Thanks to Victor who went out if his way to help me on a warranty issue on equipment his store did not sell. He also spent significant time explaining new ideas I have and changing out multiple speakers. I wish I could live in this fantastic store like a kid in a candy store.

Best place in the state to get set up for a great Home Theater or HIFi system !I haven’t stopped jamming since I bought it !I just upgraded to a bigger set of Sonus Faber speakers and 400 watt mono block amps and upgraded to a 75 inch lg ... Excellent Sound! Excellent price ! Excellent install ! Great group of guys to work with !

Love the system the put together ! The Team at Audio Solutions is at the top of their game .. I recently flew them out to fix my Issues that the geek squad at Best Buy messed up ! It was simple too big of a system for them to complete properly..Audio Solutions did a fantastic job fixing the issues from the previous installers mess and adding the proper pieces to complete the system with out just telling me it’s all trash .. I appreciate the honesty ! I highly recommend them ! I love the outdoor music at the lanai and the rock speakers at the pool end make for some big amazing sound ! Love the control4 set up with the HVAC and the security cameras .. it’s simple a slick system the team at Audio Solution delivered for the family to enjoy !! Soo happy !

Excellent group of guys to deal with ! They kept within my budget and delivered an incredible theater system !A++++ on the installation! About 3 days to get the screen projector mounted 4 speakers cut into the ceiling ( they did not make a miss cut at all VERY impressed ) large floor standing speakers and center channel up front all wires hiding beautifully And all equipment hidden in the clos ! I was hesitant on the Control4 system, but I could not live without it after I started using it ! One button on and they program it to come onto my favorite ESPN channel .! I can stream music for jamming will I am watching sports !!!! Yes !!! and I can access my cameras in the same platform at home or remotely ..!Best 13k I could spend !!! I use it daily for music and just about every night for movies or sports ! Thanks for the effort in making it so enjoyable and easy for the family to use !! Now off to watch the colts preseason and crack a cold one and relax on my day off !!!!

I gave them a budget ... Then they went to work on building the theater seat risers and ran electrical to put some color changing led lights .. ( see pics ) I went with Revel speakers with matching center for better music and video playback .. video pic is superb ! System is above expectations.. !

Love the place ! I have never seen more Hi End Stereo gear in on place ever ! Excellent service, they set me up with a great system in my budget ! I found many things I wanted that were out of my price range they I wanted..so, I’ll be upgrading !!! Love all the help and knowledge in showing me what to buy and delivering it with a very fair price !! I recently purchased an expensive audio preamplifier from Audio Solutions. I live in another state and contacted the store via email. Both Victor and Scott were very helpful in negotiating a fair deal and in setting up a smooth transactiion. The unit was well packed and promptly shipped to my residential address. Unfortunately, rough handling by the carrier resulted in damage to the internal electronics. Audio Solutions stepped up and arranged for the preamp to be repaired by the manufacturer at the factory. Victor was particularly diligent in guiding the unit through the repair process and keeping me informed about it’s progress. I now have the preamp back home in perfect operating conditions. Audio Solutions stood by their deal all the way.

These guys are amazing ! I have been doing upgrades with the crew at Audio Solutions for the last 8 years ..Always friendly and the install team is very good and clean .. They just updated our theater and small den with audio and video and added 5 cameras on the extrerior to watch from my iPhone .. One that pan’s and zooms when I touch the screen ! If I have any issues I have the owners cell and he picks up whenever I call .. even a time or 2 after 10pm to help me with basic user error ... I’m happy with my Martin Logan speakers and they sold me a great big 250 watt amp from McIntosh .. `

Audio Solutions let me lay away a McIntosh MC2205 power amplifier.When I went to pay off and pick up the unit, I saw am MC7200 at their salon. The were asking 1800 (if I am not mistaken) and sold it to me for 1650. Happened to be Black Friday. The tech certified the MC7200 before releasing to me.Now I enjoy both the MC2205 and MC7200.Do go into their store when in Indianapolis; they have a massive selection of excellent components.Very pleasant experience. Will shop again.Oh: McIntosh (new or used) maybe quite expensive. However, you get your moneys worth down to every last penny.

