I have bought 2 bikes from Flat Out and think they are AWESOME! I started going to Flat Out back when they were off of Washington.street. I went in the store several times and just casually walked around...buying nothing and I was (even then) treated respectfully. I have dealt with just about all of the staff members... they are really nice. Bill is awesome and always goes the extra mile to ensure that you are happy with your purchase...you would never guess that he is the actual owner as hard as he works for his customers! They are truly a dealer that I would buy from again and again! I give them five stars!!!

This dealership and the employees working here are outstanding and provide excellent customer service. We purchased a Can Am on 8/14/21 for my wife. Working with Dave (sales manager), Steve (sales rep) and Mike Stu (financing) proved all were very good at their jobs and wanted to do all they could to provide the customer with exactly what they want. While there I fell in love with a Kawasaki on the show room floor and worked out a deal via phone to purchase that 8/20/21. After reviewing their inventory online, I also decided to test drive an Indian Roadster. After test driving both, I fell in love with the Indian. Again, Dave, Steve and Mike worked with me and did everything possible to ensure I had the bike of my dreams. My wife and I are loving both our rides. We couldnt be happier with the bikes, the people or the dealership.We honestly cant think of enough superlatives to describe the excellent treatment we received. They walked through the shopping, test driving, and financing with us step by step. We have never had a better experience with browsing, shopping, test drives, and financing in our purchase of any other vehicles. We completed the full process (shopping, financing and out the door) in 2 1/2 hours on a Saturday, and 3 hours (for 2 test drives) on a Friday. They continue to provide excellent customer service with any questions we have had after the sales. If you are looking for a sweet ride and honest sales people, we highly recommend them!

I have been to Flat Out a few times…to look at all the toys and to get my Indian Scout Sixty serviced. The service team is amazing. I’ve dealt with Corey and he is beyond helpful. He goes the extra mile to make customers happy! This is a very clean showroom and they have some fun things for sale. Also, the woman at the front desk is awesome. Would recommend!

I drive 70 miles to get to their service department. Excellent job, always professional. The service writer took tome to answer some maintenance questions that I had, very helpful.

Didn’t end up buying anything but went in for a specific rear tire for my Harley. The guy that helped me at the service counter was very friendly, attentive and proposed other options since the tire I wanted was not in stock. He also explained there is a tire shortage, which is true and followed up with they could mount any tire I brought in. I will have my rear tire mounted by them when I can find what I’m looking for!

Me and my husband had the worst customer service possible at “Flat Out Motorsports”. Not only were our jet skis and trailer stolen from the property while being serviced, but, we were also heavily discriminated for our race.The owner, mechanic, and entire staff were unwilling to help us retrieve our stolen skis, and refused to file a claim with their insurance company in order for us to be compensated for our lost property. They failed to return any calls, or take any plan of action in assisting us, nor did we receive any type of apology or form of sympathy.

Went to Flatout motor sports to look at a Vanderhall. I asked someone about trading in a kinetic green Harley Davidson Road King. The individual said yeah we are buying bikes at great prices. So I went home too snap shots of my bike and sent them in. Well Apparently a $20,000 mint condition bike isn’t work what I wanted. So I asked what their offer was and I was told I’d be better off selling it on the public market. What did you guys want to give for it??$5-6K? I will never attempt to do business with this location. I’ll happily go to Chicago and do business at that location. I wish someone would of at least gave me an offer.

Been here several times looking at a new Indian. Never greeted or could even find a salesperson. Went there today again and I think they had 5 total bikes. Even with that, nobody to be found to help. Concerned about having to buy elsewhere and having it serviced local. Getting discouraged about buying an Indian for this reason and it shouldnt be.

Bought an Indian Bobber Scout pretty much from the internet because I work all the time..hahaha.. They worked with me and guided me through the process. Love the bike and the Koolness of the whole facility and employees.

Good place for service. Had a complete service done on atv. Everything on the maintenance list. Found a few additional issue needing replaced. Had to order parts but all fixed and done within 6 days. Staff is friendly and helped unload and load on trailer. Communicated well on what was needed and costs. No surprises.

I’m a Harley owner and had never been to an Indian dealership. The store had been closed for about 20-25 minutes but was admitted to the showroom. A lot of nice, beautiful bikes. Wonderful customer service, as they went above and beyond what I expected! I called the service department and spoke with Ryan regarding wheel and tire fitment for a Can Am Defender. Very knowledgeable and professional on the phone, which was very helpful in my decision making. Not only did he order me exactly what I wanted (and in an unbelieve amount of time!), he test fit the wheels and tires on a machine they had available to ensure they would fit before selling them to me. Its nice to see companies still take care and lookout after customers these days. I will definitely be doing more business with them in the future!

