Indy Truck and Auto Repair has been my go-to auto repair shop for the last 2 years. They are professional, timely, and most importantly, transparent. They do an excellent job with explaining the work before its done and always go the extra mile with answering any questions I may have. I cannot express how thankful I am to have found a trustworthy auto shop in the Indy area.

Highly recommend Indy Truck and Auto Repair for maintenance/repairs on your car. I felt that Chris was very transparent about pricing and didn’t try to sell me stuff I didn’t need. If I would’ve gone to the dealership they would’ve tried to up-sell me on everything possible, and charged a lot more for it. I appreciated the honesty and integrity that they showed. Check em out!

So ask for Chris. Awesome manager text me making sure everythings ok w my vehicle. He follows up and is always there to help. I called ask for Chris but I got the other manager.... Fixing the bearing on the passeer front tire of a Mercedes. The other manager quoted me 550. I asked how much the bearing was... Manager said 150... I said so you want 400 to replace it... He said well you dont have to come here... Haha if Chris wasnt a manager Id never be back. My 5 stars is based in Chriss management and good work they do. 5 stars for Chris (a great person to work with) ... 1 star or less for the other manager... My parents bring there cars down because of Chris... I live across the street and would never bring my car here if I had to deal w the other manager. Rude and ruining a great business. Ask for Chris and his crew kill it. There should be changes is management! I dont know who the other manager is but hes lucky Chris works there or we wouldnt be back based on the most recent costumer experience!

I had a starter changed and a month larter truck would not start i check the starter and it was loose about to fall out only 1 screw half way in holding it. I would not recommend this service to anyone

Love this place! the receptionist (jess?) is spectacular. she not only is patient and kind, but she’s got the jokes too lol. i think his name was brian, don’t hold me to it... but brian was absolutely wonderful. he was extremely helpful in diagnosing and providing part information. and on top of that, he made sure i was top priority (or at least i felt like i was)i will most definitely be returning the next time i need my vehicle serviced! not only are they decently priced but they’re fast and efficient!

Great overall experience. Changed my AC compressor. Got a good rate with excellent service. Chris was very up-front and didnt try to oversell me. Got me in-and-out in a hurry.

They were rude to my wife when she dropped off her vehicle. I was the one who made the appointment. The young punks who work there must think that women dont know what they are talking about. Jerks!

I bought my Jeep from Zach and Sean at Indy Cars, and they sent me here so Chris could put the new tires on. I cannot recommend both of these companies enough! They were so courteous and accommodating from start to finish. Chriss team even did an oil change while my tires were being installed and he didnt charge me! I highly recommend both Indy Cars and Trucks and the Repair shop if you have vehicle needs :)

I took my vehicle here for the first time for an oil change and they did a great job. Easy to set an appointment, quick service, and reasonably priced. The owner, Chris, runs a great shop. This will now be our go-to place.

Come on guys torque the lug nuts properly. My truck specifies 85ft lbs. Your tech impacted mine to over 200 according to my wrench when trying to remove the wheels to bleed my brakes. They did a good job on my rear shocks however and I appreciate that.

They are so nice and incredibly skilled at fixing up vehicles. I would recommend them in a heart beat.

I live in Central illinois, had to do a quick run to paoli Indiana about 80 miles south of Indianapolis. Once I hit 74W outside Indy I lost all power and all lights to the F350 Super Duty I was in. My boss called Indy Truck & Auto Repair and Mark came out. Was extremely professional and knowledgeable! He jumped right in there and changed the alternator and got us up and running quickly. Good thing too because we were on the side of the road during peak traffic times. Mark deserves alot of praise from Indy, the man dis great! Thank You Mark!!

A great place to get your car worked on

When working out of town we had a company vehicle break down. Luckily, we found Indy Truck and Auto Repair nearby with incredible reviews that are nothing but the truth. We had kind, professional service at a great price with great communication. Highly recommend!!

I have nothing but great things to say about this business and my experience. The Owner (Chris P) is extremely honest, is cheaper than most dealerships or other Auto repair businesses, and is flexible in working you in his schedule based on your availability. We have been doing business solely with Chris for many years and send our friends, my family, and any one that asks where I go to get work done to him. I have high mileage cars (90K and 180K) and Chris always recommends only what I need and has actually talked me out of doing a repair/preventative in the past. I drive 30 minutes to his shop because I trust him and he continues to prove that with every interaction.

If you want great customer service and quality work, you need to go to Indy Trucks. My truck sit in the Tom OBrien service department for over two weeks with nothing completed. I received nothing but inaccurate information and a bunch of run around. Despite the holidays, Scott at Indy Trucks arrangenged an extremely effective solution promptly. Once I dropped my truck off with Chris at the shop, I knew I was in good hands. He communicated with me very well and had it repaired 2 working days later as promised. He answered the phone everytime I called -even after the repair and answered all my questions. Dont waste your time anywhere else.

I live in Noblesville and have been taking my car to Chris for now over 6 years. He was at a former business in Fishers and has met and exceeded my expectations for service 100% of the time. I would echo that he is accessible and a wonderful communicator in everything he does. He has never upsold or forced us to buy a service or part that wasnt absolutely necessary at the time of service. Whether its a small task like an oil change or a flat tire or even a checkup I go out of my way to see Chris as I know it will be done right and I know he will be honest in everything he does.

Hours of operation arent correct. Always verify staff of when they decide to close the doors cause sometimes it can be earlier than hours displayed.