Amazing place ! I wanted an top notch sounding system 3 days before New YearsThey had everything in stock and delivered 2 day s later .. I get so much enjoyment out of great music and found my oldest enjoys dancing while I jam ! All the kids look forward to Movie night .!Priceless!

I have purchased thousands of dollars worth of gear from these guys! They have a great selection of brands and are willing to work with the customer in many areas .I saw a few of the bad reviews on here and they couldnt be further from the truth. They have always been very nice and willing to answer my questions.

Graham and the rest of his crew is awesome. I live 3 hours away from them and i will always go back to them. I tried the local guys and it was a giant waste of time. Graham drives a hard bargain and his equipment and knowledge is second to none that i have run into. If you want real high end equipment and really really solid advice this is the place to go to. Thanks again i am loving what i bought.

This is the best audio store in the country. Period. They stand behind their products and are extremely nice and knowledgeable. Victor is probably one of the nicest people Ive met. Graham is always accommodating and can talk your ear off about audio! No one will beat these guys prices. Also, they carry almost every single brand of audio equipment that you can imagine. Spectacular company, cant say enough good things about them. I drive over 2 hours (even though I have audio stores close to where I live) to purchase from them. That should tell people something!

The new location is amazing! I purchased an equipment rack from them and was pleased with the price and delivery time. Every time I go in the new place I am tempted by all of the great gear they have on display.

I have bought most of my items for Audio Solutions for my home system. I really regret the purchases I made at other places. If you think someone is giving you a better deal, Graham will beat it. Hands down. Premium stuff too!

If youre looking for HONEST. Pick Audio Solutions. Graham definitely knows his stuff and will tell you what you need and not what he wants you to buy. These guys are way more knowledgable than the kid youre going to get at Best Buy.

The guy that owns that place is not a nice person and kind of a self serving jerk. People go to places like his business to get local service from businesses that support and embrace the community. Hes exactly the opposite of that - also with home theater installation theyre a dime a dozen - it makes more sense to purchase your equipment online and pay literally any general contractor you find on Angies list or any high school kid to do any of this uncomplicated technology. Its like going to a vacuum store when you can just buy one from Amazon and have it sent to you the next day. Completely avoiding this pathetic excuse for a broadripple business.

I cant begin to describe how patient Marek was with me as I determined the best system for my budget. I was in their store 3-4 times just experimenting with different options. I eventually landed with a system that exceeded my initial expectations but stayed within my budget. I look forward to going back for advice, equipment and best of all VALUE. I chose the Audio Solutions team as the low voltage contractor for our new custom designed and constructed home and I’m darn happy I did! As my previously experiences have been, this new one was superbly satisfying and rewarding.Audio Solutions’ specified superb materials. They performed the efforts associated with smoke detector, doorbell and home security wiring. However, their audio-centric background positively stood them apart from their peers. This meant they recognized and understood the importance of the cable/wiring selection process and the need to segregate Mains wiring from Low Voltage wiring to prevent RF (radio frequency) interference. More importantly, because of their audio and video focus, they were able to advise and implement in-wall TV pre-wiring and ceiling speaker placement for accurate home theater sound and video reproduction.Audio Solution’s installation was done with great care and attention to detail and they worked diligently to satisfy our new home’s many requirements.I couldn’t speak more highly or recommend the gang at Audio Solution’s more for a potential audio, video equipment purchase. Tons of gear in stock to listen to!! New and used.. I pieced my system together..No one else has this much stuff to compare..I found the listening rooms to be the best in town.I auditioned at ovations and all I could hear was the road noise.. and pushy sales guys!!!Also, I checked angies list before I spent $$ and these guys are A+ rated !!I,m happy .. My wife is not!! haha :)P.s They made her happy once I bought her a stereo for her office!

I purchased used components from this place in the past - apparently I didnt purchase enough. I wanted to learn more about high end audio and even offered to pay the owner to come to my house and give me direction on how to proceed. I never heard from him. The last time I was there the guy at the front desk didnt even look up as I walked in and l later heard him mutter something like are you going to just look around and not buy anything like you did the last time? When I asked him to repeat himself, he didnt reply.Ive since found other dealers who work with me and understand my desire for good gear on a budget, are willing to educate me, and suggest pre-owned components.My financial situation has improved significantly in the past year and Ive spent a lot of money elsewhere. These guys are arrogant and I wont be back.
