My Husband has been going to them for a few years. Theyve worked on both our vehicles. But just this morning, after 8:30, weve had the worst experience with them! My husband took my truck in to get the tires looked at due to the tire pressure signal coming on. Everything was going fine until they informed us about our tires having locks on them & they needed a certain key. We knew nothing about the key & let them know. But they took it upon themselves to search the truck without say. Before going in, my husband had paperwork faced down left in the passenger seat & placed his other phone faced down on top. Because of the key situation, he was leaving & noticed the truck had been rummaged through! Papers everywhere, glove box messed with, etc. & his phone was missing! He confronted the workers about it & they said they were looking for the key...although he had already informed them we had no key. & blamed the missing phone as an accident!!! After a while, his phone was returned. They continued to tell him accidents happen. EVEN THE MANAGER! His phone had been powered off! & had a strong smell of motor oil! They said they took out things & they were was placed on a table & put back in the truck. Nothing else smelled like oil. & Everything was put back EXCEPT the phone! A guy my husband has never seen before had it! & everyone covered for him! They didnt even consider the fact that, why after leaving out the truck he went to His PERSONAL vehicle & sat there waiting for my husband to leave??!We will NOT be returning for any services!They do good work, but the trust isnt there! They LIED! Searched our truck like the damn cops & Stole my husbands phone!!

I am so thankful for Big O Tires! We were passing through on 465 when our low tire light came on. We pulled off to add air but it kept dropping. I searched and called several tire shops in the area. Everyone said the wait was from 2 hours to 2 days! When I called Big O they said “Bring it on in!” They took out a screw and repaired it in a few minutes and didn’t even charge me. We were back on the road in a half hour. These are good people!

Derek is an awesome helper I trust him like family they just gave me bro I got brand new tires and replace the brakes in the rotors and had the car winterized and I could not be more pleased with the treatment I received there

Big O Tires a BIG Deal for deal. Recently, I had work done to my truck that required a front end alignment. I took my truck to Big O Tires, but because of some issues with the repair Big O Tire was not able to do the alignment. Make a long story short, Big O Tires manager went above and beyond to communicate with auto repair shop to explain the issue, after the issue was corrected, Big O Tire was able to due the alignment. Because of their help the auto shop became a customer. I will continue to be a customer because they care.R.G.

The employees were knowledgeable and friendly, and they were upfront about the price “out the door” with what options were in stock, no pressure. Big O was able to change out my tires same day, despite clearly being busy and near closing. I’ve had tires changed at numerous locations over the years, but I’ll be going here from now on for how straight-forward and convenient it was. The price was comparatively better too.Happy to say the new tires ride quiet and handle great after a 12-hour road trip. The price was fair and the location was clean.

Kept having low air in the same time so got it looked at and it was leaking around the rim. They were able to clean it up and fix it in less than 30 mins while I waited. Staff was kind very friendly!

They didnt have the calipers for my infiniti in stock, but got them delivered same day and fixed it right up for me. Plus the dude Justin that took care of me was super cute ❤️

I just received my new tires (Bf Goodrich G-force Comp 2) and an alignment. They did a great job, and they worked with me on time constraints that I had, warranty from my old tires, made me aware of all the rebates I could get. I watched them put my tires on my rims and they did an excellent job being careful with my rims as well, not scratching them and so forth. This is the second set of tires I have bought from them, and I recommend them to anyone.

I went in for a slow leak in one of my tires. Walked in, great service, and I waited for about 30 minutes. They told me there was a nail in my tire, that they had patched it, and that I was good to go free of charge. Easy in and out.While waiting, I saw them serve other customers. Everyone was professional and customer-service oriented.Highly recommend!

Absolutely won’t recommend this shop to fix your car! I told them I think my car needs an alignment bc it pulls left when I drove it in straight road. The shop inspect my car and they found out it’s true I need an alignment by showing me a chart. i told them ok doin it then. after 1 hour and 30 mints they said your vehicle ready to go and it’s aligned now and they did charges me about 97$ for the alignment only. I test drove it and still I have the same issue where my car pulls left. Just to let you know this is my 2end time doin alignment with them and guess what? they said well, we guess your car needs something else. What about the alignment I charged for! Can’t believe that.

Came in today with a slowly deflating tire. I was in and out in under 30 minutes. Kyle greeted us as soon as we walked in the door and was more than happy to answer all my questions. We will definitely be back!

Called ahead to make sure the shop had my tire. The shop ordered my tire from a different store and had it there when I got off work. It took the technician LESS than 30min to get my car in, on the lift, old tire off and new tire on. I used the restroom which was surprisingly clean for a shop and left 15 minutes later. I would definitely recommend using this location to anybody needing a quick tire replacement.

Excellent experience. Went with a flat tire expecting to have to pick it up tomorrow and pay a hundred bucks. Staff is cordial and efficient. Told me to have seat and they would repair it while I waited. Half hour and it was done and installed. And no charge, a courtesy repair. Ill buy my next tires at Big O Tires on West 86th for sure.

Nick whom did the work on the car is a real value to your company and has the right attitude and focus to do the job right. Young men like Nick are hard to find and is a true value to your organization. All of the guys there are always very helpful and kind. I had a small leak in my tire for months and they always put air in it for me until I was able to have it fixed. They were able to fix it for me without me buying a new tire. I appreciate their great customer service!

