Staff at stores I called or visited are very attentive to selling or answering questions thoroughly, and are careful to not leave dangling needs or questions. This laudable conduct seems uniform across the four stores I called or bought products from. Their knowledge of paint and painting (and not just colors) is very valuable.

Sherwin Williams is by far the most professional paint vendor weve worked with! All the guys are great, Rick, Mark, Jason.. This store has everything you need.

Convenient being right downtown. But they dont put a dot of paint on the lid of the can. So Im guessing at what I bought and have to open them. I know the formula is on the side but that is useless to someone clueless like me.

I cant say for the other stores except for the one I visited and that was on North Meridian Street in downtown Indianapolis. Your employees were extremely knowledgeable and very courteous and quite helpful. I spent $200 in your store which is small change to some people but its a lot to me. Thank you for the great customer service.
