I bought this 2014 Yamaha FZ1 a few months ago. My sales person was Anderson. He was very knowledgeable about the bikes. I love the bike, my favorite season to ride is in the fall. I plan on riding every chance I get this fall. If you are in the market for a bike go see Anderson, he will help you get the right bike for you not just sell you one.

I’m a new rider. Took the MSF class and got endorsed. I’ve done a lot of research over the years on motorcycles and finally pulled the trigger to start this new skill. I worked with Anderson to start finding the first bike for me. I could immediately sense his passion and knowledge for the sport. Came down to my level to help me understand his recommendations for bike choice. He was real with me and didn’t try to push me into something way out of my skill range.Making the final choice to get the sport touring ninja 400 felt natural after he showed it to me. Purchase process was friendly and fast. Took ~30min for initial paperwork and finance application. Then was accommodating to let me finish the paperwork and pick the bike up the next day. It was pouring rain the first day! Anyway it’s beautiful today when I picked it up. Was about 45min to finalize paperwork and get a vehicle rundown. I was impressed by their commitment to continued support even after I rode off the lot. Would recommend buying from here 10/10.

This is a review for their basic riding course, which was really well executed. The instructors, Jacob and Sean were excellent teachers that took their time to explain all the drills and demonstrate them before we got in there. I was a new rider with no prior experience, so I was worried I wouldnt be able to keep up, but they were very patient with everyone, and kept the atmosphere nice and relaxed. I would recommend this course to anyone looking to build a good foundation of skills that will help keep you safe out on the road.

I bought a 2018 Honda PCX from Dreyer and had it delivered as I havent been out much due to COVID. NADA value was $2,600 and I ended up paying $3,300 with taxes, doc, title and $100 for delivery. The price was a bit high, but scooter availability during the pandemic is spotty at best, so it is what it is. They did discount me as it was listed at $2,999 and they reduced the pricing to include the taxes, doc fees, so that was nice of them! Thanks! The reason for the missing star was that upon receipt of the bike I discovered that the throttle cable was out of spec, as was the left brake lever, which was so loose that the rear brake light was stuck on. This seems like a minor thing, but considering the rear brake cable adjustment is under the front fairing of the bike, I had to tear the front end off to get to it, consuming about three hours.Luckily Im pretty handy and adjusted the brake lever, throttle cable myself; spending a few hours after it rolled off the truck doing repairs wasnt what I had in mind for a bike that had been inspected and ready to go. This would have been a very poor experience for someone who cant perform their own mechanical work.I only received one key, the key for the back box wasnt included (I drilled it out and Im ordering a new cylinder), and there was gorilla tape residue all over the bike from the previous owner, which I spent the evening using goo-gone and scraping off the bike. Its the little things that make the difference between a frustrating experience versus a good customer experience and Im really flabbergasted that they had it listed above NADA without doing the most basic of work to ensure the cycle was safe and road worthy before delivery.Ive since emailed the dealership, asking if they can give me an air filter and spark plug as they need changed, itd turn the experience around for me. Ill update with their reply.EDIT: I got a call from Jim after emailing them. He was kind enough to mention what service was actually performed and offered a discount on their air filter and spark plug. Thank you, Jim!While I disagree the service department did a thorough inspection and that the brake cable must have been damaged on the 10 minute trip to my house (the cycle had handle protectors installed, they would of had to really try, or intentionally stretch out the cable by a half inch), it was nice to get a call back and an offering of a discount. The air filter is about 75% black (stock is green) and reeks of oil and gasoline. While it has some life left, it would have been a nice touch and I can see how remaining life could be objective, spare a completely clogged filter.Other minor things is that the seat fasteners were barely threaded on and missing two nuts (replaced with 2x spares I had laying around), the airbox is missing a screw, the toolkit is missing, and theres a few fasteners missing around the bike. It was likely traded in that way and not a big deal, and I think most people would have haggled on pricing or had repairs done before delivery.Overall, thank you! Its going to be fun riding this summer!