Horrible service. I went to this location because I had a screw in my tire. I opted for a used tire at the time (due to all the pot holes in Indy). Within 1 mile of pulling out of their facility my tire light went on. By the time I an turn around (rush hour traffic) they were closed. I went back the following day and no one looked at it. I was just told to pull to the side for air in my tire. The gentleman placed air in the same tire and told me I was 5 pounds short. I explained to him I just got the tire and he stated they must not have put in enough air. I had to fill up my tire 4 times within the next two days. Went back a third time and after waiting an hour and half, I was told there was a screw in my tire. Basically, they either never replaced my tire or gave me a bad tire. No apologies, empathy, or reimbursement for my troubles. They manager told me theres nothing he can do. I called their corporate headquarters and complained. The waiting area is absolutely disgusting. A mouse ran across the waiting area and the guy behind the desk was spitting is chewing tobacco in the garbage can. This place is going down the tubes. Avoid this location all you can.

This is the BEST service shop in Indianapolis. I have lived here my whole life and never have I received service like I do here. The few times Ive gone elsewhere Ive regretted it. We have ben using them for more than 10 years through several managerial changes and always receive top notch service. They go out of their way to provide good service and usually take steps to get the cost down. You can trust their diagnostics and advice.

This has been my go-to place for an oil change for awhile now. The guys have always been friendly while providing quick service, but after waiting over 2 hours for the car to be pulled into the garage I may have to look elsewhere for this service. If you know it is going to be awhile you should be honest with your customers and not just quote them some time off the cuff. Very disappointed with my service today. I waited for a total of 2 hours and 27 minutes for just an oil change and of course there were more services they wanted to provide which unfortunately I’m always cautious of.

This place is great. I had a flat tire this week right in front of their store. I pulled in and they took my car immediately. Within 10 minutes they had my tire patched and ready to go. Great customer service.

My sons car had a non-repairable sidewall tire puncture on Easter evening on his way back to College, nothing to do at 5pm on a holiday so we pulled up to the shop at 7:15 on Monday morning and were first in line. The store opened right on time, the manager understood the situation, offered the most cost effective tire option for a broke college kid, and had the tire installed before 8:00 am. Great customer service, fast, friendly, professional. We will definitely come back to this Big-O-Tires store.

Changed my tires and went to big O tires for the alignment before going on vacation to Florida with my kids. Well on the way there one of the tires popped and we almost hit a semi and flip over. We went to the closest tire shop and they told us they left one of the bolts loose when they did the alignment and that’s why the tire popped. I had to pay for a new tire and alignment. When I came back from my trip I talked to the store manager. I just wanted him to make sure this doesn’t happen to anyone again. He had an attitude and all he said was that he would give me refund if that made me happy. He was very unprofessional. After all we went through and the time it took from our vacation. We could have gotten very hurt for a mistake they made. I’m very disappointed and upset.

This is the second time my tire pressure idiot light has gone on and Ive taken my car here. Both times they let me pull right up to the air hose without making me wait and fixed the problem without charge. Im very happy with them. They have earned my tire work and Ill try them out for more. My only wish would be for them to make appointments.

Came to the store intending to purchase 4 new tires for my granddaughters Suv. The waiting area was filthy. I witnessed the most disrespectful manager I have ever encountered in my 62 years. the way he was speaking to another customer on the phone and his angry tone with the other young men working in the store was enough for me. I walked out and went to a place called tire barn. I was able to purchase quality tires and a much better cost. and the waiting room was clean and the staff friendly.

Just wanted to give a great big THANK YOU to Justin at the 86th street store. I got off work down the street from your location and had a flat tire. I drove down to your store and was surprised to see some of the guys still there, I believe they were finishing up with a customer. I explained to Justin that I had a flat and was hoping that they would be able to put some air in my tire so I could drive it home. Even though the compressors had been shut off for a while Justin was kind enough to put plenty of air in my tire to get me home and even offered a free flat repair if I could come back when the store was open. I live 30 miles away and there was no way that I could have driven on that tire. Thank you again Justin I will be coming to your location again, as a paying customer next time, lol.

Big O got my new tires all installed and balanced and then when I upgraded my trucks suspension and realized I needed new wheels, they swapped the tires onto the new wheels for me and got me back on the road! Everything was quick and the service was great!

Service was good and I was able to get in for an oil change almost immediately. Upon picking up my car, however, I found grease/oil on my steering wheel, gear stick, driver-side door (interior and exterior), and on the hood of my car.

Bought (4) Michelin Defender tires here. Also bought their warranty. The warranty provides that they will repair any of the tires for free, and if they are damaged in a place that cant be repaired, they will replace the tire for free during the first (3) years. After the first (3) years, they will not replace the tire for free, but they will prorate the cost of the new tire based on the damaged tires life.Had a tire leak about a week after I got new tires, and sure enough, I had picked up a nail in a place that couldnt be repaired. Had I not bought the warranty, Id have to pay for a new tire after just 7 days. Good service, decent prices. Ill be patronizing them until I have a good reason not to.

Àlways shop around fírst. Let them be your last resort. The tire you want is never in the store. So you always ending up pàying a higher price for a tire you dídnt wañt. Dont fall for the o-well I guess I have nó other choice but to give in. You will be sorry. For I leàrned the hard way!

Super job in helping solve a major tire issue. They actually seemed to care, unlike: Firestone- $42 to unmount, inspect and confirm. Jiffy Lube - yes, they do tires as well, but they have a company policy against fixing a problem, they only sell solutions! Big O Tires is living up to their advertising- well done!

Front desk was great, and the work is exceptional. Just try not to make eye contact with the mechanics in the garage. The majority of them are very confrontational in their demeanor and extremely unwelcoming. Its as if they think a window separates them completely from the rest of the world. I walked in to see several of them glaring at me through the window for hours as i waited on my car to be fixed. So if you get work done here i suggest dropping off your car so you dont have to deal much with the garage staff. Good work, but extremely unsettling
