I came in with a messy package and torn return label. Damo helped me wrap my package and explained everything I was confused about. She was very friendly and I really appreciated all her help!

I had an appointment for fingerprints (employer background check) and the lady working was the nicest person and had the best customer service I have had in a very long time.Also, I was in and out for my appointment. It takes a great skill to make a such positive impression on someone in less than 5 minutes. My only regret was not asking her name to give her all the credit!

These two girls are 5 star generals in their customer service and excellent knowledge on all facts! They have assisted me several times a wk over 5 mos. Never any complaints by me or others who frequent services. The best ever!

When I called they answered the phone I dont know which ladies was working I think that they are very awesome I called twice and I believe it was two different people to answer the phone nice and courteous..Then to top it all off I go there, I walk in and I was promptly greeted and in and out of there in a flash. I recommend this place to anyone into everyone very respectful courteous I appreciate them ladies that I spoke to and dealt with today very very respectful courteous and nice I would give it a thousand stars if I could...

Not sure what has happened since Ms Angie left, but the customer service is lacking. If policies have changed that is great but as customers we dont know. I have never used a key for my box, its in my moms possession and I have always showed my ID and its been just fine. Today was not fine and I wasnt treated well. Just tell me that I need a key now, my mom and I check this twice a month maybe 3 so we just didnt know. I have no problem using a key I dont care just tell me attitude isnt needed. It wasnt ever a problem before. Just communicate dont assume we know and if we dont educate us dont make us want to harm you when we come to get mail.

Im only giving 1 star because the woman who just helped me was very nice and personable. But this place charges .50 to print a simple black and white document and put it on the cheapest available paper. I only stopped here because of convenience but next time Ill happily drive farther to not be taken advantage of. UPS charges 13 cents and provide higher quality paper. $3 for 5 simple print outs????? Thats insulting.13 cents at UPS guys and better quality, go there .

The employee working the register tried telling me shipping for a FLAT RATE medium box was 25+ dollars. I pulled up the USPS website showing her its $14.95 FLAT RATE, no matter the weight or the destination. She apparently wasnt trained to know the difference or how to pull up what was needed to process a flat rate box. I took my package to a different shipping center and had no issues. Maybe train the employees a little better.

All these open signs are on, yet they said theyre closed. Sign says closed at 7 but its 6:30pm. Very unprofessional. 24/7 mailboxes? Forget about it! You will access your mailbox when they want you too. Please save time and trouble and go somewhere else.

I called to this location about a package and the lady who answered had an attitude, very unprofessional. Maybe if UPS didn’t knock on my door lightly I wouldn’t have to deal with them.
