I had a gas leak. Although the cost to repair it was more than I anticipated,, Brad was super nice and kept me informed. They had my car overnight and I was able to pick it up the next day. Its been running really well since. They were very busy and unable to do my oil change, so Brad told me that I can bring it back and they will allow me to use the new customer synthetic oil change discount. I hope to do that within a week. I am really pleased with the service I received there. I would highly recommend Professional Auto!

The guys here are so great! They were able to get my vehicle diagnosed and fixed in the same day. They send a detailed report of everything they found in the inspection of the vehicle. I was able to get my vehicle fixed so quickly and they were very reasonably priced! I will definitely be back!

Professional Automotive is the BEST. For as long as I live in Indianapolis, I will never go to another mechanic. Ive had a lot of oil changes there, as well as other major car repair work, and new tires, for multiple vehicles over the years and have had a 5-start experience every time. The shop manager, Brandon, is consistently kind, thorough, and so genuine. He explains exactly what is happening to your car in a calming way that you can understand. As a young woman, it was important to me to find a mechanic that was respectful, and didnt talk down to me (like a lot of other mechanics have in the past) and was trustworthy. I would trust Professional Automotive with any of my car needs because theyve proven their quality, speed, and trustworthiness time and time again. I also really like giving them my business because I have seen firsthand how well they respect and care for their employees. I cannot recommend Professional Automotive enough.

My 16 year old son’s car was having problems with the transmission and was driving by this shop as his car was starting to lock up. With no where to go he turned in. Brandon was great and allowed us to leave the car there to be towed to a different garage. I have been using Professional Automotive for over 10 years now. They are fantastic. Best prices for an oil change. I have moved over the years, as far away as Texas 15 hour+ drive (military family) and every time I come back in town I come here for an oil change and have them check out my car. I’m currently living in TN and using them as my main mechanic. It can be so hard to find a good reliable trustworthy mechanic and this place is exactly that. They let me know what to expect coming up with my vehicle. What maintenance I need to do NOW to keep my vehicle running smoothly and what I can push off for a little while longer. They also have told me when it wasn’t worth fixing a vehicle and that I was going to spend more than my car was worth. So if you’re looking for a mechanic whether it’s for diagnostic work or just preventative maintenance I 10/10 recommend Brandon and his team.

I asked them to install a couple of trailer hitches on 2 cars I had. The first one was normally priced (169) and then it felt like they were trying to take advantage of me on the second one and they doubled the price. It was easier to just do it myself (which took roughly two hours). Along with me turning down their service, the hitch was returned with paint scuffed off. I felt like they did a good job with the first hitch and dont question the quality, but wont be going back.

Customer service was beyond exceptional. The only issue was no one was wearing a mask. There is a mask mandate in effect for our area and both times I spoke with someone in person they were not wearing a mask, did not attempt to put on a mask, and did not seem to care that they were not wearing masks. The service was impeccable as always.

These guys do great work and are extremely HONEST. I wont take my car anywhere else.Heres an example, last time I took my car in I had an issue that I thought was happening. It was likely the case but the mechanic called to say that he couldnt conclusively prove this was so and didnt want to do the work if he couldnt prove this to be the problem. Other places would have replaced the part and sent me along on my way. Not these guys. They have integrity.Another example...my alternator quit working. They replaced it with a less expensive version to save me money. That is great and usually works. In this case it didnt. They continued to replace the part until it worked without charging me another dime.Again, these guys do great work, they are honest, professional and knowledgable.

I had went to another reputable mechanic in Fishers with an AC issue. I likely damaged a seal by letting the Freon out. I knew what had happened but not knowledgeable enough to know the ramifications I created. Brandon was transparent, helpful, and started with the cheapest solution. These guys are the real deal. I promise you they can be trusted.I’ve been going to Professional Automotive for the last 15+ years and have never considered anyone else. They’ve *always* been on time, fixed anything at a very reasonable price and have always been unfailingly professional.To me a good mechanic is as important as a good doctor. I know enough about engines and such that I can tell when something isn’t right. But still, several times they could’ve charged me much more for a problem I thought was serious but they didn’t and explained what was wrong and fixed it.And today they did it once again. Specifically, Brandon explained what was truly needed for my Prius 120K mileage maintenance and saved me from future headaches and/or failures by going beyond what Toyota recommended.Bottom line: These are your new permanent mechanics. Don’t bother going any place else.