I bought a bike from these guys about 3 weeks ago. It was a 5 and a half hour drive and the only reason I did that is because of great inventory, great staff, and great service. Ken was my salesman and did a great job answering the phone when he could, and calling me back asap when he could not. Stew was the finance manager that helped me through most of the process over the phone, which allowed me to get in and out of the dealership in about 45min.. Stew also called the next day to check on me to see if i was okay because i rode the bike home. I bought a new gsxr 750 from them for their asking price because they are reasonable, and I will be buying my next bike from them. I work at a motorcycle dealership, this is coming from someone who knows the business very well, they a great people to do business with.

Guys willing to chat a bit about the machines, even though I wasnt buying that day. Nice showroom. Currently there is a long wait for ordered side by sides but they were honest about it right upfront.

Purchased a new Suzuki Vstrom 1000 on February 28th 2021. After leaving the dealership to ride it home, I noticed the ABS light was on and the traction control system was malfunctioning as a result. I stopped in fishers to call them about it. I was informed the abs light would turn off eventually and to stop by sometime to have it scanned. So far I’ve tried 3 times to have it scanned, the last time was Sat July 3rd (was told over the phone it would only take 5 minutes, when I got there they refused to scan it). I hadn’t received an owner’s manual yet for the bike, so I asked for one while there. In the ABS section, Suzuki clearly states it is hazardous to operate the motorcycle with Abs light on and to have it serviced immediately. Interesting, they’ll sell a hazardous motorcycle in 10 minutes, but can’t fix it in 4 months. Won’t be back again. Buy elsewhere

AWSOME experience while purchasing a Can-am Ryker for my wife. I’ve had some pretty horrible experiences at some Harley Davidson dealerships so to be honest I was expecting the same here but to my surprise it was the exact opposite. Super easy transaction and some really cool people. The finance person, Michael Stewart was great and explained everything and made it simple. Kenneth Bacon, super cool dude.

Its basically a big building with no inventory. One would think that with no inventory sales would be down and when someone comes in they could a sales rep easily. Not the case. I walked around for a bit looking at the very small selection of what was about 3 SxSs and found no one.

Great experience dealing with this dealership. Everyone is friendly with awesome personalities! Steve was our sales guy and took great care of mu cousin and myself .

Took the 2017 Sportsman 570 in for electrical issues. Diagnosis indicated it needed a new battery. Polaris has since relocated the battery to a better location. Maybe they realize this is an issue? Hopefully this battery will last longer than the last 2.

Buyer beware - read the negative reviews and you will understand why not to come to Flatout! They are extremely shady and only care about money and not making the customer happy. We were even told by the manager we could either buy it or he will sell it to someone else in the next hour that was after driving 2 hours for a sxs to throw codes that mechanic had no clue what the problem was and needed to wait until the next week to call Can Am, and yes they still wanted us to buy it... broke.

Great place! They have a big selection of machines and are conveniently located. Buying my side by side was quick and easy and Mike was great to work with.

This might be the most beautiful motorsports dealer in the state. They have a bit of everything, from watercraft, to off-road vehicles, to road bikes and trikes. The staff here are very friendly and willing to chat with you even if youre not serious about buying.The only drawbacks are:- Prices are on the high side and sales are hard to find. All of their accessories and gear are at MSRP.- They are sometimes very busy, so you might be waiting for quite a while just to do a transaction on a vehicle.- They do not carry ANY sport quads (TRX450, Raptors, etc).- The road up to the place sucks for motorcycles. Its rough and littered with gravel.

I drove 60 miles to look at a brand new Indian Motorcycle.And I had money to buy. After spending at least 15 minutes walking around and taking photos of bikes I felt someone should have tried to help me. No one did so I slowly checked out the rest of the place and was asked if I needed help 3 times in less than 10 minutes. I guess the salesman at the sales desk in the Indian show room is to busy to sell to me. Oh well I will spend my money with someone else!

Excellent people at Flatout Motorsports! Last year I bought a CanAm X3 turbo RR from them and this year a Indian Scout Bobber. My wife gets new furniture and I get new toys! Oh yeah!!!

