and make a purchase I never shopped at Northface before. I always bought my cloth from Nordstrom. Any way their employee where not at best knowledge of the product and the manager was not welcoming or even had good customer service. You go to buy at very expensive place something at least you expect to be treated five stars. Anyway I dont think I will shop there again.You guys need to work on smiling in customer faces and be more about the customer.
