These people replaced a shower stall in one bathroom and a tube enclosure in another bathroom. They were there when they said they would be and worked hard the whole time they were here. No brakes just straight through. The results look fantastic. It took a day and a half for both bathrooms. The job was well done and surpassed my expectations!! Thank youOne Day Bathrooms!!

The guys did an awesome job from the time they arrived til the time they left. Could not have had a better company to work with. They put down floor covers, cleaned every thing up as they worked and left our bathrooms spotless. We love the way they look, the ease of getting in and out is priceless. We purchased a Jacuzzi shower system. It took about 3 months to receive our shower and cost nearly $15,000. While Im very happy with the product, the timely install and overall professionalism, I was very surprised to find the wall that was built and drywall hung by them during installation was left completely unfinished. For the money spent and time took to receive Im shocked that Im having to hire someone to finish their drywall. I called and spoke with customer service and was informed they will not be back to finish the drywall. For this reason I unfortunately cant recommend this company as I have a project left unfinished and will have to pay for someone else to finish their work.

Unfortunately I cant remember our installation technicians name. He was very professional and worked hard for 6+ hours to install our bathtub. Our shower installer was on time and very efficient. It was a one man crew and he completed the job in one day, which included demo of old tub unit and the install of the new shower. This company did everything right by us. They were on time from the first appointment to the last when they did the install of our new shower. The salesman John was knowledgeable in the product and gave us a good, fair quote. When the installers (3 of them-Chris, James, Kyle) came they were on time and very professional in how they conducted themselves. They came in protected our floors by putting down floor tarps from the door all the way upstairs to the bathroom they working in. They worked efficiently in taking out the old tub and tiling and then installing the new shower base and walls. I was very impressed with their work. Summary - The prices seem to be extremely high and they just seem to want to replace everything with brand new instead of just fixing whats wrong. Dont take their 1st, 2nd or even 3rd offer. Their prices come down the longer you say no.I have a bathtub that leaked and had a couple different companies come out and look. 2 of the companies said the surround just needs to be replaced, the wet wood needs to be dried out and possibly replaced, and the ceiling with a couple water spots would just need some Killz paint.The salesman from Bath Experts came out, looked at the tub, measured and then gave me the presentation without really looking at anything that closely. He gave me about a 10 minute long presentation telling me how great Jacuzzi is and then said it was going to cost me $11k if I said yes within a year, $10k for 30 days, or $9k for today. I said Id have to think about it, then he dropped the price. I said no again and he dropped the price again. I said no again and he said he would give me 3 days to decide instead of making me decide today. So while they SAY its a no pressure situation, they really pressure you to sign up to do the work that day. And I admit, the product looks great and they had good availability, but Im getting the problem fixed while still keeping my current tub that is in perfect shape for 1/10 of the price they quoted me.Their presentation is impressive, but I dont like the sales tactics they use and they dont really seem to care what the problem is. They just want you to spend as much money as possible.

I used Bath Experts to replace my upstairs guest bathtub and shower combo. Everyone was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. The 2 gentleman that did the work did a fantastic job. They were knowledgeable, on time, clean, fast and extremely polite. I can’t wait to use my new shower and bathtub.

The service person came at 8am. We were a little concerned because it was just one guy but he stayed right with it all day. He must have made 50 trips outside to measure and cut. He didnt mosey around, he moved and kept at it all day. After cleaning up any mess he left our bathroom in great shape complete with a new walk in shower. Absolutely worth the price to have it all done in one day. Highly recommend Bath Experts for this type of work.

My only complaint is that the sales system is like buying a car - no set prices and you only get as good of a deal as youre willing to haggle for.Brandon did a nice installation job, covering floors all the way from the front door to the upstairs bathroom, and cleaning up well before leaving.David came back a few days later to install the glass door which had to be reordered, and also did a nice job and communicated well on his portion.

These guys from sales consult on until installer completed work were absolutely fantastic. Easy process, fantastic final result. Weve had a lot of remodeling done in our home 2020. Our installer laid down protective blankets on our hard floors, carpets, tile each step from our front door to our bathroom -- picked it up and left a spotless cleanup behind. I had to do absolutely nothing to pick up after them despite all that was brought into our house. The completely new shower install was exactly as we had pictured and once was completed exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend these folks. I cant say enough with how satisfied I am with my shower installation. The work was done within a day and looks amazing. And the gentlemen who removed the old tub and installed the new shower were on time, very professional, helpful with recommendations on things I hadnt really thought about (placement of shelves, grab bars, etc), and left the work area very clean. We had a walk in shower installed. The process was very easy and the shower looks great. The installers were very friendly and took all the precautions to keep the house clean during demolition. It only took about 6 hours to complete the job.

We had our bathtub/shower remodeled to a shower-only replacement. The “good value” assessment in my review stems from the fact that there was a discount for ordering before the salesman left. Our experience was great all along the way. The salesman was friendly and very knowledgeable about the product. The only glitch was the clear glass doors we originally wanted only had 1 sliding door, but we didn’t know that until installation day.Our installer was Brandon. I would defy you to find a better one. As soon as he determined we wanted TWO sliding doors, he stopped what he was doing, immediately called his boss, and a new door was ordered right then with no questions, accusations, or other problems, even though his boss was out of the office at the time.Brandon had to make a MAJOR adjustment along the way, due to a hidden adjustment made during the original construction of the house. It was undiscoverable until the original drywall was removed. That, in turn, caused a complication with the drain placement. 2x4s ended up being needed, and additional complicated drain plumbing was necessary.Unbelievably, Brandon’s employer had the company truck stocked with everything necessary! Maybe more unbelievably nowadays, Brandon—even though relatively young—had the expertise to do all of the additional work and never had to call his boss for help. Considering everything, essentially no time was lost, and installation—except for the doors—was completed in 1 day. They were installed by Brandon at a later date—flawlessly, just as his other work had been done.

I have had a history of hiring the absolute wrong people to do home projects for me. I found Bath Experts through a community Facebook page after several people recommended them. They weren’t the cheapest but the for sure did quality work. There were some minor issues with the product that really didn’t appear to be their fault but they noticed the problem before they left and insisted on making it right which, honestly, is all a person can hope for when hiring work to be completed at their home - a company that stands behind their product.

Dustin came in to our home and tore out the old bathtub, but he ran up on a problem which was resolved by Fite plumbing on 4/29/2021. Dustin came back on 4/30/2021 and completed service and did an excellent job.

We went with Bath Experts because of the good reviews. However this has been the absolute worse experience. Our one day bath to shower conversion has turned into a 47 day and counting ordeal not including the 41 days waiting for our install.This is all I will say for now as we extend yet more grace and patience waiting for this to be resolved.-so not a happy camper

A week ago, I had bath experts in to install a walk-in shower. They did a remarkable job. The technician was here at 8 AM and was done shortly after 4 PM. He kept me informed every step of the way and let me take as many pictures as I wanted of the demolition and installation. Brandon was kind and courteous. He put down tarps from the door to the bathroom. He even cleaned up after himself taking a broom and sweeping up any debris that was left behind. Brandon called when he was about 15 minutes away so that I was ready for him that morning. He let me know when he was going to shut off the water so that I can make other arrangements to use a facility. Not only was Brandon kind a professional so was the sales rep Erin when she came weeks before and showed me the product. I have been nothing but pleased with my experience from the beginning to the end. My shower was not an easy install. Nothing in my house ever is. When the technician got everything down to the studs there was no insulation. He added insulation to my walls and the outside Spicket was in the way of the new shower so he’d add to build out another wall before he could install everything. All this came no additional cost. I would definitely recommend them for your bathroom needs.