Flat Out is a good dealership. Big location, good selection of motorcycles (as well as SlingShots if thats your thing), nice staff, and nice group of friendly riders seem to come here as well. I just stopped by to look at 2 motorcycles because I actually had my heart set on a Ducati Diavel, but ended up buying a 2021 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-14R. The one thing I would ding Flat Out Motorsports for is the management. While everyone from the receptionist to the finance person was friendly (including the owner himself which was very helpful and knowledgeable), the sales manager lacks people skills. His communication is lackluster and he talks down to you rather than with you. I wouldve taken away one star for the manager at most other places, but I am overall happy with the experience I had a Flat Out compared to other dealerships. I just hope the management issue is addressed.

Went to flat out motorsports in Indy first and it was a nightmare dealing with them. We were looking at a bike ready to buy told them we wanted to start the paperwork waited 20 minutes and in that time a guy switched his deposit over to the one we wanted and they basically said sorry bout your luck. The salesman didnt act like he cared and basically didnt offer any other options. We asked many questions before he even offered to order one which he said he had no idea when it would even come in to the shop. By that point we were done. Called a few places with much better customer service went to cc power sports 2 hours away amazing experience and walked out shortly after with what we wanted. Thanks cc power sports. Recommend highly over flat out.

Couldnt get any help in the parts Department. That would have been ok, if they were busy, but they wasnt. After about decided to go somewhere else. Positive side, They have a great selection of Indians.

In response to Whitneys post, thats what they are known for. I tried to buy an Indian Motorcycle for my wife and they just kept walking by. We did buy one from a competitor that actually acted like they wanted to sell us one. Elkhart Indian is the place to go for an Indian. They actually acknowledge you there.Im in the car business and if I had the sales staff that is at Flat Out now I would be thinking about some replacements!!!

We bought a 2019 Suzuki Hayabusa with 2 miles on it - one month ago. They didnt even air up the tires or fill up the gas tank when we bought it. Battery was dead after one 5 mile trip. Called Flat Out and they said the bike has been sitting for a long time. They told us to bring it back up there for them to go through it (something they shouldve done before we picked it up after buying it) and we could have it back in a week.No thank you!Very disappointed in Flat Out Motorsports.Not been given any level of customer service but they are selling selling selling so they dont care about customer service.

I was in this place today, 1:00ish for 15-20 min. Walked the entire showroom and upstairs looking for this summers toy, 5-6k used bike. I took pix of this bike, looked at similar models on my phone/net standing at this bike. Saw lots of ppl with headsets, very few customers but never was approached by a salesperson. Nice looking store, LOTS of inventory.

I’m only filling this out because you all asked. The guy that processed my paperwork was extremely nice and informative. The salesmen who gave me a brief walk around was another story. When I arrived he gave me a walk around, I happened to put some weight on a tire which was low. I said, “This tire seems to be low.” Without touching the tire he informed me that it was filled up to manufactures recommendation. So I reiterated the tire was low. He then felt it and agreed but told me that was because it was cold last night. (All the other tires were fine.)After driving 3.5 hours home the tire was totally flat. Then I asked him how to adjust the governor and his response was, “I have no idea, it’s in the manual.” When loading the four wheeler I attempted to get out my ramps that I use for our other four wheelers. He said those won’t work. I asked him why they wouldn’t work thinking I may need to get new ramps. He said the 70cc was not powerful enough to get up the ramps. I tried to explain to him that my sons 50cc would but he stormed off. Now I’m thinking that he didn’t want me to see the flat tire on the brand new four wheeler.I only give two stars because the guy that processed my paper work was a very nice guy.Baconator is not.

I was searching for an ATV but every place I called seemed to be out of stock. Looked at Flat Outs website and found one I was interested in. Called and put a refundable down payment on it right away. Working with the staff was easy. They were very friendly and personable. Their facility is big with a large inventory. Im extremely happy with the Can-Am Outlander DPS 650 I purchased! Highly recommend Flat Out Motorsports!

When we pulled into the parking lot and went inside my first impressions were really good. It is a large place and is well kept inside and out as well as in the service department. Even with inventories being low, they still had a nice selection of various machines. I had my mind made up but I wanted my wife to get a feel for a few different machines before she made her decision. We were able to compare the fit, feel and compare options side by side with several different machines. Steve was the first salesman to approach us and asked if we needed help or had any questions. They were low pressure and very informative. Steve had notice that we had narrowed our decision down to two. Without saying anything to us, he started moving the vehicles around. We thought they may have been starting to rearrange their showroom. What we found out was that he made room to get out the to vehicles that we had narrowed our choices down too. After a quick spin around the parking lot in each one, our decision was made. We actually left there to get a bite to eat and discuss it further.Their communication through email and phone was really good. When we went back to finalize the purchase everything was smooth and efficient. Everyone was knowledgeable and courteous from the receptionist, sales staff and through financing. Overall this was a great experience!I give Flat Out 2 thumbs up.

