Would not recommend this location! I would rate no stars if possible...I went in to look for a mini concealer to test out before buying the entire tube, I get up to the register and no one had come to check me out for about five minutes even though the employees were huddled around talking to each other. There were about two others in the store with me who were waiting too, and four employees for what I could see, and they had no interaction with anyone. The woman who checked me out looked at my mini product and gave me an unsatisfied look, She then asked me will that be all and I replied “Yes, I’ll just get this.” She then proceeded to roll her eyes and reply “I suppose.” Not only did this make me not want to buy the product but it made me not want to return to this location at all. I will not be returning to this location — for obvious reason. The employees are poor at doing their job and their manners are not etiquette for the job. I am an avid Sephora shopper, always looking to test out new products, but never again from this location, worst service I’ve ever received. If only I could remember the employees name! So sorry for this location as it’s convenient for others but now I will go out of my way to seek another location with a better attitude and strive. Also the product is awful! Thanks again! :)

Bought $26 brow gel on Monday. I think the makeup brush was trash or defective when I tested it when I got home. I went to return it on Tuesday and she only gave me $6 back and said since it was used I can’t get my money back.The store return policy says if it’s gently used I can return it. I even called before coming to the store and the woman who answered said if I didn’t have my receipt they could look it up by my card number.I would not have wasted all that time going home and coming back to only receive $6.

This was probably one of the best experiences I’ve had in a while anywhere, I came in there with my girlfriend and the person that help us name was cal and he was very educated and really good at sales. I work in the sales industry myself and that was some of the best sales I’ve ever seen.

Why are Sephora’s employees trained to treat and look at you with disrespect. I’m sorry the majority of us women don’t come in wearing makeup in there. We are there to test & shop. It’s not just this store. Why? And samples. Forget samples. Ladies that work there always say we are out and don’t have any. Sephora please train your employees that we are all not shop lifters. Treat us with care.Between the Noblesville and Castleton stores I don’t know which is worse. Go the extra mile to Keystone or heck go to Ulta

Absolutely horrible experience. Ive been a frequent shopper of this place for YEARS. We recently moved an hour away and were over this way. I decided to stop in and get some products I recently hit pan on. The product I normally use was not sold in stores, fine. So I decided to ask the first employee if she could help me find a similar shade in another brand. They should know their brands better than me since they work there. she claims there isnt another shade and turns around to another employee and tells her I already told her we dont have a similar shade but she wants someone to look. She huffs and then slides to the side, behind the counter, with her phone in her hand. I had seen a similar shade in a different product from a different brand so I asked about using a different product for the purpose of what I was trying to achieve to justify my inconvenience.. The first employee didnt even bother to look before answering. The second employee did what she could but after I asked how I use a stick compared to my previous product that wasnt a stick... she looked at me like I was stupid so I declined her help and walked away.If this is your way of providing 5 star service to members who have spent enough to be a VIP member. Then forget it. Ill order from the brand themselves rather than being treated this way. You come to Sephora for products and professional advice. Im assuming. Since you do provide makeup consultations and 30 minutes to hour makeup for paying sessions...

Horrible they need to undergo New Management I asked the manager toriana if she can help me find some concealer she was putting lipstick on her lips and told me to give her a second as I stood there she started putting on a bunch of different makeup that she had sitting on the counter she should have been prepared for work like everyone else have to be who has ashe should have been prepared for work like everyone else have to be who has a job I then walked away askedafter 10 minutes of disbelief she then went to go ask another person in the store if she can help them find anyting completely ignoring meI I then asked another associate if she can help me find some concealer she overheard us and told me I should look at the Anastasia collection I told her I didnt need any help the associate told me that she only stock merchandise and cleaned up the store I told her it was okay and I continue to look around I accidentally dropped something on the floor and before I had a chance to pick it up the associate came up behind me and grabbed it and put it back on the shelf she then went up to the front telling her manager that if I was going to use the makeup then I needed to put it back because she couldnt be there all day not knowing she was talking about me I continue to look around I then asked the manager if they had a certain item on stock when she came over to help me the item that I was asking about was sitting on the counter she then grabbed it and slammed it in the display and told me I need to clean up after myself because employees were complaining about me leaving makeup all over the place I said that that was not true and something that accidentally dropped and that I didnt have a chance to pick it back up the associate asked me was there anything else that I needed and offered me free samples which I still felt uncomfortable so I went to go speak to their supervisor and told him what had happened he apologized and told me that it was their job to clean up so it shouldnt have been an issue to begin with and told me to pleasecome back a few days later I came back and I was approached by another manager that told me I can only test one sample and if I tried on any other testers then she would have to charge me for a full face of makeup or she can do my makeup for me I told her that that wasnt necessary and I wasnt quite sure on why she seems so angry she told me a few days ago they gave me a few days ago they gave me something for free so therefore its only right if Im charged for using more than one tester I told her that she wasnt there so therefore she didnt have no right to speak on something that happened my last visit at the store and I have spoken with their manager she just kept saying okay her eyes bloodshot red her makeup was terrible I left the store I went to go get my makeup done from Mac which they did an amazing job and I also purchased some items throughout as I was leaving out to go back to my car I showed her my receipt and showed her I hadgottenmy makeup done at another store and also showed the supervisor that she was trying to tell me I was broke and couldnt afford the makeup which obviously wasnt true its just that shes ugly and I didnt want her touching me etruth be told if you got nasty attitudes then dont be surprised when people stoop to your level in your ugly face makeup cannot fix you are ugly inside and out from the different reviews. U clown dont bully customers and expect for us to sit there and take that because you work there nobodys going to let you treat them like that. Its not necessary dont kill others self-esteem to uplift yours because you was proved wrong. Thats what the testers are there for for people to use as it States all over Sephoras website for clients to do which I wasnt harming anyone by doing just that so stop trying to look to get revenge on customers because you some jealous haters ..rat face even after all that and you still got proved wrong so come with some respect or dont come at all.

