Had an appointment on the weekend, which I couldn’t make. The service department manager gladly rescheduled me on a very short notice two days later.I had to get the front tire mounted, and the technician who did it, took very great care throughout the process. They were very honest and only performed what was needed. I never take time to write any reviews, but their service was really exceptional. It was worth the 1h40m drive I had to take to get here !!

My boyfriend came here to get the bike of his dreams. Though the sales man was not there, the financial man (excuse me for forgetting his name) and curt was very helpful and patient with him, answering all of our questions and helping us get everything together so that we could take the bike home. Though I know nothing about bikes, it was an awesome experience just to be there!

Chris who works inside the parts entrance is as nice as you could ask for when it comes to customer service.

A sales rep never once spoke with me while I was looking at the motorcycles and they also have a limited selection. I would expect more service and a better environment from a BMW dealership. Overall, I was more disappointed from the staff at this place than I have ever felt from a Harley-Davidson or Ducati dealership. When youre looking for $20,000+ motorcycles, a little friendly interaction or at the least some kind of acknowledgement would be nice and expected. Especially when there isnt very many customers around.

Truly awesome customer service even though they were super busy and understaffed. They have been nothing but nice and stayed past closing hours twice for me. They saw an issue on the used bike I was buying and didnt hesitate to purchase a brand new OEM part from KTM free of charge for me. Trenton was a really down to earth guy and so was the shop manager Chris.

Alex in the parts department is great. He won over a new customer in the way he dealt with a friend of mine who reluctantly called TWP at my urging. All my experiences there have been positive.

I would NEVER recommend Tom Wood of Indianapolis, In, nor would I every buy anything from Tom Wood again. I have called many times and no on will return my call. There was a couple time I did get a live person but still dont have out registration and this has been going on since about the middle of May. Las week i did talk to a live person and he said he would send a paper to my EMAIL but he never did the the vehicle is still setting in the garage. I even tried getting hold of the sales manager this morning and I left 2 messages for him to call and he never has. This is ridiculous.

I dont write reviews often because generally, I feel like matters can be handled off the web better. However, Chris and Alex went above and beyond the call of duty. I was traveling through Indy when I had a flat on my bike on 465. They came and picked me (and my bike) up and took me to the shop. They had me back on the road very quickly and fairly. 20 miles later the tire went flat again. They came and got me again. What service!!!?? A new tire and tube and I was rolling north again. Fortunately, I did not have any more trouble on my 2500 mile trip. Thanks for treating me fairly and going above the call of duty to get me on the road in a timely manner!! If Im in the area or have people in the area, this is the place to go!! THANK YOU!!!

I recently purchased a new motorcycle from Tom Wood Powersports. This motorcycle had to be ordered and built by the manufacturer. The process of working with Curt Schannen on the purchase was easy and pleasurable. Curt knows his stuff. Additionally, as COVID caused some delays in the production and delivery of my bike, Curt took it upon himself to get me updates on the status even when the manufacturer was unable to provide me with the information I wanted. Curt really saw the transaction through thoroughly and took the initiative to assist me in any way he could. All the other members of the TW Powersports team are great, fun and knowledgable. Today is June 18th. My bike has been there since April 8th. Their service department is overwhelmed and/or understaffed. I believe theyre working on making it better, but its a bit frustrating.

Excellent “hustle “ by all. Curt expedited reservation of the GL1800 I wanted and Trent got the financing done well. Alex was knowledgeable on the gear especially with selection of the Shoei helmet.This “team” is on it. Nothing could have been better.

I had a great experience working with the guys at Tom Wood Powersports, specifically Trenton Lewis, their Finance Manager who set me up with a few test rides on their bikes. Trenton was awesome, very easy to talk to and I never got the salesmen vibe at all. He listened to what I was looking for and answered all of my questions throughout the buying process. I ended up purchasing my first bike from him and Ive been very happy with my decision so far. Ill definitely be going back whenever I decide to trade in or buy new again.I cant recommend them enough, especially if youre a new rider like me who isnt sure what bike youre looking for and want to deal with people who arent trying to talk you into a bike thats not for you.