First Time to Visit Flat Out. Very Nice Facility, I can only imagine the Overhead. I was there 20-30 minutes and walked the entire Showroom. Not one Person acknowledged Me or Asked if I needed Help. Not a good way to pay all that Overhead when you let a Buyer just walk out the Front Door.

I could spend a few hours just looking at all the toys!The staff was professional, friendly, and helpful. I seen the bike I wanted, put the money down and signed papers the next week.I had my bike delivered to me, and that guy was great. He was very knowledgeable as well.. He showed me around the bike and gave some advice.. I really appreciated it.I’ll definitely go back!

My son went in to buy a 4 wheeler and no one there would talk to him. they did however talk to the couple that walked in 15 minutes after he did . too bad he had the cash in his pocket to buy the 4 wheeler ... looks like we will be taking a trip out of town to buy one now .

I’ve never been a fan of car lots or motorcycle stores. That was until I came to Flat Out. This store is not only the coolest one I’ve seen in person it is well run and operated by a lot of nice and easy to work with people. I purchased a Honda CBR250r from them and I didn’t have any issues with the process, it was quick, easy, and painless. Jerry did a good job working with me on the bike and Stu did a great job getting all the paperwork squared away. Definitely would recommend!

Hands down, great service! They didn’t have the bike I wanted but did have other amazing bikes. My heart was set on the bike I was looking for... Michael Stewart “Stu”, the finance guy, found the bike I wanted, the color and and everything and had it shipped from Ohio. He was quick to answer my questions and to call back or reply to my emails. It was obvious they were busy as all get it but Stu still got me taken care of. It’s been almost two weeks when I purchased my bike and I am still impressed with the bike and thankful for all the hard work and searching he did to get me what I wanted. On top of that, before signing any paperwork, he went over the numbers with me in a few different situations (size of down payment, with or without warranty, etc)... and found an affordable payment plan after he searched for the best interest rate that I qualified for. Thank you Michael Stewart “Stu” for your help and the drive to find MY bike.!.

I am a first time rider and my experience with the service department was very positive! I called to find out how to bring my Scout Bobber 20 for the 500 miles service and was told to bring it in Saturday morning. I brought it in first thing in the morning at 9 am and the service was completed shortly before noon. At every step the service employees were friendly and helpful! I look forward to many more service appointments.

Great salesman, really nice receptionist, drove two hours to purchase Can-Am Ryker. I did most online so I was in and out when I got there. Massive selection compared to the 3 other dealers I looked at. Definitely recommend the trip.

Went to Flat Out for the second time tonight. First experience was going in to be greeted by the lady at the front door asking if I needed help finding something. I said Yeah! I’m looking for a Kawasaki KLX 110 bike for my son. She replied “Well never heard that before, unless that what the thing is (points to a Polaris Slingshot)”. Tonight I stopped in with my family at around 4ish. We were greeted at the door, pleasantly by the same lady as I had previously encountered. Knowing my experience last Friday i knew not to ask. We walked back to the KX110 bike that I saw on the website. It’s for my 11 year old son, he wanted to sit on it and check sizing. We had general questions about it. We were the only customers on the floor. There were 10-11 employees doing different things. A few were at the computer, and 5-6 were congratulated around the center desk. Laughing, talking and generally having a good time. We were greeted by none of them, no one came to speak with us. We stood next to the bike for 12 minutes. After no one came to check on us we made our way to the door passing 3 employees. Not a word was said. A guy on a scissor lift was driving around and apologized for driving it around us. We walked out the door never speaking to anyone except the door lady who had previously told me she had never heard of Kawasaki KX motorcycles. The good news is we went right to Tom Wood Power Sports and ordered a new bike! It will be 3-4 weeks of happily waiting knowing that I didn’t do business with Flat Out. If I could give less than a 1 star that would be appropriate.

Dont deal with this guy if he gets on the phone.Update - I spoke to an owner regarding this situation and it is being properly addressed. As a fellow, small business owner, I appreciate the challenges of operating a business and to making changes when necessary. I can tell that Flat Out Motorsports cares deeply about the customer experience.