Fast & courteous service and a great waiting area

We were given a very accurate, as far as we could tell, assessment of what the car needed. The work seems to have all been done very well and on time (Ive only driven it from the shop to home so far). We just moved here recently and this is my first time to deal with this shop, so Im not in a position to comment on the Value. But my son knows cars and tells me that theyre very much in the ballpark.

Brandon has always been very helpful about giving us the low down on what is up with the car and explained in detail along with the emails that shows what is wrong with the car. I had to take it back a second time thinking it was the same issue but they fixed something else with it for a lot less then the first time. Hopefully the car will keep rolling for a long time to come. I appreciated their time in fixing my car and would recommend them to fix your car should you need repairs. No car repair is ever cheap but getting it done correctly is worth the money paid.

We brought my car into Professional Automotive after receiving a suspiciously high repair estimate from another shop. Brandon gave us a quote that was significantly less than the first shop, and once the repairs were done we actually ended up under that quote amount. The repairs were done the next day. I’m going to make this as quick as possible. These guys are flat out amazing. My wife and I brought my mom in love back home after being with us in DC for six months to find out her garage kept pristine but 14 year old car not only needed a jump (expected) but there was a fuel leak also. Side note:Thanks AAA guy for spotting the fuel leak. So I found these guys online had the car towed in and honestly from that point until the end it was an absolute pleasure doing business with them under the circumstances. Brandon was a Godsent. He kept me in the loop every step of the way. I didn’t feel as if I needed to worry which allowed me to keep my mom from freaking out. Branden is very communicative and helpful. he fixed my front wheel hub bearing and cv axle. when driving home something broke, i called Branden and he was at my location within 5 minutes. he had the car towed back to the shop for further repairs. he anticipated it would be fixed Monday. 5 mins later he called and said car was fixed. Branden and Professional Auto exceeded my expectations. This experience was better then going to a dealer. great pricing. There prices are about half what dealers charge. i would recommend Professional Auto.

I brought my car in because my check engine light was on. I had recently taken my car to jiffy lube and it turns out they had broken the air filter during that service. Professional automotive provided great service in diagnosing the problem and even rechecking my car after jiffy lube replaced the broken part (and provided advice when the part jiffy lube used wasnt the greatest). I will be coming back for any future car needs, quick courtesy service - Brandon was super helpful!

Ive been taking my cars to Brandon and his team for the past five years. Ive never once doubted whether or not I was being taken for a ride. From day one Ive been treated with honesty and integrity. Brandon takes the time to get to know you, explain what hes doing and why, and teach you how to get the most out of your vehicle. A quick anecdote about his integrity: I took my car in for a timing belt change one day. A couple days later my wife tried to take the car out of a parking spot and the steering wheel wouldnt turn. Had the car towed to Professional Automotive and it turns out one of the bolts they removed and replaced as part of the timing belt replacement had sheared, which in turn affected the power steering (not tremendously mechanical so thats all the more I know about the problem). Brandon fixed the broken bolt, and gave me a free oil change to help with the cost of the tow. If you need a great, honest mechanic, take your car to Professional Automotive.

Earlier this week, I had an oil change performed at Professional Automotive and it was the 1st time I had them work on my VW.From the minute I walked into the store, they welcomed me with a guinuine smile, eye contact and a friendly greeting. My appointment was scheduled for 3 PM and they took my car just moments later.I waited in their super clean and very comfortable waiting area which was well equipped with cable TV, nice leather furniture and assorted beverages.It seemed like I was just settling in when I was told my car was ready. I couldnt believe how quick it was!Now however, was the moment of Truth.....what laundry list of items are they going to tell me I need to do & at what price?!The same associate that checked me in was also checking me out. He said that everything looked fine and all that was coming up is a recommended odometer service which is draining & filling the fluids. He said it wasnt critical and that I could wait.Honesty, I was shocked that I wasnt walking out of there with a huge to-do list and the worry of how to pay for it! I cant remember that EVER happening at any car repair shop!I am very happy that I have found a reputable and HONEST car repair shop! We have been using Professional Automotive for at least a decade, maybe longer. They have a very talented group of technicians that truly know their stuff. They have the CHEAPEST yet most thorough oil change using top quality oil youll find on this side of town.What I like the most about them is they will always tell you the important things that need to be repaired versus those that can wait. They may be a little more expensive but the end results makes it worth it. Ive never had a bad experience with them and we usually have at least 2 to 3 cars we have to keep running.
