I called early morning to see how much they charge to fill and drain transmission fluid. Lady said she’ll get back to me but never got back to me. So i ended up just going there to find out the price. I ask the lady how much will it be to change transmission fluid. She tells me “oh these transmissions are sealed and it has a lifetime fluid which doesn’t need to be replaced”. If you know cars you know there is no such thing as a lifetime fluid. Right when she said that i knew I couldn’t leave my car with them. They have no knowledge about cars at all. Oh and forget their pricing lol. They wanted to charge me $295 to fill and drain a transmission fluid which holds around 3.2 qts. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!
Outstanding service department. Very honest.
THE WORST CAR DEALER IN THE WHOLE WORLD!!!! There was something we couldn’t understand as it is our first time trying to trade in car, and the salesman was never clear to us from the very beginning. There comes the time we have to talk with the finance manager, oh Lord!! There goes the worst person I’ve ever met! Instead of him ( finance manager) explaining our concerns/questions, he got furious at us, he went around to his crews and made fun of us saying these people tried to get this much for this price, and that, and so on... Worst experience ever!! Awfully unprofessional!! They always take forever to do things!! Total waste of time. Wish I could give them 0 star 😡
**Long but please read** If I could give negative starts I would. This was my husband and I’s first experience ever trying to buy a car and the entire experience was extremely unpleasant and unsatisfactory. The moment we walked in, we were asked to test drive some cars, before even talking numbers or running credit, so quickly we became excited. My husband went in with a very satisfactory credit score, and we were assured bc his credit was so high, we’d get the best possible rate and be able to leave the lot with the car of our choosing that day! Wrong. After spending 4.5 hours with Allison Merritt, signing paperwork for the car of our choosing, setting up insurance, etc etc, being told over and over again everything was fine and we’d have the car. She claims my husbands credit was nearly 100 points lower than what it actually was, which not only made our down payment go up thousands, our promised “affordable monthly payment” was sky high. Nonetheless, I nearly walked out in tears. I’m pregnant, we have 1 car, it doesn’t have AC (it’s June) and after messaging with Allison Merritt for weeks prior to coming in, explaining our situation, making promises to us she’d get us in something to match our needs, she did nothing to help us. Nobody here cares about you, they’re just there for the check. Just take your business elsewhere.
Service staff was courteous and friendly. Car was done timely.
Going in to Beck Toyota was one of my worst experiences at a car dealership ever! Salesmen were either pushy or clueless, had overlapping appointments, trying to close 2 sales simultaneously, not providing enough time and care to an individual customer, and are NOT AT ALL WILLING TO WORK WITH THE CUSTOMER OR THEIR BUDGET AT ALL. Buying a car is a big step/decision in ones life and this is definitely not the way to go!My family and I have been long time loyal toyota customers, but this experience made me switch and take my business over to Mazda! If youre looking for a Premium VIP Experience, easy to talk to salesmen that are willing to work with you every step of the way without being pushy, get in touch with Wyatt Roberts over at the Hubler Mazda Dealership!
Ive bought two cars from Beck Toyota, and both times the experience has been great! I appreciate their excellent customer service and professionalism.
Professional people with good attitude. Using their service since last 3 years. Never had a complaint. The best part of their service is you can schedule specific time and that time is allotted to you. You dont have to wait long to get your service done.
With me at every step. David did not hide any warts on my new machine. Ive been a service customer for 6yrs. Out the door smiling and satisfied...
Prompt, polite, thorough, honest. What more could you want? Wifi, comfy chairs and TV while you wait, check. Knowing what will be done and the price in advance, check.
Great place, good deals, but I purchased elsewhere, a little far for me to drive
Quick and pleasant experiences with my regular scheduled maintenance services on my vehicle.
We just bought a car from Tim Davis and the entire staff did a wonderful job finding exactly what we wanted!!! We love the car too!
Beck is the best, no miss no fuss, an amazing customer lounge and clean restrooms. Fair priceing and friendly professional staff. Im planing on going back. Thanks guys, and gals!