For what seems like a small showroom floor they manage to squeeze in a huge selection! Drove 2 hours for this CB and at this time it was the only one left in the state with the ABS package. No pressure atmosphere. Tyler was a pleasure to work with, he was quite knowledgeable and definitely knew his technical info. I was greeted within seconds of entering the front door. Trenton in the finance department was also patient and got my monthly payment down to my target, down to the penny! Tyler himself even came down during the delivery of the bike to see the sale through. This is by far some of the best service Ive ever received from ANY dealer, period.

Great staff. Small dealership with a down home attitude. These guys are riders and know their stuff. Prices are very competitive. Used bike prices are very good and all are inspectes and serviced before hitting the show room floor. Its a bit of a challenge to get to because of the construction at Keystine, but worth the trouble.

These guys are the ones to see if you want a motorcycle or something like that. They have a smaller store, but youd never know it because they have a lot of inventory, and great attitudes. Its refreshing to see people in bike shops that are happy to help.

Big-city inventory & service options with small-town customer service feel! The managers truly are amazing at what they do with their level of involvement in the customer experience. I was able to check buy a motorcycle off my bucket list two years ago in Tom Wood Powersports impressive showroom. The GMs of both the Indy & the Anderson locations made the experience extremely meaningful. This season, the Indy service managers diligence went above and beyond; he worked numerous miracles on my bike while treating it his own so that I could enjoy riding safely this summer. Long live Tom Wood Powersports!! :)

Brought in my 06 Busa to have a tires, chain, and sprockets installed. First off I got a call saying that they cut my chain to short and they had ordered me a new one to fix the issue, which I was fine with. I get my bike back and the first thing I notice is my DIRECTIONAL tire is on backward in the front. Second problem is instead of fixing the issue of cutting my chain to short they just brought my swingarm extensions in 2 inches. After all that’s said and done they didn’t even tension my rear brake side tensioner bolt.I say you spend a little extra money and take your bike to flat out motor sports. This place isn’t worth the issues.

I was researching my first bike for weeks before I decided the one I wanted. I finally decided and started my search at Dreyer Powersports and had a terrible experience of bait and switch. I then came across Tom Wood Powersports and I had no regrets. The price online was the price in the store, the atmosphere and the Sales team there were phenomenal. I am glad I got my first bike there and you will be too.

Good people to deal with and was very good with their prices. I ordered extra equipment for my ATV and took about 3 weeks to get and have them to install them. Was very pleased!!

Great customer service, helped me get the right parts for my bikes. Also have way better pricing on items than other nearby cycle shops. The gas cans I purchased rock! Spare chains, tires, clutch levers, goggles you name it.

Great people and great service department but most importantly a great parts department really makes working on your bike alot easier plus they stock Amsoil products which really makes it nice when servicing your bike !

Todd & his service crew were a pleasure to work with. Their pricing was much cheaper than expected, their work was stellar, and they stuck exactly to their time-frame, even with me adding work after I dropped off my motorcycle. I struggled to find a shop to install parts (both performance and lighting) and even in the middle of their busy season in August they delivered. Id highly recommend having your service needs met here and I will be a return customer on my next bike.

A fella named Chris that works in the parts department at Tom Wood Powersports in Carmel went above and beyond the Call of Duty, when I told him that I was coming in to buy Nitro Circus tickets for me and my son I had been running late due to traffic and he stayed late that night waiting on me, the nicest guy you could ever meet and super helpful.... he seemed to be just as determined as I was to get us into the show you see I am a single dad raising my two kids by myself so when I have the chance to do something extra special for my son it means the world to me to see him smile. Boy when I got home that night and told him what had happened and what Chris had done to make sure that we were going to the show, the joy I felt... it almost brought me to tears. We are all wary going into a dealership of any kind. This place is different because all the employees come from service/tech backgrounds--no salesmen. They are knowledgeable, honest, like their jobs, and work as a team to help you out. Curt offered a test ride (the only place that immediately offered this) and he was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. They were also extremely price aggressive (they even came down off of their internet price). I took a good friend there who was looking for a bike shortly after I bought mine. I needed tires put on my Stratoliner and dreading the long wait as most places said they would have my bike for a few days before they could get to it. Called Tom Wood Powersports and they said they could usually turn it around in a day or so, meet with Todd in the service department he knew i wanted to get my bike back as soon as possible. I was expecting to wait two days but Todd called before I even made it home that the bike was done. Wow what can you say about that . Ive been looking for a good place to have my bike seviced and now i have found it. Im looking forward to working with Todd and the service crew in the future.