Two years ago, I was looking at purchasing my 2nd motorcycle and was looking at a demo Kawasaki Ninja 1000 at Dreyer. After stopping by the store, showing genuine interest in the demo bike, and then asking to take it for a test ride, I was promptly turned down. I have the motorcycle endorsement on my drivers license and have been riding for over 8 years, so Im not a novice when it comes to riding. The sales guy stated I couldnt test ride the bike, even though it was a DEMO (tag on bike stated so). Maybe if I were a guy, then I wouldnt have been turned down... (I have been able to test ride bikes at other dealers, so I am at a loss as to why I was turned down to test ride a DEMO bike at Dreyer.) I took my business to Westfield Powersports and bought a brand new Ninja 1000 for even cheaper (and nicer) than the demo at Dreyer and was treated respectfully by the staff.

Guy on the floor was in my opinion very rude. The wife and i where in looking for new helmets mine is about 5 years old and she had bought a first bike a couple montha ago been using my enduro helmet. While i was looking at one i was interested in a young lady walked up i asked the price she had stated the price to us. I continued to look at it trying to decide if i liked that particular helmet. A guy walked up and took the helmet from me stating that it was a very expensive helmet and if something where to happen id have to buy it. Which basically what i got out of it was hey its expensive and you dont have the money for it let me take it from you. I wasnt too happy about it. I though he was extremely rude in the case. The wife found a helmet she liked there and the right size we left the store after that. We went home and ordered both the helmets online. Although i bought a more updated version of the helmet she liked that they did not have. Honestly i dont think ill be back in anytime soon.

Jeremy was very helpful from the first time we looked at the z650 and all the way into the purchasing process. Very personable, will do what it takes to make the sale but wont push you or make you feel pressured. Just an easy experience, only took an hour or so to purchase and get on the road. Straight forward deal, good price, didn’t play any games...what more could you ask for? They also got me hooked up with their rider education course so I could get my motorcycle license. My instructors were Jack and Jimmy and I thought they were great. Both were motorcycle guys that knew how to teach. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! I took my 2012 Can Am Spyder here on March 3, 2021 for a back tire, and to get the headlights fixed. Within 30-45 minutes of me dropping it off, one of the service guys calls me and says that my bike will not move, and asked if i have had any issues with the clutch, or it not going into gear. I informed him that I have had the bike for about 2 years, and have had no issues with any of those things. So I was asking how this will be handled because I dont feel that I should be 100% reliable to cover the cost of this considering that their employee operated my bike last, and now it wont run. At this point the service manager stated Well it is your vehicle, and you are responsible for it, After some back and forth, and realizing that they were not going to do anything about it, i then went and spoke to Mike Dreyer, and informed him of what was going on. He stated he would work with me, in which he did cover half of the cost. So I then pick my bike up on Friday March 19, and take it out that following Sunday, and Monday and noticed that the gears were sticking, and it wasnt shifting as smooth as before. So Tuesday morning at 10 I arrive back up at Dreyer Motorsports, and go to the service department, and inform the guys what was going on. He went to the service manager, and came back out and informed me that they were refusing to look at it. I informed him that this is clearly a part that they fixed, and why wouldnt they look at it, and his response was We arent going to look at it. I then go track down Mike Dreyer, and inform him of the situation. His response was Well maybe they are afraid that they will find something else, and I dont know why they wont look at it, Leave it here, and Ill get someone to look at it. At this point I told Mr. Dreyer that I dont trust their service department to even touch my bike with everything that has went on. Mr. Dreyer then stated well you can take it to Flat-out, and have them look at it, at which time I asked if they were going to flip the bill since they refuse to look at it. He said well we will have to look at it.**FOLLOW UP** So I was away on vacation, and returned on Sunday April 4th. I received a check from Dreyer in the amount of $124.42, and then Sunday evening decide to go for a ride. So as it gets darker I notice that my headlights are not in the right position that they were in when I took it up to Dreyer for service (Which the headlights is one of the items I had taken it there for to get serviced). So on Tuesday when they are open I called and spoke with Mike Dreyer, and asked what the check was for in which he responded You asked for a refund through Better Business Bureau so we sent that to you, at which time I advised Mr. Dreyer that I still think it was BS that they refused to look at my bike when there was a possible issue with something that they fixed, as well as informed him of the issue with the lights. His response was Well it seems like the lights didnt get aimed right. Isnt that what I paid for? Do yourself a favor, and take your bike elsewhere to get service done!!!Another follow up to this post. As I stated previously I had asked dryer to fix the headlights on my bike. Which I paid for, as well as informed Mike dryer that the lights clearly was not fixed. So I go to see what’s going on with my headlights, and the bulbs were actually not even placed in the brackets, so The service people at dryer did not even take care of my lights the way they should have, however they took my money for the “service” they did NOT do.

