From the first moment I stepped into the Cutting Edge Showroom LeeAnn was amazing. Once the selection process was done she still continues to be a friend for all countertop questions. Today our countertop was installed by Evan T & Cory W. They we’re very knowledgeable and did a wonderful install. I highly recommend them. They also cleaned up and left us a little gift too.

We had our countertops installed today from Cutting Edge Countertops. They are beautiful. We worked with Sophia at Cutting edge. Why? We were working with others but Sophia took the time to find different countertops that fit into our color scheme, not like the rest that said look around and see what you want as a countertop. We were very happy with the countertops we picked out. The installers Isaac Codina and Evan Krug were excellent today. They answered any questions. Cleaned up after themselves, perfect gentlemen that made the process of installation so so easy. Thank you Isacc and Evan. Excellent job! below are pictures of my new installed countertops. Cutting Edge measured, designed, and installed a beautiful quartz countertop in my wifes new kitchen! Of several teams that visited our house for this project, Cory and Evan were the best! They did not leave until certain that every concern had been met or exceeded, and that we were completely satisfied! Good work Cory and Evan!

Cutting Edge did a fantastic job! From helping us to pick out the right granite, to keeping us timely informed every step of the way. The sales mgr, project mgr and installers were all very professional and kept everything right on schedule. Both bathroom counter tops are absolutely beautiful. The team at the Indy store was very helpful, giving me ideas, feedback, and info as I requested/needed it! Prices were also competitive but I went with Cutting Edge due to the intial customer service! A miscommunication with the measure meant the installers didnt have the correct brackets for my floating top, but main counters went in without issue and they were back a couple weeks later to finish the job.I will have no problem recommending Cutting Edge for your countertop needs!Dave E

Evan T. and Cory W. were great installers. They called prior to showing up, arrived on time and made short work of installing the countertops. They were polite, pleasant, and answered all our questions. And most importantly, their workmanship was excellent, the countertops look great!

Cory and Evan delivered our new countertop within the planned time-frame. They were very professional, courteous, clean, and they did an excellent job of installing the countertop! They didnt try to dodge small talk and actually engaged us when we asked questions. This top is our first step in redoing our kitchen as we want to keep our cabinet frames and only paint and purchase new doors/hardware. Oh, and put in a tile backsplash and paint the walls!

Cutting edge did a wonderful job with our countertops. The measurement and install were quick and professional. The counters are particularly well cut and look fantastic, all for a great price. I strongly recommend them.

The office personnel were wonderful to work with. They took care of all my preinstallation questions. The tops were laser measured to perfection. Installers Evan Zach and Cory were amazing. High level of professionalism and clear self pride in their workmanship. I will always use cutting-edge for my countertop needs. I would encourage you to do the same.

The installation team knocked the stove when installing the countertops and left an ugly dent in my stovetop, luckily it didn’t shatter the glass!!I contacted my service coordinator, and it’s been crickets, up until she replied…. That isn’t on the installation report. Seriously?? Do you think the installation team will notate that they dented my stove??? Anyway. I’m leaving one star because they just want me and my problem to go away, thinking if they don’t respond, I will give up… but it’s a new stove and I hate the dent.

Poor communication, zero customer service, lack of responsibility and accountability from the Cutting Edge team. We had several issues that started from the day of install. Countertops were measured and approved, but arrived unfinished from the factory and cut incorrectly. Area around the stove was not finished and had to be sanded and repaired twice. The area around the sink was cut short and had to be remade and installed on another day. Overhangs and backsplash were not as agreed upon. We have spent several days and many hours dealing with a project that should have been done in one day. Cutting Edge takes zero responsibility. No follow up from the company. Over the last four months, scheduling, project manager, plumbers, and customer service are not aware off what the other is doing. We are now over 100 days since install and Cutting Edge now feels that they have addressed all issues with zero concern about the amount of time, money spent, or correcting the remaining issues they have failed to address.As you can see from the response below, Cutting Edge takes zero responsibility for the several times they had to come out to correct problems that should have been prevented if the job was measured/cut correctly and finished at the factory prior to install.

Evan T and Cory were very courteous and professional. They installed the countertop and sink effortlessly. They did a wonderful job.

Measuring was quick, polite and helpful. Because the measurements were done very well, the installation went without a hitch. Great group of men installed the countertops. Cleaned up everything and answered any questions we had.

This is the third counter we had from CEC. Excellent selection, great communication during the whole process. The installers, Evan and Cory, were fantastic. Efficient, polite, careful. They drilled a grommet hole for us and made sure to minimize dust. Wonderful!

Cutting Edge has not only been very swift during the selection and measuring phases, they have really made the process easy for my clients to understand and enjoy. I recently updated the kitchen countertops in my home as well...the expected timeline never changed, all appts were timely, and the install was flawless. They have a great communication system in-place too. The guys that did the install (Moe, Zach, and Jimmy) were very kind and careful. They took great care of the process to ensure I was happy with the outcome. Not to mention, they were engaging and fun too. Great company! I will be returning with my clients as needed.

They took our money to install countertops but 2 hours later canceled due to COVID concerns. Its been over a month but still no install. It has been impossible to get a hold of them and no one returns calls. I understand rescheduling for the safety of the employees but at least return calls!! Never will use again.

Love my counter tops! The guys who came to install them were on time, neat and seemed to be very efficient. The customer service was great! I would recommend Cutting Edge to anyone who needs new counters.

Be Careful! They only warrant the installation of your plumbing fixtures for 7 days! wow...a whole week! Thats how confident they are in their installation skills! And by the way, some guy there will tell you that is 4 whole days better than industry standards! Ha!

First, they installed the wrong color of granite. I had to argue and prove to them that it was the wrong color. The first tops were also the wrong size which I told them that their measurements were off. They did not listen and they made the size corrections on the correct color. I did receive some credit, but I am still short $200 that I had to pay for the painter to repair and paint the walls from having to tear out the wrong granite. They left a mess that I had to clean up after both installations. One of the faucets leaked and I had to fix. Not worth the time it required to take off work, clean up after them and have to repair their work.Added comment: Do not be fooled by the owners response. I was still stiffed $200 in the credit that I was supposed to receive.

Christy has been extremely helpful in our search for a reasonably priced granite for the kitchen counters in our new home. I will review Cutting Edge again once the counter tops are installed. But thus far, I only have praise for the way Ive been treated, their prices and their selections of granite and man made counter top materials.

Just got my granite counter tops installed today and could not be any happier!!!! Special recognition to Jessie Smith, my sales associate, She was patient with my many brainstorms and changes. She guided me through the many options and choices that best fit my Husband and I when it came to budget and needs, we found our dream kitchen. The day of measurement and template, we had a nasty snow storm, Technician arrived on time to my surprise. Courteous and professional. Day of install yet another storm....again arrived on time, with professional installation in under 2 hours. Amazing Job!!!!! Highly recommend

Stacy was in contact often, the templater and installers were very professional, quick and answered any/all questions. I LOVE our new Tebas Black Quartz countertops. Very happy with our new countertops. The installers James and Steven did a great job with the installation. They were right on schedule, very professional, and very informative about how to care for the granite. We were very concerned about the backsplash meeting up with our existing travertine wall tile, but they did an excellent job.

Horrible customer service. Rude from the minute I walked in the door. I visited the show room after seeing a flyer. They did have a decent selection and good prices but the lady was so rude that I left.