My wife and I took a ride to Flatout to get her Indian Scout serviced before our trip. Great experience we were told Saturdays could be a bit of a wait but that’s expected seeing as this is a busy time of year, I believe we were there a little over an hour no big deal. We spoke with Ryan about accessories and other services for her scout which we will be purchasing and having done soon he was very patient with us and Knowledgeable. He gave us his opinion on different items instead of just trying to sell something. We will definitely be coming back! Also Ryan took time to discuss issues with my 2016 Harley-Davidson he said they would look at and see what they could do. Awesome and honest!

Stopped in after seeing a marketplace advertisement for a c50 Suzuki, I called and made an appointment, asked if I needed a mask. Being a new rider, I generally am looked over as a serious buyer. Awesome guys at Flat Out, who I could relate to, very knowledgeable, and in no way rushed me for the sale. I felt respected and cared for through the purchase process. I highly recommend taking your business there.

Waiting for 10 minutes give or take and nobody came up to us, so we went and asked for help. Another 10 or so passed and still nothing. After asking 3 times we still didnt get a sales person and were talked to by a lady who worked there. She asked us what we wanted, and my friend said he just wanted to talk price and details. The lady said the price was X plus fees. My friend mentioned negotiating and details to which she responded by getting standoffish and rude THATS THE PRICE in that snoooty Im the most important person in the world and what I say always goes tone of voice that everyone hates. At that point I stepped up and said Alright sounds good, lets go boys because I was tired of hearing it and we left...Went over to Tom Wood Power Sports in Anderson Indiana and bought there the same day. We walked in the door, we were instantly greeted looked at the same bike, and my buddy signed the paperwork. We are just about to leave right now with the 2018 ZX-14.And in the photo is a chill dude who got the paperwork. Probably the most person to person feel out of any dealer Ive seen, and believe me, Ive been to tons. You might think Anderson is too far away, but trust me. Make it....

My visit to Flatout Dealership, I own a 2016 Victory Cross Country Motorcycle which I enjoy riding during riding season, with the factory radio not being bluetooth my radio was limited, Mark in parts with his product knowledge and great customer service skills went the extra mile to show me the product I need to upgrade my motorcycle, problem solved, thanks Mark.

Went there yesterday to buy a zx14r. My friends and I walked in, and decided to look around while waiting for a salesperson. After 10 minutes I asked for one. We could clearly see that the dealers did not want to deal with us because they didnt believe I was going to buy something. We waited about half an hour and still nothing. I then get bad mouthed by a women who angrily repeats that the price of the bike isnt going down at all. She was pissed that I wanted to negotiate with a dealer at all. We had enough and just left. Went and bought my zx14r at Tom Woods Motorsports in Anderson. Definitely worth the extra 40 minute drive for us. Oh well flatout, your loss.Love the spin in the response. We were all ok waiting, there were plenty of vehicles to look at while we did wait, but we didnt need to be bad mouthed for wanting to speak to a dealer. We could have even left and came back and everything would have been fine. Before I visited I was told 6 hours before that I would be called back to discuss the zx14 in question. That never happened. We were not harassing your staff. Your staff approached us when we were angrily told the price of the bike. We were just waiting around and looking at other vehicles. I know that millennials are a good target group for motorsports companies as baby boomers get older and older so Im sure insulting an entire generation will help you sell.

Excellent service and very timely. Highly recommended! Applied at 8 at night and was signing by 10 the next morning. They kept me up to date on everything, mostly by email and text message which I enjoyed, and called me when it was time to discuss details.

Well I was going to buy a slingshot but Dave he introduced herself as the GM store manager very rude on the phone it seems like the position of a manager went to his head so he lost me by an a slingshot cash because of his rudeness on not wanting to help

Hello I was told after walking the store twice then asking for help they had almost no sales people by a man overhearing me ask the desk girl. Both were nice then out of the blue another man appeared and was asked by the 1st man to help me. Well he reminded me of the salesperson in the other post.I got the impression he didnt want to be there and put very little afford trying to make the sell -Anitas husband.

This place is great. Employees were very polite. I went to pickup up parts and walked thru the showroom. Everyone I encountered was polite and friendly.

I went to Flat Out Motorsports in search of my first motorcycle. I worked with Steven from the sales staff, I couldnt have asked for a better experience purchasing my first bike. The staff was friendly, helpful, and they made it a point to make sure they were getting me on something I felt comfortable with and would be happy with. My initial contact and communication thru email was excellent, now that the sale is complete, it has been less than desirable. I have emailed twice in the past 2 weeks regarding questions and issues to no response. Im a concerned buyer at this point.

I have enjoyed doing business with these guys. I recently bought a sea doo and they have stood behind us all the way. They sent a technician to Louisville not once but twice to get things right! I wish we had them in Louisville.