I wish there was a better way to contact the manager about my disappointing experience but Im assuming if I call there will only be associates to answer. I visited with a plan to spend $60 on some products I needed. The brow product I wanted was out of stock in my color. I waited for a few minutes for the employees loud conversation to end and when it did not I approached them to ask a question. Neither one looked at me so I asked to interrupt them for help. I asked if there was a less expensive alternative to the Brie product I came in for because I didnt want to spend more than the product I originally came in for. I was answered back with the question, do you know where you are? by the gentleman on staff. This put me on the defense, I felt belittled for wanting to spend less money, and I was pressured into spending more money on a better product. None of my questions were answered. I was never showed what this more expensive better product was and I wasnt given the choice or help to be shown a less expensive alternative. Because of this experience I only bought my $23 mascara and left immediately. I am sharing this in hopes the staff will be explained why this was inappropriate so they do not make any customer feel stupid or cheap. I do not have a money problem but I know a lot of customers might but still want to buy something nice to make themselves feel pretty. Im in town every 6 weeks for business and next time I will be driving to Ulta instead.

Everyone else is completely right. Terrible customer service. Sat at register for 5 min without even being greeted. Just trying to buy foundation for my girlfriend. I knew what I needed and got no help finding it. Had to look through the extra stock myself just to find what I needed.

Ariel is a sweetheart, always helpful. Though there is always one blonde girl who just acts so rude and as if she’s above everyone. I had issues when she rang me up and told me my beauty insider email wasn’t working. I was a little confused but not mad at her and just told her I knew that was my correct email. She looked me dead in the eyes and said “well I’m NOT lying” she really needs an attitude adjustment or not work in customer service. I have been in customer service for 4 years and wouldn’t think to ever act the way she does.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I walk in and notice boxes with product on the floor and all over the makeup counter. The mini size selection was a mess with piles of product out of place. It almost looked like they hadnt opened and were stocking before the shift. There was one sales associate, a younger blonde woman, who glared at me when I asked a couple questions and was slamming and KICKING the boxes around. She answered my questions rudely. I went in to check out the sample boxes, since they are different than the ones online, but they had a terrible selection, so I didnt purchase one. I was the only person in line (and 1 of 2 customers in the Sephora) and I had to wait a few minutes while the 2 sales associates finished complaining to each other about having to restock something before the end of the day. Very unprofessional, will not return to this location again. Not a good experience.

I just left here,the staff did greet me,the only problem i had was they had wrong prices on items,and rather than charge me for price they neglected to change,they quoted me the correct price,which is rude bc i shouldve got the price it stated.

Worst experience...The staff do not care about customer at all. There was a lady staff who do not know how to apply even a foundation cream and she kept me waited for more than 40 mins for nothing. Its soo damn disappointing and I really wanted to complain to higher authorities... I eventually went to Macys to buy at Clinique and they made me so happy!! Do not go to this Sephora...

If I worked for sephora corporate, this store would be my nightmare.Indifferent service - lack of knowledge about products and laxidasical during the checkout process.The whole store could just use a general cleaning and re-organization. Also if you work at a makeup store perhaps you should wear makeup?

Worst Sephora I’ve been to. They hardly have anything in stock, it’s a complete mess, it’s beyond cramped, and to make it even worse all of the sales people are always rude. I’ll go to another store and pay more just to not shop here.
