Needed a horn replacement. Dealership wanted $500 and they only charged $70. MAJOR difference and they fixed my car within hours. Will definitely be back.

They did a great job, they were very friendly, and punctual! They fixed all of issues plus more. I came in to see why my tail lights werent working he fixed that issue told me my tires were over aired and ways to get more gas mileage!! He was a really nice guy, the whole team was really nice!!

I was really satisfied With my previous visits to the company this last visit was a surprise though my car was in your possession for over a week and not all of my repairs got done so I have to reschedule an appointment to complete the rest of the the issues which is an inconvenience to me because I have to get a get transportation to get back-and-forth I had a rent a car that I turned back in now Ive got to take the car back and have the work that needs to be done its other things that seems to be wrong that nobody detected so this time I was a little bit dissatisfied Satisfied they got the work done that need to be done to get my car gone but dissatisfied in the performance of my car. Not meaning to ruffle anybodys field that Im just being honest thank you for your services

Ive brought my car there twice to be serviced. Spent over 800 dollars to get it repaired and im sitting here still in 90 degree weather in a hot SUV! . I understand things happen but now my trust in broken. Make it make sense. I try to support small business but im afaid im going to have to take my business elsewhere!

I was a little disappointed in the fact that they wanted over $700 for some breaks and rotors. They also had my car 2 days for the diagnosis...needless to say i went elsewhere. This place is usually good so I will give them another chance.

Came here to support local business and they ended up saving me several hundred dollars. They figured out I didnt need the repair another business told me and instead fixed what I actually needed for just a small labor fee. The mechanic even took the time to take me back and show me under the vehicle what was needed, taught me a few things. Much appreciated, great service, would recommend. Their initial quote may have been a bit pricey, but compared to other big business, it was still comparable, and Id rather give the money to a locally owned shop where its deserved.

I took my car to the shop to have my brakes checked because of the grinding-like noise I heard when I pressed on the brakes. Long story short regarding previous parts installed on the car from another shop, Don at Trinity told me I was taking a risk driving my car without secure brakes. While checking the car out for brakes, the mechanic, Chris, discovered that my front wheels were not secure. I got front brakes installed, but the car needs other repairs done. I received an estimate of other work needed on the car. I will return to Trinity Brothers for future repairs because of the thoroughness, professionalism, and concern expressed from the mechanics that I drive safe.

I have never seen a pack of crooks like the ones who work for this establishment. They over charged us for the work we had done and I will never bring another car to them.

As always, the service is exceptional! Don and his team are very personable and professional. They listen to the concerns of the customer and go above and beyond to ensure all issues and concerns have been addressed.

I have lived in different parts of the United States, now Washington State, and have not found mechanics with their level of honesty, professionalism and expertise. Last winter, while I was working at the DFAS, my wife had a tire run flat. She was coming to pick me up, because we only had one vehicle and she had all four of our children with her. She didnt have any money, but rather then turn away this mother and her children on this cold night, they changed her tire and put a used tire on there at no charge. Incredible people. They did not know what services were performed. When we got there they could not find the paper work. And had the car for about 3 days for a job they said would only require one day.

Great work very professional

This place has been spiraling downward, from the poor, unprofessional customer service to the sketchy workers to the subpar car service. One day I overheard the front desk worker (who’s a pastor) yelling and cursing out a female customer. I referred my friend for an oil change and tire rotation. The shop failed to close the oil cap, so her engine got damaged and she had to buy a new car. Don, the owner, was very defensive and aggressive when she contacted him about her damaged engine. I have an issue with my car that could’ve been prevented if this shop told me about it when it was a small issue. Then they charge more than other places but try to make people think they’re getting a discount. I do not recommend Trinity Brothers.

Ive used them before and they were ok. They had me tow my car up there to basically tell me the wouldnt fix it because of Codes. The older gentlemen tried to tell me i had all sort of electrical problems because of codes. He went even as far as telling me it could be an ecu module which i asked did you check it?? Nope. Long story short i had my car towed AGAIN to another shop. Guess what..wasnt an electrical problem had a small valve oil leak that had built up on the spark plugs that made the car not start. I got that fixed and my catalytic converter had detached from the engine.. Got that fixed too. 80 percent of my codes dissapeared. Other codes from passenger air bag and some burned o2 sensors from the cataylitic converter hanging. Obviously the TRINITY cant help them diagnose vehicles. For easy stuff they ok i guess. Beware if you have some codes. THE SKY IS FALLING. Theyll turn you away. Thats what you dont need in a mechanic shop when youre trying to get back on the road. Point Blank...LOST CUSTOMER. Got me a new mechanic. Im only loyal to those that give me a reason. Ill never go back.