I had a couple of very bad experiences at Dreyer Motorsports and will NEVER spend my money there for the following:1. Went to the shop about a week ago to see a motorcycle posted online, had to ask the salesman to show me the bike I was obviously showing interest in. He started the bike for 5 seconds cut it off...and proceeded to walk off and continue to NOT try and sell me the vehicle.2. Went to the shop today to Test Drive and Buy the motorcycle, and my friend had to ask the floor manager to get someone to assist us. So now the same salesman from my first visit now had to put his cell and deskwork phone down to come and help us after being informed by his superior. I then asked could I Test Drive the vehicle before I decide to purchase it, and was informed of what seemed to be a newly, loosely interpreted policy that would require me to put down a $500 deposit to test-drive.With all that to say I will NOT be spending my hard earned money at this business in the future, and wanted you to make your own interpretation of the above events. How could the salesmen that has been there for how long..not know the policy and had to ask someone could I test-drive the motorcycle? (Yes, I showed him my endorsement) Or was it he had to ask because of what I look like...Is this one of those types of guys that require a deposit to test-drive??Appreciate the ear .... but it WONT BE DOING BUSINESS HERE.

Once I zeroed in on the one I wanted (Kodiak 700), I began going to every dealer within a couple hours drive in order to get a feel for pricing and willingness to deal. I only found one other place (in Martinsville) that were worth a consideration based upon their desire to help. While those people were very helpful, nice, and patient, they failed to follow through with an email or phone call to get me their best price. The search continued... Then I stumbled into this joint and met a fella named Chris. Ill be honest, I did find a place in northeast Indiana that had better pricing but nobody compared to the feeling that I had when dealing one on one with these folks. Chris was very knowledgeable and patient. What he doesnt know, he wont BS you but rather will get with the person having the correct answer and get back with you. Very tough guy to stump though as I found him having darn near a perfect answer for every question. Ive been really blessed in the recent years to have had dealings with high quality folks and Chris and the rest of the crew are right up there with the best of them. They wont give a bike away but I feel safe in saying that you will walk away feeling fantastic about the encounter. And... The sales and parts staff are amazing. I have bought 2 bikes here and cant say enough great things about sales and parts.Service is a different story. I havent had the best of luck with this department. The actual work has been top notch, but their communication and speed is what I dont like. I was told an hour for an oil change and sat there for 4 hours. I was told 2 days for a service appt and it took 4. And that would be fine if they would communicate that, but they dont.

Went in looking for a used bike I found from them on Craigslist, they had sold it before I got a chance to look at it. Everyone was very helpful and patient, and they helped me pick out a bike. After purchasing the bike (which was a breeze, super friendly and very nice) I picked up some gear for riding, they have a great selection at great prices. They then proceeded to help load my bike in the back of the truck that I took there. I would definitely go to them again.

Oldest Honda dealer in the US. My father was friends with Pop Dreyer during the 60s and 70s. Good solid people that you can trust.

Pretty rude sales staff. Small stock selection and the seller had smart... and inaccurate comments when we were trying to find a specific type, size and color of apparel.

Had a wonderful buying experience here. Where to begin??Brian in sales answered all my questions and walked me through the features of the bike I was looking at. Very patient with all my questions.Michelle in the finance department was fantastic. Explained all my finance options and warranty specifics.Stephanie and Whitney got me scheduled for my drivers safety course and explained rebate options.John, who delivered my bike to me, went thru all the features.Even the two other sales guys who sit on either side of Brian were super nice and shared some of their stories and history of the dealership.Great experience with truly GREAT team of experts!!

I didnt buy my bike there but they were very helpful with things I needed, with my bike or myself. Everyone from sales to the service department are very nice, knowledgeable and go out of their way to help & if they dont offer what you need they find someone who does.