Car was taken and finished within the time frame they set.set me up with a car when it was discovered that my car would not be safe to drive.have always been pleased with the service since my first Toyota in 2003
Very fast and friendly service. Great job of explaining what needed to be done and what was done. Very accurate on there quote.
Talk to Mike Wright tell them Dan sent you. Mike and Owen are great and they will get you a great deal.
Staff are great to deal with oil change was shockingly cheap for a big dealership. Clay the assistant manager in service is awesome guy to deal with .
Efficient process for dropping off and picking up of your car.
Great! bought a Camry
Good service and bargaining potential regarding new car buying.
This is by far the worse and actually the only bad car buying experience that Ive had when I came to this dealership. Im from Northwest Indiana, so I shouldve went to a Toyota dealership in that area. It started on October 10th when I purchased what was supposed to be a CERTIFIED pre-owned Camry. I had went there the day before to see the vehicle, but Trent tried to sell it to me before it had been cleaned, so I refused at that moment. The next day I looked, it appeared to be clean, but a few days after buying it was warm and chilly in the same week so I had to run the air and heat. Pet hair blew out of the vents unto the dashboard. There was pet hair accumulated around the gearshift .This prompted me to look closely at floors/carpets/seats up close. There was white pet hair EVERYWHERE. The interior of the car is a pale gray, so you can see it on contact; you have to be very close and in the right lighting. I was really thrown off and upset and still am. I called Trent and told him about it and thats when he said that the detailer said that it was hard to remove. That information shouldve been disclosed to me and allowed for me to decide whether or not I wanted to purchase a car in that condition. I WOULD NOT HAVE! I dont own any pets, so I dont want remnants of one in my car! This car shouldnt have even been certified because the condition of the interior FAILED the inspection. Pet hair is the same as debris and according to Toyotas 160 point inspection the interior must be free of debris. I have stains that are left behind at the base of the seats in the back and on front passenger side. I took the car back for cleaning THREE times and I am still removing pet hair!! The heavy chemicals that were used during detailing were used to mask odor I suspect, because now there is a faint pet odor coming through the vents. I cant stand it! I During the THREE cleaning processes customer service had gotten progressively worse. The third time it was supposedly taken to an outside detailer. I was passed around for person to person during this process, from Larry to Trent to Derik to Jeremy/Jason? Nobody wanted to handle to situation! I contacted Toyota Customer Service who put me back into contact to with Clark at the dealership who then spoke to Adam. NOTHING WAS DONE saying that they have done all they could. That was total garbage! Not giving up, I went back to Trent about a week ago and asked for HVAC cleaning and cabin filter change at no charge and I was ignored. I didnt buy just any used vehicle, rather CERTIFIED to avoid these types of problems. Here I am stuck with a car that I dont even want my things or people in there. I am paying for a vehicle for the next few years with problems. I am very angry and frustrated! To make matters worse these people got the nerve to not even bulge on price negotiations. I hope this place doesnt sell another vehicle until they know how to satisfy the customer!!😡
It was well priced for an oil change.
The service writers are good but the service is awful. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.
The salesman (Marcus Borcharding) told me he dont want to waste his time because I told him I want to compare the offers with another dealer. Unfortunately they know nothing about customer service
They always provide wonderful service.
Great place
Parts department always on time with in stock parts
Online appointment system works great. The guest lounge is clean and comfortable. I had to wait for a few hours for the service to be done, but I was able to stay comfortable the whole time. There is a machine that dispenses complimentary coffee made from coffee beans ground on demand (!). The staff kept me informed of the progress. The work was done well as far as I could tell. I am usually very critical of Toyota dealers and services in general, but Beck could very well change my mind!
Nice people and good work! Appointment system is great. Very efficient shop. And the free coffee is great.
Melissa is so nice and respectful intolerant thats why when I come in to Beck Toyota I go to her every time thank you Melissa
I got an oil change on May 7th, 2020 that was botched. The person who changed my oil didnt put the seal on the oil filter gasket. I didnt notice the leak until two weeks later leaving on memorial day weekend. This almost ruined my vacation, and my vehicle. Hopefully, after my vacation when I call they make it right and train the staff that failed.
Good service and good price
Quick and easy!
